I got the Mediterranean Muse Wrap without feta cheese, and with tofu. The wrap idea was original and it tasted okay. But my biggest concern was that most of the wrap was lettuce. I paid $ 8 for a well wrapped bag of lettuce? If the wrap had more sauce, tofu and cranberries then it would have been more fulfilling. Another issue was the seating. I came in and it seemed to be a rather slow time in the day, but the café was over crowded. People crouched down and ate while sitting on little couches, when instead a few more tables could have been placed in that corner. The food is not good enough to take out, and the café is too crowded to get a good table to eat in.

The curry don’t stop wrap(add chicken) is easily my absolute favorite wrap I have ever had from anywhere. It’s worth the $ 12.50. It is perfection

As I described to my partner, «This is pretty decent white people food.» I love LOVE that all dishes here start out vegetarian. As someone who sparingly eats meat and just loves her vegetables, this is great! But I just found the food to be pretty bland. I had the«Hummus Yummus» wrap and the strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was great, but didn’t like that there still small chunks of dates that weren’t blended completely. It definitely wasn’t bad and I would come back to try the nachos if I’m in the area.

I ordered a salad to go, I should of have checked my plate but when I got back to my office to eat mu lunch I realized my $ 12.00 salad plate was half way full with hardly any chicken. For $ 12.00 at least they could of added more lettuce since is inexpensive.

Good place for a quick and healthy meal. They offer salads, wraps, soups, rice and quinoa dishes. I can recommend the Ishtar’s Delight salad, which comes with a creamy tahini dressing. The wraps are also tasty.

We wanted to buy sandwiches or wraps to eat at Muir Woods. What a good place to stop! It has a healthy mixture of options for vegetarians and also have meat options too. I ordered the Chipotle chicken wrap($ 10.51 w/tax) and the«Absolutely Perfect» smoothie($ 8.00 w/tax). Prices are a bit expensive, especially for the smoothie, but everything tasted good. The wrap was filling and included avocado in there which is a plus! The portion of the burrito was big enough for me not to complain. The smoothie had a healthy blend of berries and low fat yogurt. I don’t think I would pay $ 8 for a smoothie again though. And of course, everything was made with love(see photo). Parking is plentiful and shares the same lot with a Starbucks(if you need that extra caffeine kick).

CDS is a treat. The food is exceptional for what it is — a new age café. What I mean is that this food could be served in a higher end setting with wait service. In other words, you get great food for a very reasonable price in comfortable surroundings. Eat among the crystals in slightly funky chairs and couches. Fantastic salads and wraps + 3 unbelievable nacho plates. There’s much more of course but I get hooked on these staples. You feel good in here and after you leave. Café Del Soul is a unique and special place to have a bite. Highly recommended.

Every time I go to mount tam now, this place is a must-visit. My favorite restaurant in the entire Bay Area, solely for the quinoa quesadilla. Dayum.

We hear beat the lunch rush and boy do they get busy! Sat outside at the cozy tables and scarfed. Inside was just as cozy by very busy. On recommendation ordered the chipotles sunrise(quinoa, brown rice, cheddar, avocado wrap) and it was heavenly! This was my first quinoa sandwich and now I want one everyday!

I was passing through mill valley looking for a healthy lunch spot. This place was not only most reviewed, but looked really fresh. I came and tried 4 different wraps with my family, all of which were good. Crisp lettuce, tender chicken, bright avocado. Reasonably priced– 5 stars.

Ordered the Southwestern Salad Super disappoint. Not a very interesting salad. There was barely any avocado on it, the slices are REALLY thing, and the amount of other ingredients verges on pathetic. It needed some beans, more tomatoes and cheese, and then maybe it would’ve been more acceptable for the price. Their coffee situation is depressing. They only have ice coffee that is premixed with who know what kind of milk… I prefer non dairy milk but I think this was regular): For a supposed health eatery you would think they would have used soy or almond milk. But no. I definitely should’ve waited and went to Starbucks right next door. Boyfriend ordered a brown rice dish and added spinach + almonds($ 3.50) They give you SOLITTLE almonds and spinach it’s friggin ridiculous they chard 1⁄3 the price of the dish for this mess. The dish WASNTEVENHOT is was like slightly warmer than room temperature. WHYARETHEREVIEWSSOHIGHHERE? I don’t have the answer.

We love Café del soul! The service is kind and courteous and they have the yummiest, healthiest food. I love the swamp juice(no apple) and my partner likes it with the apple :) the ishtar’s delight salad is seriously addictive, I have to push myself to cook at home instead of ordering it, it’s that good. The quinoa quesadilla is really delicious, as is the chipotle quinoa bowl(add arugula) — get them greens in! Thank you Café del Soul for serving the neighborhood such fresh, delicious food! My only wish — that the juice would be 100% organic(even if it costs more)… Just my two cents.

We always stop here on our way back from the Muir woods. Their Chipotle sunshine burrito tastes very good that it’s so hard to tell how a healthy dish can taste so good. It has brown rice stuffed inside. The size of the burrito is pretty huge but good for one person only. We’ll have to pay at the counter and the food will be delivered at the table shortly. They have a clean restroom here. It’s always pretty crowded here so the wait can be a while. We had to explicitly call someone to clean the table because the place seemed a little understaffed during the lunch hour given the number of people during the time. It has a casual ambience and is good for a quick informal meal.

Simply amazing food. I’m not even a vegetarian and this place has some of the healthiest and delicious dishes ever. Try the Chipotle Quinoa, it was creamy and amazing.

Café Del Soul was a welcoming little oasis as my boyfriend and I were coming back from our Dipsea/Steep Ravine Hike. It’s tucked away in a small shopping plaza as you’re coming down off the mountain and nearly at the ramp to the 101. Everything on the menu looked amazing but the wraps stood out. With interesting combinations of fresh, organic ingredients, they seemed like a healthy and tasty option. I got the Chiptole Sunrise-wrapped in a spinach tortilla with avocado, tomatoes, brown rice, cheddar and an amazing flavorful dressing it really was the perfect post meal hike. My boyfriend got some kind of chicken wrap that had fresh greens, cranberries and came in a spinach tortilla wrap as well. I felt like treating myself to the ginger limeade as well-so refreshing and a great combination of flavors. All in all it was a great meal for under $ 20. Casual seating with some comfy cushioned chairs. I’d definitely want to stop here following any Marin hiking adventures.

This place was really good. The pictures of the chipotle chicken wrap enticed me to come, and I’m so glad I did. It’s pay at the counter. I got my food and thought it was slightly small. Like the size of half a mission style burrito. But it was packed with rice and the flavor a were on point. I dunno how«healthy» it was since its full of rice but I do know it’s yummy. I totally recommend you get a chipotle chicken wrap. I would love to come back, unfortunately it’s in Marin county which means I will probably never get to visit again.

Like everyone stated, the chipotle sunrise wrap is very good. I also tried their Remix salad which I found a tad blah. Very good ginger lemonade although I am not sure it warrants a $ 4 price tag. Limited seating and they do get really busy during lunch.

This could have been a four or five star experience had our nachos not been microwaved. Sorry, but my girlfriend and I are both nacho-snobs which means we abhor synthetic cheese sauces and microwaves. Although this Café does use fresh ingredients and offers unique menu options for the nachos, I cannot give exemption to microwaved plates. Also, there is no ice here. I know there’s a drought but room-temp water in 85+ deg temps is not a fun way to wash down microwaved nachos. There is potential here, though, so I would still try other menu items that would not make their way into a microwave.

The adorable, healthy option before you go for a hike. Muir Woods, Stinson beach, Mt. Tam — regardless of your hiking destination, hit this place up. The place definitely oozes healthy new age — the cute chairs and tables, the healthy menu, the reiki cds, the very nice art for sale on the walls. I could see this place doubling as a coffee hangout spot that Starbucks wish they could emulate. We we’re hiking from Stinson Beach to Mt. Tam and wanted to have a bite before the hike so we stopped here. We all ended up getting wraps and adding hormone-free, free-range chicken. Another hiker and I went with the Chipotle Sunrise: «brown rice, cheddar cheese, tomato, avocado and onion tossed in chipotle dressing, served in a spinach tortilla.» All of that sounded great, and it tasted great too, as we enjoyed the warm day at Stinson beach. My friend got me hooked at stopping here before hiking from now on.

The place is clean. The food is awesome, the people friendly and interiors quirky. We had the Chipotle burritos, and they were pretty good. I also had the ‘enlightened’ organic drink which was More limey than beet or carroty. It was great. My friends had the ginger lime drink which had actual portions of ginger floating around. There’s nothing that makes you happier than a wonderful restaurant in the middle of a longish drive.
