Starbucks

I usually have an ok experience here but today I was shocked how rude they were. Specially a young blonde girl called Sarah. She got my order wrong twice. Never apologized and rolled her eyes at me. I’m speechless

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times to grab coffee, and its always been a very typical Starbucks experience (and I mean that in a positive way). Coffee-​wise, its been consistent and good. I think what takes this from a 3-​star basic Starbucks to a 4-​star is their staff and Starbucks Evening selection.
I am always on the lookout for places where I can come in on Thursday evenings and read a book over a glass of wine. I’m not looking for a bar experience, and its just me, so I don’t want to take up a whole table. I came in this past Thursday and it was exactly what I was looking for: warm, moderate noise (some chatter and normal coffeehouse sounds and music), wine, and open seating. I ordered a glass of pinot gris and a cookie. The wine came with a small bowl of seasoned sunflower seeds. It turns out they have wine tastings on Thursday evenings, so I was able to try out a different wine and food pairing as well. Its very low key, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The barista running the tasting was also very knowledgeable about wine.
To sum up, the coffee is typical Starbucks fare (and people who get worked up about a single instance of a drink mistake frankly need to settle down — s**t happens), the location is clean and warm, but the evening selection make it an above average location for me.

I come here every night to study and it is a perfect setting. The shop is warm, the music is nostalgic and the people are kind. Drinks are good as well.

I love Starbucks. Drink it almost everyday. Normally I’ll go for the one on bothell everett hwy & 164^th. But they close early at night so I feel I’ll give this one a try. Staff there was really not friendly, didn’t even say hi when you are ready to order and the only word he spoke to me it’s the price and that is it. the drink was horrible, sometimes when Starbucks are busy they cannot keep up with the quality, but I was the only customer there and they’re not busy at all. Feels like people who works there doesn’t like their job at all.

I love starbucks! And let’s just say I will not be coming back to this one ever!!! They made my venti iced white chocolate mocha when I had already left I took a sip and it tasted like they just poured whole milk and added some ice cubes and threw some whip cream on top. Gross… Will not be coming back to this location

Popped in here when I was in my sister’s ‘hood for coffee and a quick bite before church. I ordered my usual light ice skinny vanilla latte as well as a toasted bagel with cream cheese and lox. The bagel and lox was as expected, but they used 2% in my latte. It was good, but not what I ordered.

Pretty rude service! I don’t mind that they aren’t set up for Apple pay here but I definitely had a less than pleasant customer service experience! Plenty of other coffee places in the area!

This starbucks is always super fast and gets my drink just right! So great when I’m in a hurry!

Good location, lots of seating, and friendly employees. Ive never had a bad experience here. The only con is that they have all these little 2 seater tables and theyre all soo close together. Hard to have a conversation without bothering the person studying next to you.

I love the location, the outdoor seating, and the new arrangement of furniture is much better than it used to be.
Also, I met my husband here, so there’s something to say for that.
I’d like to give it more stars, but last time I was here, they were out of SO many things it was embarrassing! I ordered my usual drink and they were out of it. Tried something else — also out. Third times the charm, though. Finally successfully ordered a drink.
It was only 2pm and the food case was barren. No savory squares, no morning buns, no pumpkin or lemons loaves or breakfast sandwiches. Without exaggeration, they were down to a few cake pops, a lowfat berry coffee cake, and two old fashioned donuts. We bought the last two donuts and they were not fresh. It was really disappointing.
Staff couldn’t explain it either. Just kinda shrugged and let it be my problem.
Fair enough.
Not what I’d expect from a Starbucks, unfortunately. Hopefully, they’ll step up their game.

Thank you Jason for pointing out that you’re pretty sure you made my coffee correctly. I’m pretty sure you didn’t. I asked and paid for the coffee I’ve been drinking and enjoying for years. Unfortunately, it was written down incorrectly and then when I came back to simply get a new one instead of understanding and remaking it, you were all high and mighty telling me about your coffee making skills. So after making it incorrectly again, Nate came to the rescue and asked what I liked and made it to perfection. Thanks, Nate.

Love that this place has a lot of seating inside and outside. The bathroom here is nice and very clean. Service was good too. If you get some food from Central Market across from them, they are ok with you eating their food outside. Dogs are welcome too.

One of the largest, cleanest, and most modern Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to! Plenty of parking. Limited Mount of indoor seating but the outdoor patio seating is the best.

One of my fav location to hit up. Easy to get to and consistent with what I order. What else can you say about a location haha Staff is super friendly and always up beat and they get my order right.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. They recently did an interior remodel which added additional seating with an abundance of power outlets for those working on laptops.
The service has always been friendly, quick and accurate.

To wake up early in the morning is not easy. You go to buy a coffee and nothing is better than a happy smiley face to take your order. Happy smiley face is NOT what the staff KAREN that was at the register getting my order has. She has a grumpy face and is very rude. This is not what you want to deal when staring your day.
There is another Starbucks just a few blocks down the street, where I usually go.
The people there are GREAT!
Starbucks is leaking in customer service.

The people working here are very nice and quick, and create great drinks! I love coming here because of its convenient location in Town Center!

If you like caffeine & noise levels around 85−90dB (comparative to city traffic) then you will love it.
I hit it up in the morning on a Thursday. I love the layout and the location. Lots of patio room.
Staff — Friendly and quick. I know other reviews differ, but this crew was on their A-​game this morning.
Probably the loudest Starbucks that I’ve been in. I have a decibel gauge on my phone (closet nerd). It was peaking around 85db on average. It was from all the conversations taking place. The sound doesn’t bother me, but for some it could become chaotic.
Cool place. Bring some headphones.

The staff was overly busy… chatting amongst themselves rather than getting people’s coffee orders out. I wasn’t in any kind of a hurry, but found it to be very discourteous.
My coffee tasted extra burnt, and found my cup had coffee spilled all over the sides. I don’t usually waste coffee, but the flavor was so off putting that I had to throw it away halfway through.

I love SBUX, but do not like this location (which sucks because this is close to home for me). The staff is always busy talking amongst themselves and their super regular guests, so most of the time you are just standing there next in line but not getting helped. That bugs me. Help me first then continue your conversation. Not that I’m always in a crazy hurry, but it is just courteous and common business sense.
Secondly, my latte is always burnt. I get a Starbucks latte basically every day for the past four years of my life and know how it should taste. And, when I pay $ 4 for a specialty beverage at Starbucks, I expect it will be made correctly. Forgive me if I am high maintenance! Lol.
I just don’t like it and try to avoid this spot at all times. I hope that they see this review and recognize that their store sales are definitely going to suffer because I know that I’m not the only one who feels this way.
