For a shop that is part of store this is a nice place. I enjoy the outside seating with the fireplace but it’s also nice in the warmer months. Solid service, friendly staff.

Great place to meet clients. Great service and music not to disrupting. Coffee prices are what they are everywhere else. Access to wifi is great speeds are better than most 23.89Mbps today. Awesome when showing homes on the iPad to clients. #mill_creek #realestate #pnw

On days when I’m close to home, or have a long wait between buses, I like visiting this location. The outdoor seating is a great alternative to inside seating when they’re busy. The staff was quite attentive, I was asked by three different people if I needed help when I was there last week. I only have two complaints. First, on a busy day I sometimes get a claustrophobic feeling when I’m waiting to order or pick up my drink. On these days I always leave right after getting my drink. Second, I ordered what used to be a vanilla bean Frappuccino. Not only was it called something else, but it was about a dollar more, and it had a slight chemical taste. Definitely not the drink I remember. I’m willing to come back, but probably not for another Frappuccino.

This location is slow, I mean SLOW. I ordered and it appeared that everyone that came after me got their drinks first. No one said sorry, they didn’t seem to care. The staff was too busy talking to each other to care about customer service.

Not a great first impression. I’m a Starbucks regular — as in, I worship the mermaid on a daily, often multiple times a day, basis. I was excited to see yet another drive-thru location in the area. My order — spoken slowly and enunciated politely — Iced Grande Starbucks Doubleshot with Pumpkin instead of classic. The Barista’s response, «Wait, hold on, I have to get all that in the computer. *5 –7 second pause* OK So that’s a venti iced double espresso with vanilla instead of classic?» Um, no. Actually… I repeat my order. She apparently figured out there IS a button for this drink after all. I get up to the window, I used my goldcard. Rude rude rude was the person at the window. And then, it was literally 5 minutes, maybe 6, where I sat there, waiting for my drink. They weren’t busy. They didn’t seem to care about customers or have any sense of order/organization. Since Starbucks has high standards, and this store is brand, brand new, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and I will try them again, both drive thru as well as going inside, and may update my review upon my 2nd visit. But for now… I would say, I’ve experienced better.

I love Starbucks… but the baristas in this location are average and not quite what I would expect from coffee company with the green aprons. Outdoor seating is pretty impressive, but honestly there is never anyone sitting out there which is surprising. Maybe it’s because they are pretty slow at pumping out the drinks and not very friendly??? Hmmmmm…
