Mollie is a genius with both cut (fine hair, too) & color. Highly recommended! I’ve had spotty experiences here previously, but Mollie is great, a real talent & and adept at understanding exactly what you’re after. I’m after a more natural look (so I don’t have to maintain it) & she not only fixed the mess someone else made, I trusted her to cut it as she saw fit (which I almost never do) & it turned out wonderfully. She’s fun to hang out with, too.

Great cut and color always in record time. My stylist is always attentive and Pat’s attention to my needs for a great job! I always get to start my appointment as soon as I walk in the door. Shop is clean and personnel are pleasant.

I typically don’t frequent HairMasters but It served its purpose for me last Friday. I wanted to get my daughter’s bangs trimmed only. Our normal salon in the town center was unable to accommodate a walk-​in, and a Unilocal search yielded HairMasters as a nearby option, so we gave them a shot. Once inside, I remembered why I prefer to spend a bit more and go to a real salon. The ladies working here, although friendly enough, didn’t exactly exemplify the look one would assume masters of hair should have. The stylists looked like they had literally rolled out of bed with absolutely zero thought put into their appearance.
The price for a bangs cut was $ 7, same as my regular salon.

I come here all the time. My needs are simple: number 4 clippers all around… hard to mess that up. You can get that from anyone. So why Hairmasters? It’s the people. Unless you don’t like talking, you’re gonna chit-​chat with your barber or hair stylist… so if they ain’t good people the conversation is gonna fail. Your experience is gonna fail. And that’s why Hairmasters Mill Creek rocks. The folks there are great conversationalists and it doesn’t matter what you do or what walk of life you come from. You’ll connect. And you’ll get a great haircut too. Let’s not forget the haircut. Hairmasters is a place where my wife and I can both go for a haircut. Now my wife’s needs are a tad more complex than mine. But not to worry: the stylists here have the finesse and expertise my wife needs just in case she wants to do something different with her hair… so they’ve got the simple and the fancy both covered. Whether you’re young or old, male or female, simple or fancy… you can get a great haircut at Hairmasters and have a great time while you’re getting it too.

I have gone here for a couple years and have been pleased until the last two visits. Have gotten a smoker who stinks and does not wash her hands before cutting hair. Will not be returning…

It wasn’t super busy when I went in, I was early for my appointment and nervous because it had been over a year since I had gotten my hair cut. I hate anybody cutting my hair, I have had some terrible (and expensive!) experiences…
Chantelle was my stylist, she was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable, she asked a bunch of questions (I showed her a picture for reference but wanted it slightly different, I chopped off probably over 17″ of hair).
Some stylists are good at looking at a picture and copying it but aren’t able to make any creative decisions, Chantelle is not one of those stylists. The best thing about her was that she was able to look at the pictures I had for reference, listen to what I wanted, and help create a haircut that looks good on me.
Chantelle is five star worthy but I can’t say if everyone else is so I am putting four stars overall =]

Stay away from this place. Horrible experience, it will take time for me to recover: hair don’t grow fast… It used to be a good place though, but something is completely broken recently.

I love this place! I always use whoever is available and I’ve never had a bad haircut! Great service always! I highly recommend for men who want a better haircut than most places!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a simple exchange which i waited for 15 minutes until someone helped me. I completed all the paperwork required, had a simple shampoo to conditioner exchange (accidently bought 2 liter shampoos instead of a shampoo & conditioner 2 days prior unopened) and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange and told me I had to take it back to the saloon I bought it from which happens to be 35 minutes away. I will never go back there nor will my husband and I will never recommend it. What ever happened to excellent customer service??? Definitely not a way to bring in business. So disappointed!

My last three hair cuts have been great… the only issue that I’ve noticed is that they don’t seem to like to cut the back… I end up having to return because I have weird cowlicks or a pseudo-​mullet in three weeks.

I am a guy and have gone there 3 times. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Price is $ 16 which includes shampooing. Walk ins are welcome. Not that busy either, alteast on sundays.
I dont like to change barbers so will use them till I really get bored.
