Awesome doctors but horrible receptionists! I went in because I had an excruciating migraine, body aches, sore throat, & sinus congestion. While sitting in the waiting room & in the patient room, I almost lost my mind listening to the 3 receptionists talk about holiday decorations, plans & other personal stories. Listening to their nonstop chatter made my migraine a lot worse.
I finally went out to ask if they could not talk so loud because my head was pounding. Instead of apologizing, they said I should shut the door!!!
When it was time for me to leave & get the doctors note from them, only one looked up & she had such a bad attitude. No smile, no customer service, bad experience.
Come here if you want to see the best doctors but don’t forget your earplugs.

UPDATE:
Now that I know that it can sometimes be frustrating to get a prescription refilled here I have started to ask them to call me back to make sure the Dr. approves it and it goes through.
This works well for me because I don’t have to remember to call the pharmacy before I go to make sure the prescription has been called in.
The last time I called, the receptionist was not very helpful and did not want to call me back once the prescription was approved, saying the the pharmacy would call me when it was ready and that was their job.
I calmly explained the problems I had in the past and INSISTED someone call me back to let me know if I had to make another appointment or if I could get another prescription called in without an appointment. She finally agreed.
I was shaking my head and lamenting having to keep my review at 2 stars… I HATE not liking places and having to rant about it!

Less than ten minutes later a very nice nurse called me back and told me she had called my prescription in and notified me that I should make an appointment in about 3 months. FINALLY I felt like I was being heard!
3 stars… let’s hope I can give an even more positive review in the future!

It’s not letting me give negative stars…
The wait is f n RIDICULOUS!!! The first time i had to wait for over an hour, didn’t think much of it… gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time, waited for over an hour, uuhhh, maybe just running a tad late this time. I’ll let it slide. Third time, same thing, one hour and 20 minutes, waiting to be called. what the? is it just me? or is it a ritual around here? Fourth and fifth time, ALL THE SAME! BAD BUSINESS, DON’T RECOMMENDED IT AT ALL. NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMIES.
Changing Doctor. No one makes me n family waste a total of over 8 hours in a matter of 5 appts. If you choose to continue coming here, I suggest you clear your day on the days you schedule an appointment. That is all.
