I like this jewelry shop they have nice unique items that at a great price and the owner of the shop gives you a good discount. He is also very sweet and friendly that you wanna come back for more jewelry items. So far I bought 3 expensive items from here.

Semi-​Organized shop. Not the place that one buys a memorable piece for a wedding or anniversary. But it isn’t bad for a quick buy for lesser holidays and celebrations.
The owner is what makes this shop 4 stars. Super friendly, super helpful. I have taken two watches to get batteries changed. Both times were free. I just bought a chain for my wife here. Good price and super helpful.

I have some experience in the customer service industry and when you are dealing with a salesman you know that the prices are not set in stone and there is room for negotiation and flexibility. I needed to get my jewelry fixed and was planning on getting quotes from atleast 3 different gold shops in the area. First place quoted me $ 55 to reset the stone and another $ 50 to replace one of the smaller diamonds. so total $ 105.
Second place was here at Mililani gold mart. He quoted me $ 100 for the labor and another $ 100 for the replacement diamond. so total $ 200.
Went to the third store and their total was $ 110.
When I was at the Mililani gold I dealt with the owner who also does all the repairs and his mannerisms was that of someone that is trying to take advantage of the situation rather then running a business with good ethics. Sorry to say that I have to give a 1 star but it is what it is.
