Nice guys, showed up same day and did the work quickly and efficiently. Plumbers are not inexpensive, but these guys are very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I called Wetherbee Plumbing last winter when my water heater gave out. They were prompt and reasonable with installing a new one. Last week, I had them service my central air and received the same great friendly service as before! I love that I can trust them and I’d recommend this business to amyone!

My husband and I have used Wetherbee Plumbing and Heating twice in the past four months for two different plumbing problems. Each call was professional, timely, efficient and reasonable. We are extremely happy with the service that Jim Wetherbee and his son provide. There will never be any doubt about who we will call for any future plumbing or heating issues! This company beats all that we have ever used going all the way back to our first home c1981!

I recently called Wetherbee Plumbing and Heating to get an estimate to have my vents cleaned at my house. They showed up for the scheduled appointment to gather all of the information required to provide the estimate. The guy told me I would hear back from them in a day or two with the estimate. 3WEEKSLATER, I had still not heard from them. I was going to go to another company, but I figured I’d give them a call since I wanted the job done and didn’t want further delays. I believe it was Tammy who I spoke to. When I explained the situation to her she seemed very confused /disoriented, not professional at all. She asked me to hold so she could check on the estimate. A few minutes later, she got back on the phone and told me the cost was going to be $ 1,000. That seemed high to me so I questioned her about what was on the estimate and she said that since I needed some vents replaced the cost was higher than normal. I told her that the guy who came to give me the estimate to have my vents cleaned did not say anything to me about needing any vents replaced. Nor did I believe I had vents that needed replacing. I told her I would call back if I wanted to schedule the work to be done. About 5 minutes later Tammy called me back and told me she was looking at the wrong estimate and the cost was $ 800 and that I was right there were no vents that needed replacing. On that same call, I agreed to have the work done and asked if I could schedule it to be done. That work was supposed to happen today(May 24, 2013) and last night right before 5pm I got a call from«Chad» and he told me they would not be able to come tomorrow and asked if I could re-schedule for Tuesday. I explained to him that no, I didn’t want to reschedule, that I wanted them to come at the agreed upon time and explained to him my whole experience with his company up until this point. He gave no reason why they couldn’t come, if he had I may have been more sympathetic, but my guess is someone wanted an extended Memorial Day weekend. Chad was simply silent on the other end of the phone, so I asked him… «So are you going to be able to be here tomorrow at the originally scheduled time or not?» He simply answered«No» and offered no explanation. I then explained to him that I would be writing up a review for Unilocal about my experience. He simply said«ok». Needless to say this SERVICE company has A LOT to learn about Customer Service. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I encourage you to look elsewhere for your Plumbing and Heating needs.
