Soil-Away Cleaning & Restoration Services

I am rarely this blown away by amazing service. Soil-​Away gave a high quality, professional experience from scheduling to the completion of work.
This was a referral to me as I found it difficult to locate a duct company to come to my area. I got a quick estimate over the phone and easily scheduled service.
When they arrived, they took me through their process and walked through the home with me to count the ducts and see the layout. I’d never dealt with hot air systems before and they told me basic care requirements for the system at the same time. I was off on the number of vents in my count so they immediately gave me a revised quote before starting (so no surprises at the end!)
The level of care, attention and communication was notable throughout the process. They showed photos of the ducts (which were SEVERELY congested, I had no idea) and also cleaned my dryer vent (which I didn’t know needed cleaning) which really made me value their work. They were also very respectful of our belongings and how I wanted to handle my pets while they were home.
Because I was so impressed, I looked up the company online again as their truck advertised additional services I wasn’t aware of. They do carpet cleaning too, which I happened to need. Even though the gentlemen servicing my ducts don’t do carpet cleaning themselves but were able to take measurements while here and get a quote for me and even help me understand care.
I’ll refer Soil-​Away all day. Thank you!

If I could give more stars, I would. Excellent people to work with, polite, punctual, thorough. I even got a hand written thank you note from them after the job was done. I can’t even get that from relatives! I will definitely use them again
