Best dunkin donuts I have ever been too Abeer and Paul makes the best coffee ever I highly recommend this dunkin donuts. Very friendly staff and clean establishment :)

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT make your tastebuds suffer the slop they call coffee here! Worst coffee ever!
The coffee is bitter and leaves an awful aftertaste. The donuts make me burp, and I can’t figure out why– it doesn’t, however, seem like a symptom I should experience from eating a donut. This has never happened with any other brand donuts. Bizarre donut burps?- No, thank you!

This location fixed my order of iced coffee perfect. Just the right amount of cream and splenda. No bitterness to the brew. Great!
The blueberry muffin was really nice with a crunch top and soft interior. This time I ate the muffin bottom and top.
Very clean store, in fact Aman was cleaning tables and counters when I walked in the store.
A bit of a small parking lot and shared with Advance Auto parts.
Definitely would come here again for my caffeine fix.

Staff here should teach customer service skills in other places! They are absolutely amazing!

Terrible. My girlfriend and I came in to redeem a free birthday ice cream and a drink because of the Dunkin donuts app. The people working behind the counter acted as if we were lying about her birthday. Not only that, she gave us the ice cream but held us cause she wanted confirmation when the coupon clearly states the date. The ice cream melted and when we asked for a new one she gave us attitude and disrespected us under her breath. They have the worst customer service do not go.

Went to this Dunkin Donuts this morning and was looking forward to the order i placed when the rep and manager denied my DD gift card on my phone. He said it’s not a real one if it is not the official DD gift card. I have used the same gift card in that location before and many other DD’s before with no problem. I told the manager to try it because if it’s fake it wouldn’t work. He said that it probably will scan and work but is still not a valid gift card and therefore not acceptable. That makes absolutely no sense. I cancelled the order and will go to another Dunkin Donuts where they are properly trained and can be helpful.

They say «America runs on Dunkin!» This is particularly true for me! I come to this Dunkin Donuts every morning before work. The location is clean and the staff have become like friends. Whenever I order a bacon, egg and cheese croissant I always get extra bacon without asking. They know my order by heart and are genuinely nice people. There are not very many seats within the restaurant as it is more of a drive-​through type of location. There is a parking lot just outside the doors and it is right next to a KFC, Subway and an urgent care center (where Blockbuster used to be!) It is right along the Fresh Pond Road strip, so next time you are in the mood for a fresh, iced coffee, this is the place to stop!

This Dunkin is by far the best of the best. Everyone knows your name and your order is being made as soon as you walk through the door, its like they know (freaky) lol.

I come in here all the time. The workers know me so well that they make my order before I can mumble out the words. Love this location, very clean, organized and the workers are all great. This is the place I recommend if you are looking for a good cup of coffee to start your day!

I think its about time for an update!
Well nothing has changed, I’ve been coming here for years now basically everyday. I am there definitely every day monday-​friday. Everyone is friendly the manager Paul is always smiling and courteous. Again I am there no less then 5−6x a week. Get the rewards card use it from your phone app, put money on the card right from ur phone. SO convenient for me all i need is my keys and phone to pay and get my points! Everything is always fresh and clean!!!
