Dunkin’ Donuts

I live around the corner from this place and it’s a hit or miss with this dunken donuts. I wake up early everyday to go to work and always pass by here. One day they make my order or coffee right but the next time they make it awful. I don’t know if they are rushing because the drive thru does get busy but that doesn’t make the excuse to make my coffee wrong. I always ask for light and sweet and most of the time it either just regular and 3 times I got it just straight up dark. In my opinion I will always go because it easy for me and save time than passing by somewhere else. I say, if your in the area its up to you.

This is the worst Dunkin donuts ever. They are ALWAYS short staffed. They often get the order wrong. The staff just doesn’t care, and management is completely absent.

This place gets three stars only because it has a drive-​through. The customer service is absolutely awful! Please and thank you? Doesn’t exist in their vocabulary. Going through the drive-​through today the guy had a mouthful of food… You never get napkins and heaven for bid you ask for some, it’s a fight. Bad service. Only good thing is the drive thru.

This place gets 3 stars only because of the customer service.
My friends and I came in here to fuel up on coffee because we where going to be driving for 2 hours towards the Poconos.
Upon arriving, the place was very filthy. There was garbage everywhere on the floors. The tables weren’t clean AT ALL.
I ignored that and went straight to the counter. I have never had a Coolata before. I saw that they came in flavors, but I thought they were iced coffee flavors not just regular flavors.
I ordered the Vanilla Bean Coolata. I sipped it and didnt taste any coffee in it. I explained to the kind cashier that I thought it was an Iced Coffee, and that I would really appreciate if I could replace it with an Iced coffee. He smiled at me, and said he would be right back. I knew he was hesistant, but he called me to the side and gave me the Iced Coffee Coolata. I gave back the Vanilla Bean one and thanked him so many times.
I knew I was an inconvience, and I really appreciated him changing my order.
I would never sit and eat here, but their kind attitude and service makes me want to return.

I have to say I’ve been going here for 4 years now (unfortunately) but the last couple times have been good! The drive thru was fast even when there was a line. Efficient with my order and pleasant staff! I was shocked but happy to finally have good service.

Once again I did it to myself and went back to this store and again they did the same thing wrong food, over priced and when I called the store to speak to the Manager the girl told me he was to busy to get on the phone. I will now be contacting the better business bureau.

I’ve been to this DD numerous times because it’s on the way to work but the service is horrible. I will stop going from now on. They charge more than other DD’s. The food is slapped together and served poorly. And this is every time, no exaggeration. They’ve screwed up many orders. God forbid you ask for ketchup for your cold hash browns. They gave me bacon once and I never ask for bacon bc I don’t eat pork and when I told them, they made me pay for a new wake up wrap. The coffee is never good. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Simply horrible! Finally I’ve taken a pic of what your typical breakfast from this DD location looks like… SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Let tell you this by far is the worst one yet .tell me something do they hire idiots to work here the service is lousy and its unorganized

The worst! Not sure how one can mess up dunkin donuts — but people at this place try extra hard. Food prepare area not clean and chaotic — preparation is slapping crap together — lost my appetite. Pluses? Next to bus stop, large parking and large dining area (mostly empty). Minuses — Service, people running /​servicing this joint. With many other options in the area (dunkin included) pick another place!!!

This place does not even deserve a star. Awful service. They don’t try. They just take a patrons money and repeatedly provide awful service. The orders keep being wrong. Never again.

Terrible service and coffee always tastes like u know what! If you can reroute yourself from this place.

pretty basic Dunkin donuts. nothing special. but if you go at like 9, they might give you a free donut (bc theyre getting rid of them at that time)

TERRRIBLEEEEE service… went in there this morning to get half a dzn donuts and a iced pumpkin black lrg coffee with a veggie flat bread no cheese and hash brown. and i got the donuts, extra large HOT pumpkin black and Veggie flat bread WITH cheese and hash brown. and NO ketchup. smh…
went back to the drive thru just to get a iced large pumpkin black and they tried to give me a light pumpkin iced coffee the color of the coffee looked as if it was filled with milk and a splash of coffee. and they gave me an attitude in return stating that is pumpkin black. smh… they all need to be trained the same. so much inconsistency in a span of 4 hours.
this place is two blocks from work. I guess im going to have to go to the one at the gas station from now on. they are quick and consistent. and they do not have attitudes problems

The convenience of the drive thru is a waste when they get your order wrong every time. Ask for skim milk and you get whole milk, ask for iced and you get hot, ever try to drink an ice coffee without a straw? If the answer is no, use the drive thru and you’ll get the opportunity for sure.

Love the drive thru! Service is fast. I mean, you go for coffee. you get your coffee. What more can I ask for?

I like the convenience of the drive thru but let me tell you their bagels are always hard and stale. Their coffee taste burnt most of the time. I think their employees are friendly and fast but if their food and coffee is not good, it takes away from that. Improve food quality!
PS– On the plus side, their Baskin Robbins is good but I guess that’s another review?!

This place used to be sooo good 5 years ago. Now it is absolute terrible!!! The coffee is always burnt, they almost always get the order wrong and the people who work here are some of the nastiest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to starbucks.

Me and my husband love the fact that they have a drive thru Dunkins. Unfortunately we wish they didnt mess our orders up evertime. Whenever we order coffee they tell us their out of sugar whip cream. It’s a place that serves coffee. How could you run out of the most basic items. They can be very rude when you tell them that they messed up your order. I wish they had more drive thru Dunkins in Queens

Dunkin Donuts… best coffee… AND a drive-​thru! conveniently located a mere 7 minute drive from my apartment on the way to the LIE. Doesn’t get any better than this! Service is mostly friendly and quick, especially at the drive-​thru window, but I’ve had times where the drive-​thru is out and there’s no sign posted.
Conveniently located outside a busy bus stop, so seek shelter and grab a cup of joe while you’re waiting on the bus.
If driving, swing a right out of the drive-​thru window and another right onto Grand Ave to make better timing with the traffic lights on the way to the LIE (or points east).
