Zales Jewelers

Well this place SCUCKS. Came in here with my girlfriend looking for a bridal set and was helped by the assistant manage. She showed us a set that my girlfriend fell in love with. Asked what the best price was and was told $ 2100 out the door. Did not like the price. They told me several times that’s the best price they could give me. Fast forward 2 weeks and I’m in Orlando visiting a friend and I decide to go into a Zales jewelers to see if I can get a better price on something better or the same ring. We looked and didn’t find anything better, so we showed the person the ring and the item number. She then tells us“Yeah we can give that to you out the door $ 1562.” Why is it that they can give me he same ring out the door $ 500 cheaper and the original Zales can’t. I paid for it on the spot and because it needed to be sized, I’m having it sent down to the store i originally went to so that I can be helped by the assistant manager who couldn’t give me a better price and say you lost a sale because you didn’t want to budge on your price. Will never come back here again. Besides the one in cutler ridge has nicer staff.

My husband bought a ring for our wedding anniversary, when I went to size the ring I ask for a authentic certificate and one of the salesperson was very rude and told me that my ring didn’t have the certificate and I told him that even Macys give that certificate and he respond with an attitude THIS IS NOT MACYS. This is the first and last time that I buy something in this store.
