High end product and an affordable price. Inside Dadeland mall, surely you can find a ton of jewelers, and what makes Pandora stand out to me is the customization nature of the product as well as the high end value and service and quality you do receive. I started my fiancé with a beautiful bracelet and a couple charms and it has grown to be a gorgeous piece that is full and vibrant. A big perk I had only recently heard about is that every three months it turns out, you can even bring your jeweler in for a free cleaning; a huge plus for services such as Pandora. I like the location of this particular place, in comparison to another location that is much closer to my home. The parking can be rough during peak times, but the service and clean and pristine storefront is all worth it. It is small though, and some days they might even rope off the area and make you feel as though you are awaiting to enter a club or something even more high end. Truly it is also because they only have so many employees and want to give each customer individual time. I do appreciate this in the end. Our service clerk on the last visit was fantastic and would recommend Pandora any time. Happy shopping.

This place has horrible employees. The other day I went to go get my ring polished and it took them 45 minutes to supposedly clean it and when I got it back it looked exactly the same. I went again today because I was bothered with what had happened and I complained about them taking 45 minutes long and the person helping me was super obnoxious and gave me attitude. She also had the audacity to ask«would you like us to take longer?» Because I was acting frustrated, she cleaned it in front of me within ten minutes. After that, I compared them to the falls and implied that they do a horrible job at what they do. The manager is either unprofessional or the employees are incompetent. Either way they should go out of business with how rude they all are.

So I’m here with a friend of mine who wants to return some jewelry. We had to wait in a line to get in. It took about 30 minutes of waiting in line to get in. After waiting in line we finally get to the counter. No apologies for the wait. None. No acknowledgement that we waited in line. The helper is not friendly. Barely any eye contact or interpersonal skills. My friend is returning an item that she got for Christmas. You would have thought that she is committing a cardinal sin. The woman is shooting daggers at her throughout the entire transaction. This is in lieu of the fact that my friend is buying other items to offset the exchange. Customer service and friendliness is absent at this store. Maybe she is having a bad day. No reason for the attitude. Lighten up! It’s the holidays it’s not the worse thing to be working. I would not recommend shopping here. Not worth the poor attitude.

Talk about racial profiling and my mom crying after purchasing my birthday gift. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. My mom purchased my birthday gift from this store, since it was on her way home. The store had a promotion with the purchase of $ xxx. xx you get a free ornament and the lady never gave it to my mom. So she went back the next day to claim her free ornament, and she was told that the sales lady signed off on it. My mom insisted she never received the gift with purchase. Then they told her they would look at the surveillance video to make sure she did not receive it for a fact. At that point my mom asked for a full refund and they did not want to give her one, because she needed to return this ornament that she never received. She asked for a manager and was told they were off. So this store is ran without managers? Is this why they treat customers very rude! Then after they«reviewed the surveillance video» they apologized to her. Well you know what, an apology isn’t enough, after she was humiliated and treated as a thief in front of the other customers. My mom left the store in tears. Never again, I will always go the the falls mall, there they always greet us with a smile and treat us so nice and they are very professional.

GOAWAY. I have never in my life felt so little and unworthy. True reflection of POORUNEXPERIENCED management. Got a display bracelet because they ran out of what I needed, when I asked about a sale package I received few days ago at international mall the sales girl Beatriz lied and told me it was only for a certain size bracelet. Really? they didn’t even give me the clear zip lock bag yet the customer after me got excellent service, a thank you, a zip lock bag and wasn’t belittled. Was it that he paid cash? that he was somehow better than me? Waited about 10 minutes for a gift receipt because Beatriz forgot to print one out. Oh did I mention the amount of eyes that rolled at me because I asked for a bag and small cloth I got during my last pandora purchase at International mall? FORFREE they wanted to charge me for it and then made faces as if I were a bother. These ppl are ridiculous whether it’s $ 45 or $ 1000 being spent a customers satisfaction should always come first. And to top it off I decided to return my purchase, paid debit the return was processed as credit and I don’t get a return receipt? HOLY shit you guys SUCK!!! Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. NEVER going back.

I’m not one to complain, but this is NOT the greatest Pandora store to shop at. I stood in the store for 10 minutes unnoticed by any associates until I finally decided to go elsewhere. Granted, the store was packed, and it IS Dadeland Mall. Buuuuuut I do love me some Pandora so I’ll just try Maurice’s Jewelers next time. Or the Pandora at the falls :)

I think this pandora store is the worst for customer service. Only customer in store and three service personnel, but still can’t get someone to wait on me. Ask a question and they just stare. Hello anybody in there? Rude rude

Don’t shop at Pandora Dadeland Mall. I bought my wife a bracelet and charms and when purchasing I asked the sales girl what there return policy was and she stated 30 days with receipt. 7 days after purchase we went back to exchange the bracelet because it was too big and the Store Manager refused the return because she stated it was worn… This is the worst service I have received in my life!!! Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here, go to the Falls(where they exchanged it) or Jared’s.

Don’t shop at Pandora at Dadeland, better to go to Pandora at the Falls or even Jared to purchase Pandora jewelry. My dad bought my mom a bracelet that was too big for Valentine’s Day and when we went to return it 5 days later with a 30 day return policy receipt, they were denied a smaller bracelet or store credit. The bracelet cost 65 dollars and the charms cost a total of 150 dollars. More money is spent on charms. They were rude and stated that the bracelet was used when it was not used. If you work hard for your money, you will waste it here also.

look out for long lines at any given events! jazmin helped us put together an amazing bracelet. make sure u go in there w an idea of what u want bec it can get pricey fast. prices are not listed while u are picking out charms but the catalog should hv the pricing listed unless u happen to pick from the new arrivals. in any case the checks and balance carried by management is nice at the end bec u know that they didnt over charge u.
