I’m not an avid delivery-​pizza kind of girl, but when the need calls, I turn to Papa Johns. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Often time I’ll go to pick up my order and normally it’s busy inside, but they are quick to offer a few free side sauces to help. The food is always hot, and the delivery drivers are timely and professional. I’ve never gotten the vibe that they are unhappy with their jobs. As long as that continues, I’ll keep ordering.

Pizza came on time and order was accurate. I was able to use a 40% off coupon on a large. Delivery guy was polite. However, pizza makers were stingy with the mushrooms. Also, pizza was not as hot. Be generous with the toppings, and I’ll be a happier customer.

Bad service. Bad pizza. Did not get the pizza I had ordered. On top of that pizza was saggy. Called to complain and the guy who claimed to be the manager hung up on me.
Don’t buy from them. You’re better off going to Little Caesars.

Your typical papa johns pizza. This is the one closest to home. Got to say I love the carry out service. You don’t have to get off you can just drive up to the carry out window, so on raining days it’s perfect. The delivery is inconsistent, they forget stuff or are late sometimes it’s great. Papa johns is «quality» pizza so a bit to expensive, but they are better than their corporate competitors by far.

This is my boyfriends favorite location, he swears by it. Instead of letting me get delivery from the one that delivers to my house he always comes to this location for takeout. Our pizzas have always been ready on time, or a little before and they have never gotten an order wrong (and we eat a lot of pizza at my house).

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVEEER!!! NEVER in my life ordering or eating papa johns. The manager Gabriel was incredibly rude. I called to pick up a pizza and when we got to the place they placed the order wroong, they had gave us a pizza that had nothing to do with what we ordered and he made us wait 20min until they made the right pizza we ordered… he didnt appologize or gave us a discount or gave the pizza free… he was like we cant do anything about it. He was super rude and the worse part was that it was their fault and I am the client, hes suppose to give good customer service if he is the manager.

Yech! My kids wanted papa john’s for pizza and although I’ve never been a fan, I caved. 2 large, one with cheese only, the other with onions and green peppers, and a 2 liter soda, a whopping 32 bucks without the tip!
Ok. Now, I will gladly pay extra for delivery and for a good pizza; this however was NOT good pizza by any stretch of the imagination! The crust? Soggy and undercooked. The toppings? Lots of cheese but only little microscopic flecks of veggies. The sauce? I think they forgot to put it on.
Leave me with my $ 5 little Caesars pizza, that is fresh, tasty and CHEAP!
No more papa johns for me. Thank you very much!
