I really enjoyed their spicy edamame. The edamame comes in some soup of spices that I was literally licking off my fingers. I also had the crazy tuna roll which was good nothing spectacular mouth blowing but a good roll. Our server was okay it took a little bit to get our check and when we said could you split the check in two he looked like we asked him to split a party of 8. We ate outside but the inside looks nice, cozy and cute. The bathrooms also have a very cool stone wall but I think they could maybe do something about the zip tied toilet paper box. Even like a stand alone roll thing would be better with refills on the side and a cute table on the side wall. Hate seeing wasted potential for a cute bathroom. Overall would come back again :)

After watching Chef Hiro create yummy sushi dishes from NoVe Sushi & Bar on youtube, I had to give this place a try. The restaurant is fairly small, exterior is modern with LED exterior lighting. Waiters were quick and provided a good service. The entrée portions were above average and delicious. Our family also ordered 4 rolls of sushi from the basic rolls and special rolls created by Chef Hiro. 3 out 4 rolls was amazing. The roll with lobster was the best. My only negative review was that my 4th roll had too much eel sauce, which made it have a strong taste. But overview, my experience at NoVe was amazing.

Fantastic sushi. Get there. Very creative with dished and presentation. Valet parking and great beers.

We decided to try this place out bc it was only a 2 min walk from our hotel, and there was happy hour. Unfortunately, happy hour meant a downgrade from their regular menu apparently. No presentation, just regular rice + sushi, that looked like pre-packaged sushi from a store. Not too many selections too. And the worst part was the nats! There were so many of them sticking to our food, ugh! This was our first meal in Miami, and we were pretty disappointed. I gave it two stars for the service.

Our go to spot for consistently great food! Amongst my top favs are the Thai Ceviche… yuuummmmm, the burger, the duck(and I’m not a big duck fan) and the friend rice.(huge portion!)

This place was just okay. It’s a good location. We were staying at a hotel nearby and it was an easy option before walking to the arena. Our one issue was that the shrimp we ordered was not cleaned. I assume some people eat shrimp without it being deveined but I can’t do it. And I don’t think a restaurant should serve it that way. The waitress was very awkward about it. And even after we told her we weren’t gonna eat it, she left it sitting at the table even after cleaning the rest of our plates. In the end we only had 1 sushi roll to share for two people. I walked away hungry.

I love to eat here when I’m alone. Easily park my motercycle next to the delivery scooters, makes them jelious, on the sidewalk. Cozy up to the bar sipping a vintage(Tuesday) Sprite waiting for a creative Asian concoction for dinner. Tonight it will be donburi. A delightful mix of fresh seafood rice and eal. I got to go, it’s just arrived.

First of all, service is excellent . Servers that here genuinely glad to see you. Also, the only restaurant that’s open till three near big hotels and restaurants on the waterfront that close too early. With a full bar until 3AM and sushi bar with other entrées available till 2AM, this place saved my life. The burger wasn’t bad, the bacon was. It was kitchen bacon used to produce grease, never intended for human consumption. The sushi looked good as did the rice dish and the other entrées I saw leave the kitchen. All in all, not a bad place. I’ll be back when I arrived late from New York or Chicago again. There is no place else to go in the area and they are really nice with pretty good food.

My first time trying this place. I sat down at the bar and ordered a some sushi. It took awhile for the food to come out but when it did I was disappointed. The first roll that was brought out to me had a bone in the sushi. I’ve been to multiple sushi restaurants and I’ve never had this happen before. I called my friends to ask if this has happened to them before and they said it hasn’t but it could depending on the restaurant(a good restaurant doesn’t leave bones in the sushi a bad restaurant does). So they took the roll back and brought a new one out. Just my luck the second roll had a fish scale in it. smh. I knew it was time to go at this point. I’ll never come back to eat sushi after that experience. The only reason I didn’t rate this restaurant with 1 star is because the service was actually really good. The bartender did a great job and the manager was very understanding and offered a desert on the house and didn’t charge me for my bone in sushi. If your looking for a place to grab a drink and watch a heat game then this place is good. Just don’t order the sushi.

I really really wanted to like this place. It’s literally a couple minute walk from my apartment and would’ve been so convenient for my late night sushi cravings. I’ve tried the volcano roll and it was mediocre at best. I’ve also tried the JB tempura roll and it may have been the worst roll I’ve ever had. Service takes quite long as well. My friend tried the steak which he thought was just«meh» and overpriced. Sake room is one block away and the food is much better. I hate giving bad reviews but this place needs some work!

Best volcano sushi and signature cocktails from the menu, trust me I have tried them all. Nice outdoor patio seatings with big screen TV, great place to watch sports. They have s wide variety of food option on the menu from burgers to sushi to fried rice. Good place for any occasion, I highly recommend.

I order delivery from here all the time and I finally went the other night to dinner at the restaurant. I’ve tried all sorts of different dishes here. We had the sushi and sashimi plate and everything was tasty. Fish was fresh. Our server was attentive and brought us everything we needed. Every time I order delivery the food is on point. Rolls are sufficient and filling. I do think it’s a bit over priced but other than that I’ll Keep coming back.

I love this place for its ambiance and it’s amazing sushi. I really can’t understand the bad reviews… Every time we’ve been here, the food is top notch. I recommend the fried rice, and ANY of the sushi. Btw, this chef(Hiro) has millions of views on YouTube, so if you see something you like there, you can order it as well. We love the spicy bombs and the desserts are awesome.

Do you find yourself wanting sushi after you’ve stumbled home from South Beach in your 7 inch stilettos? Are you craving some friend rice or a burger? Well then this place is for you. The ambiance is pretty great — there’s a large outdoor seating area, and the tables inside are romantic with white tablecloths, candles, and dim overhead lighting. We were also served quickly and everyone was very polite. As far as the food, the sushi was just OK, but if I came here late at night after going out — like the girl outside sleeping on a table, I would have probably been far more excited about it(for a while).

Delivery order was disappointing. It took 1.5 hours to get the food, and my $ 18 crazy salmon roll was so small, I couldn’t believe it. Granted, the roll was tasty, brown rice nicely cooked and it looked pretty, but it was literally a kid’s portion. Needless to say, I was still hungry. An $ 18 roll should definitely fill you up. Even Zuma maki rolls are larger than theirs and cost less. The spicy tuna roll was a much better deal, same size roll, still small, but $ 8.00. I may give them another shot, knowing to stay away from the expensive«special» rolls and stick to the basics.

My girlfriends and I went last night because it was across the street from the hotel and open late, it was amazing. We had seafood fried rice(best thing ever), sushi, chicken wings, lettuce raps… The list goes on and on, everything was amazing. Christa took care of us and she was awesome. She was knowledgeable and was just a pleasure to work with. Jerry was helping us out as well and he was great also especially when my phone died and I needed a charge. The overall experience was great. We sat outside it was chill and quiet. Maybe because it was 1 am but nonetheless it was awesome.

Loved the food, beautiful presentation. Good service. Décor inside needs a little improvement. Didn’t care for the dark red walls, in my opinion lighter color would improve the appearance and make it look more spacious. Outside sitting is nice but it’s already too hot for now. Fried rice is a must try, huge portion, was enough for the 5 of us. Spicy tuna Bön Bön looks like a great masterpiece and if you don’t know what it is you will assume it’s heavenly desert. Spicy crunchy tuna is awesome. Spicy edamame is great too. All portions are good size for sharing.

Met my girlfriend for happy hour/dinner and sat outside. I liked that there was a good amount of covered, outside seating. We ordered edamame(big portion, more than enough for both of us) tuna tartar, which was yummy and fresh, and a spicy crunchy tuna roll, which was good, but not that flavorful. I had also asked for brown rice, which the waitress repeated back to me, but it came out with white. I didn’t send it back since it took quite awhile to be served. We were really hungry when we ordered, but it took about 20+ minutes to get our edamame, along with everything else we ordered. Everything we ordered was served at the same time :/ Of the entire experience, the best part was our waitress who was very nice and attentive. I wish I could remember her name. I won’t go out of my way to come here next time, but if in the neighborhood, maybe I’ll stop by.

Nove is just AWESOME! I love the fact that you can always count on a great late night eat! I also love the fact that they are pet friendly and have a really BIG prjector screen to watch all the exciting games going on! My menu favorites are: — Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna ** must try** — Spicy Edamame — Chicken Lettuce Wraps **some of the best i’ve had — Sumo Fried rice **portions are HUGE** — Opera Tower Roll — Panqueque with dulce de leche flambeado **delicious** The waiters and staff are very friendly and treat their regulars very well! You can also always catch the owner personally greeting you and leading you to your preferred seat :-)

This my Unilocaling friends is hands down the BESTFREAKINGFOOD in Miami, Miami Beach. Volcano Roll, is one of my faves as is the Chorizo. The Happy Hour Menu is great as well. Better get there before I eat it all. But seriously, it’s really that good. Whenever we have guests in town, we always take them to NoVe.
