The food was not that great and the service was worst. No manners from server. We never got refills and she never asked how everything was and we are now waiting on the bill.

I used to love this place years ago. The chili fries were horrible. Which I was excited because they took the texas fully loaded fries off the menu for a long time. Now they arent even worth ordering. they had The onion soup decent. The potato soup isn’t even on the menu either. Thr baby back ribs were beyond charred. The flos filet was ordered medium rare and there was no pink inside. The French fries are soggy and super over salted. I was embarrassed work them when they brought me these shriveled up mushrooms and passed them off as sautéed. This place has become a big disappointment. This place used to have a waiting time of 30 to 45 minutes and now you are seated in a split second. Either management does not care or chef and manager dont care. What a disgrace to what this place was. My husband talked to the manager and he said «why didn’t you tell us we had no complaints tonight» Really? Tonight? The food sucked! Who the hell looks at shriveled burned mushrooms and serves them? The owner of this place must have no idea that this place is being managed and run horribly.

Terrible meat tasted like the propane they cook it with (save your money) the server was nice but also worked as bartender or something. Had 22oz in bone rib eye beer was good other then that horrible.

This longhorn is the best on i have been too. The service is great waitress is always attentive & the food comes out in a timely manner. The dishes are always tasty & the restaurant is clean & tidy. Even if they are busy they get to the customers as quickly as possible.

Slow service and margaritas that tasted like sugar water. Thank goodness the steaks were good.

I came here for a relaxing Sunday night dinner. However, I was quoted a 15 min wait but it actually took 45 mins to get a table. After that I had to wait an extra 15 mins for the waitress to show up!!! Only reason I stayed was because I was too hungry and did not want to risk going somewhere else and having to do the same all over Again. Food was good however, they need to do something about their service, it is pretty bad.

Good meat quality, good service and clean. Nice for family or on a date only negative that I can say is that it the air condition temp is too low we all had to put our sweaters on.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. One of my favorite spot to eat. The food is always great!.

Everytime I come here for lunch I always have the same problem… slowest service ever! I keep coming back because I like the food a d its close by my job although with the French onion soup is always a hit or miss! But, I wanna mention today’s experience… I give it a 2 because of the food but in reality, today was a 1!
The waiter came to our table 19 mins after we got there to get our food order, one of the helpers got our drink order and he brought them where he had taken our order. After that, it took 20 mid to get our food where again, the helper brought it. It wasn’t hot, it was warm and I ordered extra cheese and tiasty… I got regular cheese and the breading was super soggy. I don’t like to return my food or complain about it so I left it as is. 15 mins later and we hadn’t seen his face. One of the people I was with had to call him over just to get a drink refill. Then we asked for the check so we can go. He never asked if we wanted anything else, refills for our empty drinks nor did he ask if everything was ok. And he seemed bothered about everything we asked him for… and that being our food order, drink refill and the check.
Worst service I have ever gotten ANYWHERE I’ve ever been.
Maybe his attitude was due to having a bad day but the service shouldn’t have been as bad as it was. I don’t want to go back there again for anything. I rather go to the one by my house in Pembroke Pines where it’s a little better service and the food is like I asked and hot!

After trying taco visa at dolphin mall I got disappointed because my tacos were really bad and I was still hungry so I just ate at longhorn the best steakhouse ever I ordered the steak sirloin with fries and coleslaw it was delicious my waitress was nice and attentive my only complaint is that the tables are kinda dirty but other than that food and service was great

The best Prime Rib, I’ve had a in a long time. Absolutely delicious!!!

It’s okay. The food is right in line with what you would expect at a Chilis but at a higher price.
We ordered one appetizer, two drinks, two dinners, and one drink, and the bill was right in line with what I’ve paid for similar meals at Seasons 52.
Chilis quality with Seasons 52 prices = No Win.
The waitress was nice, but she seemed nervous for some odd reason. I’m glad we got our waitress instead of the waitress that was serving the other tables, however.
I will more than likely not be back.

Horrible :(we use to live by Pines and the store there is so much better than this one. First starting with the waitress that attended us, she smelled and was dressed so sloppy. Secondly, the steaks we ordered tasted boiled! Gross. No flavor. I will never go back to this location again. What a shame.

I absolutly love this place! Every single time that i have gone with my husband we leave very happy. We eat a delicious steak. We always sit at the bar that way we usually dont have to wait long to sit. And the service is great. The raspberry margarita is delicious. I have no complaints about this place. Its clean, service is good, the food is yummy. We are always satisfied here. We love it! Only complaint it does smell weird sometimes.

We came here around 1:30pm for a business lunch and the place was pretty empty. However, it took so long for the waitress to come to our table. They have a very simple lunch menu with limited selections like soup, salad and a few different types of sandwiches. Our waitress was very friendly and polite, however, the food took forever. It’s particularly shocking to me given how empty the pace was.
Since this was a business lunch, I was too embarrassed to take a picture of my food. On this visit I ordered a soup/​sandwich combo. I chose the shrimp and lobster chowder and it was quite nice. It was thick and flavorful, but not too salty like other places I’ve tried before. And I actually did see a few pieces on shrimps and lobsters in the soup. For my sandwich I picked the Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich. The prime rib was very juicy and tender, and I love the onions and mushrooms topped with the prime ribs. Other people in my party went with the 7-​Pepper Sirloin Salad. The sirloin was grilled nicely and was dry rubbed with 7 different blends of peppers. And the diced tomatoes made that salad looked very colorful and pretty.
Overall, I like their lunch menu offerings. The service was great. But I’d hope the kitchen can work a little bit quicker. I’d love to come back but I can’t afford to spend 45 minutes waiting for my food to arrive during my lunch break.

First thing I noticed… Smell was very bad! Smelled like something died and was left outside for months… Most probably a dead cow
The floor was disgusting, slippery and greasy
The waiter sucked, she kept forgetting our orders and would disappear… Had to call someone from the bar to charge out credit card.
The food was ok nothing major, would be cheaper somewhere else
Will I come back… No I won’t unless I’m dying of starvation.

I came here recently on a work trip. I’ve been to Longhorns elsewhere so I knew the food would be good; which it was. But the bar area SMELT. Just foul. Made me want to leave or speak to management. With so many other areas local, I wouldn’t go back.

The service is great I love coming here. The service and the managers are terrific, they’re so much better at this location than the one in kendall. The host and hostesses are nice and always self sufficient and they greet you with a smile and the place is very clean. I recommend the Parmesan crusted chicken! As for the appetizer the Wild West shrimp the Texas Tonion and the stuffed mushrooms. However, you can’t forget the desert the chocolate stampede and the apple goldrush.

The first thing I noticed upon walking in the front door was there was loose trash scattered about and there seemed to be loose wires behind the greeting desk. Once we were seated out waiter, Grant, greeted us and took our order. 25 minutes later we got our grilled watermelon salads, mine with salmon. There was a nice girl helping Grant out and we actually ended up seeing more of her than Grant.
The couple behind us had been waiting even longer for food than us. I have to give credit to Sergio, the manager, for handling the situation perfectly. I also saw Sergio assist a guest in a wheel chair and show some other guests to their table. Very impressive.
The bottom line– this place has good food if the kitchen makes it right and prices are fair. The place needs a deep cleaning. Service needs improvement but maybe Sergio can lead the way.
