Get it together please ! Two service members for 1 new account and 1 new phone taking 2 hours? They are lucky people cannot live without phones because the inefficiency and idiocy was at an all time high level when I visited the store. Not only did they misspell my name sending authorizations to change my account but they gave me my boyfriends new phone and had me log in, causing problems for his transfer. They also neglected to tell me I had to verify my email address and for the rest of the day until I restarted my phone it wasn’t working. Incompetent and completely useless service team. I should have purchased the plan and options online, with as little interaction with team members as possible. How sad when a person complicated a process to the point where you wish for an automated service ! I will never go back unless I absolutely have to !

The only person at this store that is worth dealing with is Ozzie. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and able to explain things so that customers can understand their plan and fees. My overall experience with the store I would give 2 stars, my experience with Ozzie is 4 stars, thus the 3 star rating. The general manager of the store, Sylvia, put on a façade that he was concerned with customer satisfaction. It was evident after my encounters with him that he was looking to make excuses instead of fixing the issues. Thank you Ozzie for actually answering my questions. As I stated before, he knows the plans inside out and helped me understand mine.

There’s another thing besides desserts that will put me in a shopping mood and that is technology. I had been having issues with my Android phone, and was impressed with a fellow Unilocaler’s Verizon phone. Besides a great deal of bells and whistles, I was told he had good experience with the battery and signal strength. I decided to give Verizon a shot, and am glad I did. I picked this location based on geographical compatibility, and stopped by Monday. The store is centrally located in the ground floor of an office park, and off the main drag of NW87 Ave and SR836. The space is well lit, and the space looks neatly kept. I spoke to Wilmy, a salesman on the floor who answered my questions and let me play around with the floor model. THEN I DIDN’T BUYIT! I didn’t get sales pressure, and given the opportunity to go home and research it both online and further talk with my techy friend. I came back Tuesday, and was actually sold the phone by Carlos. Though there was a discrepancy I pointed out between the online price I saw in an article and the store price, he instead offered that in-store they could give a discount on accessories. He quickly took care of the sales process, and initial configuration of my phone. He even allowed me to hang around the store to download my apps(including Unilocal,of course :) and«battle-test» the phone. Carlos also offered various tips on charging sequence to extend battery life. Thanks my fellow Unilocaler for their advice, and the Verizon store for great service and an awesome phone.
