Our stay here was short, so I might have a skewed view of this hotel, but here’s our experience. We arrived at this hotel at around 10pm, and there were already 2 separate unhappy customers at the front desk– one had roaches in his room, the other I’m not sure what the complaint was, but she was pretty angry! We quickly got our key and went to our room, but only to find that the room hadn’t been cleaned and there were dirty sheets strewn over the floor. The woman at reception was very helpful and pleasant to work with, so I felt bad that she had to deal with all of these issues, but anyway, we were able to get another room which was clean! Overall, I was pretty happy that we were only staying for one night.

We live close by and stayed here for a couple of nights while having or home tented. I give this hotel our highest rating. It was clean, the food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The man who checked us in was very pleasant and let us check into our room early because we had been traveling all morning. The room was nice and clean however, it was pretty hot and the a/c unit didn’t cool down the room at all. We did have to call down for utensils as well but the silverware was clean and they were quick. For the price and location, right next to the airport, you cannot beat this place.

I’ve stayed at several extended stays and this one was pretty disappointing. The rooms no longer carry basic utensils even though u get a full kitchen, items are based upon request now supposedly for«sanitation purposes». When I requested a coffee maker it was filthy, way to go.

When you arrive to this hotel, you will be greeted by the rudest hostess you have ever met… Nicole. She will not smile, and give you an attitude you can’t stand. She will make any question you ask seem stupid, and give you short answers. The hotel itself is decent. I like the roominess and that the windows actually open. However, there were a complete lack of dishes and towels. Maid service only cleans your room if you are staying at least 8 days which I find to be an inconvenience. Anytime you need more towels, toilet paper, or trash bags you have to walk downstairs to grab more. The breakfast they offer in the morning wasn’t great either.
