Generous portions & friendly staff. I enjoyed the honey chicken dinner. The chicken was hot & crispy. The egg drop soup & fried rice were good. It was also right next to the hotel I was staying at.

Good family owned restaurant. Portions are big and with good amount of meats. The chicken noodle soup is good. The egg foo young I ordered a while back was, delicious. Not, much too rave about this place. But, being one of the typical, inexpensive chinese restaurants in Miami. It is the best. One thing I keep going back is that they use bok choy for the chop suey and the ingredients, vegetables and meats are fresh.

This place has nothing special or unique, except for the lovely waitresses who nicely attend and suggests on what they think about the items on the menu. I had fried chicken and fried rice with a wonton soup. I give this place 3 stars because it’s an average tasting cuisine. I would not return to this place unless it was a last option eatery. Thumbs up to the waitresses who keep this business going with their magic!

Couldn’t ask for better Chinese take out. The pork fried rice is best in class. The combo meals are packed full of goodness.

Good clean restaurant and relaxed atmosphere. Prompt and polite service. We ate there over lunch and ordered off their lunch menu and had to ask for a box after we were done(you won’t leave hungry). Portion sizes are good and the prices were competitive($ 7 – 8) for the lunches. Only downside is the egg drop soup we got as part of the meal was a little bland, could be corrected with more bullion flavor. Overall a good place to eat!

Definitely hidden spot in the Miami springs area. I drive by this place fairy often but never noticed it because it doesn’t really stand out. What does stand out, however, is the amazing food. The fried rice, honey garlic chicken and bbq ribs were on point. The food is always made to order, so it’s always hot and fresh. Though the service can use some work, the prices are very reasonable and more than makes up for any shortcomings. 5⁄5 stars

The Ping House is probably Miami Springs’ best kept secret. It’s a hidden gem that you can easily miss if you’re not looking for it, even though it’s on a busy main street. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Though the service can be a bit slow at times, the food more than makes up for it. It’s definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area.

First time to be in Miami. We were going to eat at a pizza and sub place around the corner from the hotel and after walking a ½ mile to the place they were closed. The next closest place to the restaurant was this place. It was very good. Had the orange chicken and generals chicken. We enjoyed it. Would go back if I was in the area.

Its Chinese Food. I’ve had better, the service is a bit lacking. Good enough to come back. The Special Lo Mein, when cooked fresh is a highlight.

For me, I have to rate the place a 1 star because of the service… it’s HORRIBLE!!! Most of the girls all have an attitude, they don’t smile and they are completely rude. Not to mention when you order a lunch special that comes with a soup and then there is no soup inside the bag. When I realized there was no soup I asked where it was and the girl’s remark was a roll of the eyes, a big sigh and a comment of «like your going to eat it anyways»… regardless of weather I eat it or not, it’s included in what I’m paying!!! The food is delicious and always fresh, I haven’t had a problem with their food. Service just completely sucks!

Stopped in for a quick lunch with a friend. The«lunch specials» weren’t that special. The taste for my wonton soup was great, the sweet & sour chicken was a little over cooked, but the sauce was good. My friend got the sesame chicken, chicken portion was small, but plenty of fried rice. It’s ok, in a pinch, but not my first choice.

The food was excellent we love the sweet and sour sauce we can taste it was made from scratch. We love the honey garlic chicken was good except the chicken was fried too long. The shrimp fried rice was excellent. We order the appetizer Po Po and it was good the BBQ ribs was excellent and tender, pork was good. The fried egg rolls are fresh and made from scratch. The waitress was okay.

So I ordered take out chicken with broccoli. Came with a soup and egg roll. I asked for chop stix because that’s how I roll :). I got back to my room and found no spoon for the soup. I’m good with chop stix, but not with soup… Anyway the food was blah and the egg roll was a grease fest! Not again. IHOP is a block away.

The usual fare for a Chinese restaurant. My family likes to get the honey garlic chicken– with fried rice. Turn around is pretty quick so get ready to pick your orders up! Oh and parking is behind shop

No sweet and sour on the sweet and sour chicken. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and just received a «nugget like» chicken with no sweet and sour sauce on it. Sad. I’m a sad camper now.

This is what you call a hidden gem. You pass by it everyday but never pay any mind to it because it doesn’t stand out. I must say that the food is outstanding and well priced. Carryout and delivery have been great for us without a hitch.

I was staying in a hotel near Miami airport, and the Ping House showed up on a list of nearby restaurants. I couldn’t reach them by phone, but I ended up walking over and they were open. The food was great! I had hot and sour soup and steamed chicken with broccoli. The ingredients were fresh and the preparation was very good. Service was friendly and my order was ready fast. If you are in the area, I recommend the Ping House.

When it comes to chinese food, whether it is authentic chinese or american-chinese I am very selective since my father is a chef. With the many mediocre«American-Chinese food» restaurants in Miami, it is easy to over look a really good one. Ping House offers very fresh food selections, and their flavors surpass other chinese restaurants. Many of their entrees, ie Szechuan, Mongolian, Orange, General Tso’s, are very rich in flavor. In my opinion, some dishes have a zest unlike others. My particular favorites are: Shrimp and Lobster sauce, General Tso’s Chicken and their egg rolls(which are homemade and wrapped). Plus, their special fried rice is very plentiful in ingredients. In the world of American-Chinese food, I would recommend this restaurant because its food is outstanding. Give this place a try !!! They’ve been remodeling the interior and it looks great. P. S. They deliver locally and cater to large parties, esp to the MIA airport.
