The ladies there are always sweethearts and try their hardest. However, I would request the management please train everyone on how to receive mobile payments. This location is listed as one that does; unfortunately, none of the three ladies there did not know how to. Temporary issue for sure. Missing opportunity with FIU nearby, along with every other person using mobile payments with Starbucks. Because of this, I will be going to Starbucks until I hear this location finally receives mobile payments. There are currently discounts/promos some of us get for using this payment method.

I was served a stale sandwhich. I think thats a pretty decent indicator of how bad it is. I understand it is a fastfood chain/coffee house etc. but serving quality food should be a given. Not returning

Came to this Dunkin at 11am. There were so few donuts available that you’d think it was a late night donut run. They only had the seasonal donuts, old fashioned, and cinnamon. They didn’t even have glazed!

I love Dunkin Donuts, this one is on the way to my work, and as manny people I need to have my coffee to start the day, great deals and great sandwiches, the only problem I would say is that they need more staff, it’s been more than one time that I wait to long for a cup of coffee, must of the time I’m on my way to work and no matter how early I left my house I can’t never guess if I’m going to be late to work if I stop for coffee.

Do people really drink this stuff?! Do people really want Diabetes?! Those were the questions that came to my mind after taking one sip of a Vanilla Bean Coolata. This is not about their donuts(I don’t eat donuts– takes 72 hours to digest. Methinks not.). This is about their terribly sweet drinks. Ew. Gross. Why?! They did have a lot of donuts and were filled up and though the woman smirked at my disgust with the coffee, didn’t try to comfort me or give me an exchange. Never going to any DunkinDonuts again.

I can’t believe I am the Duchess of a Dunkin Donuts. What can I say? Mamma’s gotta have her caffeine. Since it’s located very near my place of employment, It’s an easy place to swing by and grab an extra large coffee with lots of cream and lots of sugar. The girls at this DD know how I like my coffee and they make it perfectly each time! As far as Dunkin Donuts go, this place is always hopping. I mean like jamming music at 700 am. Sometimes it’s to the tune of Maroon 5 or some hip-hop jam or whatves is playing on Lamestream radio. You’ll be rollin’ in the dough when it comes to Dunkin. A large coffee and a bagel is just under 5 bucks. And I like my breakfast like I like my men, hot, doughy and cheap. Fast and friendly, Dunkin keeps me running. But more like a brisk walk.

Early morning road trip calls for some dunkin’ donuts! Got half a dozen donuts and coffee to hit the road. The service was alright, but what is up with the stinginess of napkins! They don’t automatically give you napkins — you need to ask for them, but when I did — I got ONE napkin. I asked for more and I got TWO more. I finally told them that we would be eating these in the car and I needed more than 3 napkins — so she gave me FIVE more. Then my cup ended up having a hole in it and I had to use half of the napkins to keep it from leaking all over the place while she got me another cup. I didn’t get more napkins. The donuts were good, but the coffee could have used more sugar.

I’m such an asshole. Why did I go back to this DD? I should have known better… really but I was in the area and seriously thirsty. I saw a sign that said«NEW Southern Style Sweet Tea» for 99 cents. Turns out it is the exact same shit they had before; Iced tea, with 3 scoops of sugar thrown on top. Seriously? Who wants SAND in their drink? Dear Dunkin Donuts, I will offer you, free of charge 3SIMPLE options to serving REAL sweet tea: 1) Brew TWO teas. One sweet, one unsweet. 2) Buy simple syrup by the gallon. Pour over glass of tea when ordered. 3) Ghetto version. Customer orders Iced Sweet Tea. Pour hot tea over sugar. Pour sweet mixture over ice. Add more tea. Voila! Southern-freakin-Style Iced Tea minus the sand. It’s not Rocket Surgery people. PS: Your donuts are stale.
