Very clean location. Is greeted promptly. My coffee was made perfect, I didn’t have to add anything. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was fabulous«big and toasted» i do not live in the area as a matter of fact I’m really never in this area but I wish all locations were this good and happy. Great way to start my day.

Stopped in on a Friday at 11am because the kids wanted a snack. The place was clean, & the staff was friendly. The cashier seemed new, & wasn’t familiar with all the donuts, but she was still sweet. Admittedly, I did not order a coffee, just donuts & milk for the kids.

I usually order one of their breakfast sandwiches, which is okay. In regards to their service they are quick and polite, during the week. I went there this weekend and the guy making my sandwich was a stereotypical Miami guy, with his hat on almost sideways and the company shirt about 2 sizes too small. He kept grabbing his crotch while he was working, which is very unpleasant to see an employee do repeatedly while making your food. During the week, they never seems to have fresh donuts, by 10−11am. Unlike Krispy Kreme, this Dunkin Donuts location seems to make their donuts early and then not make any more throughout the day. I wouldn’t recommend a donut after 10am.

I normally wouldn’t write a review for fast food franchises like this, but I had to take the time for this one due to absolutely disappointing experiences I’ve had with this location. One or two times in the past, I’ve ordered Lattes(to go) in the mornings, only to drink them later in my office and discover the milk had spoiled. Because of the distance, I never bothered to go back. However, today, I forgot to test try the Latte before I left, and lo and behold, when I got back to my office, I was yet met with another spoiled milk Latte. I finally got fed up with this absurdity and went back to the location to change my Latte. Instead of being apologetic, the guy who originally took my order claimed he «personally» purchased the milk from Winn Dixie yesterday, and it could«NOT» be spoiled. The girl, on the other hand, after opeining my drink, suspected I was right and advised they no longer had any more of the milk. She admitted they were having problems with the milk spoiling too soon, and offered to give me another drink. Had the guy been apologetic and simply admitted their wrongdoing, I would have been ok. Instead, he was rude and accusatory and pretty much made it seem like I wanted to drive all the way back and complain about nothing! Fortunately for him, the other girl apologized for his behavior and advised she would talk to the manager. What a terrible waste of an employee. It’s very disappointing to see a simple chain like this get something that’s so easy, so WRONG! On top of serving spoiled food, they also deliver horrible customer service. Sadly, this location opened only about two years ago, and they are already giving a bad name to a much loved chain. This will be the last time I return to this location. I would prefer to drive a bit futher to the 87th avenue location for much better service and much better food.
