Thinking this is a donut place, you would think that they would have fresh donuts which is NEVER the case. Donuts are always stale! This is probably one of the worse Dukin donuts.

Great Service. Sometimes you will have to wait a bit due to high volume of traffic.
Bathrooms are spotless (clean)
It’s a little hot in there in the morning due to the fact that they are serving coffee but it was a non-​issue.
Overall my experience with them was superb.

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There was only a few people lounging around. Place is clean, no empty donut boxes, used tissue papers, or straw wrappers lying around on the furniture. Had to wait about five minutes before the lady behind the counter got to me. I ordered half a dozen donuts, which was $ 5.99. She was very not friendly at all. She simply asked what I wanted, no smile, no kindness expressed on her face, very stoic. When I was picking out what I wanted to be in the box, she seemed impatient with me since she kept on looking around as if annoyed that I was taking too long thinking about the last donut I wanted to add to the box. Once everything was packed and I paid, the way she handed me the box of donuts can be described as being shoved into my hands. The only reason I would come here again is because it is convenient for me since I pass by this shopping center area daily.

If my son didn’t like doughnuts and this place wasn’t so close to home, I’d probably skip all visits here altogether. Location is clean and some doughnuts are decent but the service is always terrible. I have yet to find someone at the cashier with a smile on their face or even being nice at all.

Great new spot — so happy to see more Dunkin Donuts opening up. Like the others, the café con leche is amazing! My favorite coffee, the best coffee actually (sorry, starbucks, but I’m pretty sure you saw that one coming!).
