Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love this place the cashier Stephanie was awesome fast and super nice. Place was so cleaned. And my food was amazing. The salad dressing is bomb get it!!!

Whyyyy haven’t I written a review for this spot!!! This is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch during the week. Im gonna start off on why I’m giving this place four stars. The place has the perfect portions of meat, chicken, pork or carnitas. If you are a vegetarian they also have tofu. You begin with a choice of white rice or brown cooked with cilantro and a little lime and salt. Another base is hard taco shells, with your preference of flour or corn tortilla they also have lettuce if you choice a salad. The fun part begins after when you get to add all the toppings that are made daily like corn with cilantro, fresh guacamole, sour cream, salsa. The only reason I’m not giving this place five stars is there’s always the longest line and they run out of the mild tomatoes which is one of my favorite toppings. Ohhh and how can I forget the best part of this place is that there products are GMO free and there meat has no hormones. Great price and yummy food how can you go wrong.

The food is great. I love it. The price an be a little much. You can easily find yourself spending over $ 12 for a meal. Not sure what it is about Chipotle that attracts a ton of teenagers, but they are crowded inside like Justin Beiber is ordering food. With that being said, I often get it to go. Too long inside you will end up on Amazon buying swag t shirts and hover boards.

Chipotle is literally perfection. The food never disappoints — I love love love their steak; it’s got a good kick to it. I always order steak tacos with chips and sour cream. What I love is that you can choose to be a total fatass or go the healthier route. The possibilities are endless. Chipotle has a pretty special place in my heart. E-​coli and all!!!

I came here a few times and had a burrito and was not impressed. I never wanted to go back. My girlfriend convinced me to go again and I walked in to a huge line. After 10 to 15 minutes of waiting in line I decided to try a bowl instead. The bowl completely changed my mind about this place. It is definitely worth the line!

Chipotle is overall great, but THIS KENDALL location is the worst one yet.
Their so rude and don’t know what customer service is all about. I recently ordered 4 take out lunches for my office. We are all medical providers for see patients and wanted a fresh, quick lunch that is HOT. We ordered online, and scheduled the pick up time for 12pm. I had one of my office staff members go pick up the lunches for us and she got there at 11:30am. I have proof on the receipt! The food was ice cold! The steak and chicken tasted like it’s been sitting there for more than an hour! I understand that the sauces are cold but the meat and rice should NOT be. I’ve been to chipotle plenty of times and have never experienced this! I immediately called back after I received the food and spoke to Christina who is supposedly the take out manager, she expressed how sorry she was and how that was not likely of them and to make it up to us she would repeat our entire order the next time we decide to order, which was 2 days later, and make sure it is made the way we expected it!
I called and placed the order and told them that we had a credit pending. The rude guy that said he was the «manager «said that Christina isn’t there to vouched for what I’m saying so they can’t do that for me and they will only give me 1 free Order and not 4 of them. I politely said, I specifically spoke to Christina a few days prior and she said it would be no problem! Long story short, Christina was no where to be found, and no one resolved our issue. The guy I spoke to said she would call me back and she never did.
Don’t promise loyal customers one thing and then go back on your word and not acknowledge that we are paying customers and we expected our food to be made right!

His place is good. Problem is that TS say to packed and it gets very frantic so the service can be subpar at times. Good is good, not super authentic or anything but definitely better than Taco Bell I recommend this place for anyone on a budget that is craving Mexican food

This place is disgusting. I asked for a cup for water and when I looked inside the cup the cashier handed me there was a yellow booger in the inside of the cup, the dining area was dirty, the garbage overflowing and the soda area counter was all wet and slimy. I’m getting nausea just thinking of the experience at this place.

I love Chipotle, but this location is by far the worse one I have ever been too. Every time I have come here, they have either ran out of chicken, or guacamole, or salsa. There is always a note on the glass with a list of things they don’t have, I mean really? One time, my sister in law ordered online to avoid the massive lines, and when she came in, they told her the order system was down, so she still had to wait for them to make the order. What’s the point of having an online system? Or at least, put a note on the website that the system is down. Don’t waste people’s time. This place is the worse. Never coming back here.

Chipotle is my favorite Mexican fast food restaurant. This location is always packed at whatever time of the day but the staff is working fast & efficiently to keep it moving. When I informed the staff that there was no spoons available they immediately restocked. Unfortunately I’ve also noticed that recently they’ve been slacking in the amount of food they serve in reference to the burrito bowl, hence the reason for 4 stars.

1^st time having a bad experience here. I waited for steak for my burrito bowl to find that when they brought it out the meat was still raw so I traded for chicken only to also find that pieces of my chicken were undercooked. Seriously need to check your chefs cooking skills so you poison your customers! We are paying customers therefore we should get quality COOKED FOOD!

I’m giving one star is because I have to it won’t let me post no stars.
Let me start by say Chipotle is great however THIS one is awful. I’ll be call the regional office in the morning.
The staff here is slow, rude, condescending and is soooo typical Miami and by that I mean rude.
Ordered the tacos asked for fresh tomatoes with out pico or onions. Told they don’t have it. All others do. The pico was soup. The chicken grilling in the back was unattended and burning the sink to the left was left running and open. I guess the employees are sticking it the owners.
Asked for a little cheese and lettuce the dumped a boat load of cheese to compensate for not having lettuce.
Simple said I wish they would have told me. Girl in a soft voice tells the lone to let people know and smiles.
I simply said never mind and paid for my daughters food and told them not to ring me up for the tacos.
The cashier was stunned go figure. Recommend tex mex. Further south or Moe’s a little east of this location.
HQ needs to overhaul this location.

I love chipotle but this location is messy messy. Trash is overflowing. The cashier had to leave the station to grab more trails and proceeded to clean them in front of customer. No limes or ice, had to tell a worker to restock. I hope management sees this and actually makes improvements.

This place never fails to deliver great simple food. But the demand for their food is always as intense as a Sunday night– #AintNoBodyGotTimeToCookOnASundayNight Soooo, the lines are are ridiculous and at least a 20 min wait. #DontForgetYourPhone #SpareCharger
That being said, #ItsWorthTheWait.

Love Chipotle, you can’t go wrong here. I’m real proud of them too with no GMO’s or hormone injected chicken and meats (besides the pork I believe), anyhow it’s healthy, delish, and filling. I’ve tried the bowls, the salad, and the burritos. Love them all. usually choose by the old school tactic of enie meanie minie moe. .lol
My favorite is the bowl, I usually get the steak or carnitas with black beans, sautéed onions and peppers, corn, extra hot sauce, cheese, and some guacamole. All the flavors just enlighten my taste buds. Love coming here for lunch or dinner, it’s just
always such a good time.
My only complaint is the parking here is always a mission and the line is always super long, but a long line is always a good sign. No matter what though, I’m officially a Chipotle lover for life!

This location started well. In the last 3 months, I see more efforts on putting less food… Unless you ask. So ask.
Today, isuues due to power outage… No tomatoes. Suspicious as the ad said different. When I asked if they could replace the lack of tomatoes, I got a firm no. What ever!

This review is going to be quick and to the point because it’s Chipotle and not a 5 star Mexican restaurant.
Pro’s:
Food made with Non-​GMO ingredients.
It’s usually prepared fresh and you can see the area where they cook the food.
Variety of options and you can even have a beer here.
Menu is simple and to the point.
You can customize your portion sizes to meet your needs.
Cons:
The calories can pack on pretty quickly, I did a quick numbers count for my burrito and it was going to be over 1500 calories with 140+ carbs, needless to say I went with a bowl lol.
The line can be incredibly long, I’m literally standing behind 45 people waiting for my order lol.
I would normally give a fast food restaurant 3 stars but I can appreciate what the company tries to do by going with alternative options, so they get an extra star for being probably the healthiest fast food option in Kendall.

Carnitas bowl is my favorite. I luv their rice that has a hint of lime & cilantro. Their guacamole is delicious. I always get it even though its an extra $ 2 but it’s worth it. This is one of my favorite fast food spots. I don’t like spicy so I am happy that their Carnitas are not spicy since all the other meat and tofu is so this is the option for me and what a yummy option it is. I luv their corn, all their ingredients taste fresh. Lines get long at night around dinner time 7 and on… so be prepared to wait.

What is this craze on Chipotle! I personally prefer Moe’s for the quality and service. I’ve tried to see what the fuss is all about but I just don’t get it.
Prices are higher than other guys and not to mention the line is always from here to egypt. Ugh kinda kills your burrito craving altogether.
All in all the place is not terrible just with so many more options I’d rather go elsewhere.

Who doesn’t love chipotle ?!?
My go to meal is the bowl with the burrito on the side. I love chipotle because first the food is amazing and the price is very reasonable. Just the ability to make the food the way you want it with extra items without the charge is great !
This particular chipotle is great, the food is always fresh and the rice is perfect not hard or too soft. Chicken is well seasoned and all the toppings are fresh.
Only reason for the four stars was the line and wait time but to be honest this chipotle goes by pretty fast which means hardworking staff ! Thank you !
