Nice place with lots of deals and discounts and service is fast. They make an effort to keep the line moving. No matter what they make sure to always at least have 2 cashiers if it gets busy.

If you ever need to get down to pick up a prescription, bring a book, buy some food inside the store, and get ready to wait. This Walgreens has the worst customer service, but apart from this, everything else is good.

The customer service and competency of the pharmacy staff in this location has dramatically dropped. My last straw with them was I went to pick up my advair refill at 3 days ago and they couldn’t find the coupon code from pharmaceutical company I gave them last month in system. I returned next day with coupon, the code I was told was in the system but then it was to late to call for a new authorization because code was not working. The next day I called the obtained new code authorization told me I need to get a coupon every month which was not explained to me clearly last month when I went for the refill because my coupon stated it was for 12 months. I went the next day to pick up the meds. and waited in drive thru 45mins. I was the line car in drive thru (arrived 9pm) when I get to window it was like 9:45pm the pharmacist saw me asked if we were picking up or dropping off. I told her pick up and made us wait. at 9:55pm she came back told us to come into the store as they were closing the drive thru. I told her why she didn’t say anything before and why they couldn’t process my meds there as I was last car there and had been waiting really long and she didn’t care told me to come inside. Pharmacist was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. I needed my medicine because I have asthma so I went inside and waited another 15 minutes to get scene in line. I complained to the staff there and they question me like I was lying about being in the drive through so long. I have my husband as witness and a lady that was counter and saw me at drive thru when i was there way before closing time. I asked for the name of the pharmacist and the assistant Diana and assistant manager (didn’t get her name, black hair/​glasses) refused to give me her name and they were really rude and nasty as well. I think the pharmacist name was Sonia but not sure. The people that are employed there obviously have a problem being there and do not like there job. The have poor customer service at that location and are incompetent as to what they are doing. I should have to wait three days to get my asthma medicine and treated so poorly once I did get my medicine. Especially since I have been a loyal customer there for many years. I will move my remaining prescriptions to CVS. You are no longer my pharmacy and have lost a loyal customer.

The typical neighborhood store. Really like that employees acknowledge your presence saying hi as soon as walking in.
Always asking if need help finding something.
Nice experience during visits that are usually briefs and in a rush.
Nice people. Offers weekly specials and very convenient 24hrs operation and delivery of medicines because the drive thru it’s a complete nightmare, long lines that move excessively slow.
So, choosing the free delivery will be the best choice.

Jeez Louis this Walgreens packed today but it’s great. Went to get my Prescription and new medicine and it’s great this Walgreens is always clean and the staff is friendly

I really wish this 24 hour Walgreens had a 24 hour pharmacy. 10 p.m. Closing time really blows. Especially because it’s located on a major intersection… serving most of Kendall.

I was going to rant about the pharmacy closing at 10pm and realized I had already done that! Ha! Come on Walgreens! Theres like a million people living in a 1 mile radius of this location. okay maybe not million but theres a lot.

This Walgreens happens to be a quick in and out one, LUCKLY! There is always someone at the registers. People are helpful in assisting you.
