Bonefish Grill

I’ve been to Bonefish Grill before but this was my first time at this location. I have to say that I’ve always loved the food and the service has always been great. I really enjoyed their Shrimp Pad Thai Bowl. It is very delicious. I will continue to dine here in the future.

Service is attentive, and food is outstanding. My boyfriend and I cant get enough of the rosemary bread and olive oil dip. They have great martinis (pomegranate is my favorite) and appetizers. I recommend the bang bang shrimp and ahi tuna!

Let’s start with the good:
— Bang bang shrimp. Good. So good. Portion is large, nice spicy kick to it, and the sauce is great to dip your bread in. Yummmm.
— Friendly service.
— Somewhat good deals. Hooked on Tuesday 3-​course meal for $ 14.99. Add bang bang shrimp for $ 6 instead of $ 10 to make this deal even sweeter.
The bad:
— Overcooked meat. I know that ordering steak well-​done can be a risk since many places tend to completely dry it out. That happened to me here but I just accepted it. BUT my mom ordered her steak medium well, and it came out even drier than mine and super duper overcooked! She couldn’t eat it. :(
— SLOW, slow, sloooooow. Yes service is friendly but my goodness, my last experience here was so long and dragged out. We were a party of two who had very simple orders, why would we have to be here for nearly 2 hours? We could have easily been in and out of here within 45 minutes. Who takes over 15 minutes to bring out the dessert?
Conclusion: I’m torn. I don’t want to come back, but I really want bang bang shrimp. Ugh!

My goto dish is the Tilapia with garlic potatoes. Great place to have a nice dinner, The fish is cooked just right every time I go there to eat and their service never has disappointed me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, last time I was there waiter dropped my plate and food on my lap and did not bother to even apologize.

I LOVE their Brunch! With their $ 20 endless bubbles, that lets you alternate between mimosas, sangria, and bellinis AND includes a meal, how can you go wrong? I honestly have to say I enjoy visiting this location more than the one on 120 street. I make the extra drive since the service at this location is always so friendly and fast.

Not impressed at all. I had never before eaten at this place before because everyone I know says the same, «overpriced chain restaurant» but my friend insisted in going there and since he was paying i said Why not. The appetizers were the best thing. The food was a major disappointment. I ordered a soup and it came after my meal, the manager removed it from the bill. The soup tasted right out of a can, it wasn’t even hot enough. As far as the service, well i already talked about the late soup, but we really did not know who our server was, we had three different people come by randomly either to serve food or to bring water. In summary, it was what i expected, an overpriced chain restaurant, not interested in going there again.

Great service & a fantastic meal. I had 2 shots of scotch & a delicious thai coconut shrimp appetizer to go with our dinner. Everything was great!

This place is amazing! The coconut shrimp is the best! I couldn’t decide on what to order because everything sounded so good. Prices are fair and the service was great! I left so full and satisfied. Must try the shrimp tacos! Looking forward to going back!

In comparison to other chain restaurants, Bonefish is up there. They’re the exception. They’re the ones that all other chain restaurants should be like. Every time I’ve gone it has been pleasant and I’ve enjoyed everything from the service to the food.
Like all chain restaurants, it can and will get busy. But they let you make reservations online or over the phone. Expect a wait time during peak hours, so its best to make reservations. The best time to go is during brunch. They have a $ 20 endless bubbles which lets you choose between mimosas, sangria, and bellinis. They’re like the holy trinity. I haven’t seen prices like that in a while, especially in Miami. Best of all, those $ 20 include an a brunch entrée (omellete, eggs benedict, or some other great dishes).
I’m picky when it comes to which restaurant to have a seafood at. This place however is definitely a trustworthy for seafood. The fish tastes fresh and they’ve got great flavor. They’ve got this lemon butter sauce which is worth the calories and definitely worth asking for an extra serving of.
Service is amazing. From the host/​hostess to your waiter/​waitress and your bartender everyone is attentive to your needs.
It’s great to come here regularly or if you’re having a special occasion.

Yum! Their steak always impresses and at times I crave their lemonade and potatoes au gratin! Their service is really great! It’s the first time I pick up a to go order and get a handshake from the to go manager that’s working. :)
They handle big parties amazingly well (21 people) and our bill was decent.
Sadly, none of their dessert is out of this world and their raspberry martini tastes a little like medicine.

Bonefish Grill is a great alternative to the large chains (Red Lobster, etc.). The prices are in line with the competition, but the dish preparation and design are unique.
We had the Bang-​Bang Shrimp as an appetizer, highly recommended. A bit spicy but oh so good.
The we had the Sword Fish with pumpkin ravioli and the Snapper and Shrimp with scampi sauce (both are «specials», not on the regular menu). Both excellent.
The staff was extremely nice and polite… a nice change since the staff at the big chains are usually overworked, stressed and kind-​off tired of what they are doing.
So if you want more exotic seafood preparations in a bit more fancy environment and great service, then Bonefish Grill is your bet option.

Delicious late dinner. Stared off with the «bang bang shrimp» which was awesome! (A little heavy on the mayo)
As for my entrée I had the tilapia with an amazing mango salsa over it, and the potatoes which were all great!
The staff was nice, polite and helpful; no complaints in that department.

First time here this place is AMAZING! Fresh food great service there fast, the waitress (nicole) was amazing and so sweet she didnt forget a thing! The food tasted perfect! I cant wait to be back very soon PERFECT for date night!

this is how it goes. i get home from work on a friday, decide i need a drink, grab the wife and head to bonefish. we grab an app and a couple vodka drinks at the bar and make a night of it.
Weve also come for sunday brunch which is hit and miss.
convenience plays a big part for us as we could literally walk to the restauarant.

Great food and EXCEPTIONAL service. If you are lucky, Heather will be your server. The Bang Bang Shrimp were the best I’ve had at a Bonefish!!! The Coconut Shrimp were to die for! Had the special «Oscar Turbot» which was tasty (maybe a little too much oil in the sauce?).
Great time! Highly recommend it!

The also make great mixed drinks and have a good wine list. I love «la crema» when in mood for red.
I usually order the fish tacos. Do note that this dish is kind of on the smaller side (not really small, but smaller than most dishes there). Their other dishes are much larger. It fills me up when I share an appetizer, though.
The bread they serve (free) is also very yummy.
It has a bit of a wait during «prime time» 15 mins more or less. But very accommodating, they sometimes even offer wine/​appetizer tasting while you wait (weekends).

If I were ONLY rating our bartender this would be five stars– unfortunately I had to deal with the manager this evening, and his demeaning, almost insulting, tone and attitude mauled the rating!
Ordered filet mignon with Oscar topping– got a filet with three steamed spears, six small pieces of unseasoned, steamed crab, and a drizzle of lemon butter under steak. Chose to eat the steak (although it was somewhat overcooked) but gave feedback to the manager afterwards. I felt like I was being spoken down to, as if I didn’t know what the dish should have been. Excuse me, manager — ive been dining here since this location opened and know what the food is supposed to be like.
(As for the rest of the meal — poorly seasoned filet satay starter would be a suitable chew toy for small pets (use a cheap cut next time if you insist on overcooking it). Lobster street tacos were fresh and crisp and, actually, the highlight of the meal– well seasoned and nicely portioned; a great start).
Dear manager– thank, and give a raise, to your bartender. Your attitude and ineptitude in dealing with me almost cost you a very lucrative diner– your bartenders charm and excellence saved my business.

We love this place. Especially the bar. Good service and the food is yummy.
The bang bang shrimp is one our favorite starters. The Blackened Baja Street Tacos are also very good! Definitely a top choice for us, lunch or dinner.

For being a chain restaurant this place by far blows my mind. All menu items are top notch and full of flavor. If you love seafood this is the spot for you even better than most fancy seafood spots I’ve been too.
Wednesday’s they have half off bang bang shrimp which are super tasty.
The fish dishes and fish tacos are a must! Their Mac and cheese and house salad are also a must order.
