Very unprofessional store. We came here a month prior to order Uverse for the first time, mind you– this is a corporate store. A rep called Jacob pitched us on a plan that costs $ 10 more in return for receiving a free Samsung LED at the end of the month. After the wait, it all turned out to be a lie. I wasted a good portion of my morning speaking with customer service, the rewards department, and even retention; they couldn’t help and referred me back to the corporate store and surprise, our dishonest friend is on vacation and the extremely Unhelpful manager, Linda had us wait there nearly half an hour, to be connected through the phone and find out that the telephonic customer service isn’t even open. For their dishonesty we’ve wasted our time.

No product knowledge!!! Wasted a hour of my life coming here. I tell them exactly what is wrong with my phone and all she can ask me is, if I tried a «soft restart». WTF, soft, hard my next option was to throw it against the wall. Maybe if I would have handed it to my 2 year old nephew he could have fixed it. WASTE OF TIME.

I’ve had some bad experiences already at two different best buys. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my phone. Not only is the service here fast, but it’s very personal and honest. I never got the feeling that they were being pushy at all. In fact, the sales associate swayed me to not get the phone and wait for the better time, based on my current situation. From the second I walked in I was greeted and helped within 15 seconds. Total time there was about 30 minutes of back and forth options that I had, and never did I feel the sales associate was frustrated. All in all the service here was 10 times better than anywhere else I’ve been, and will definitely be going back for future purchases.

I’m probably the only person in the world who loves where they got their cell phone and who sold it to them.
I’ve had AT&T for years (they used to be Cingular), and this is the location I’ve always gone to. The staff is always nice, never pushy, and if you’ve got a problem, they’re more than happy to help.
