Went in to purchase a new phone. The staff needs to be trained in all AT&T products. The guy helping us knew nothing about every type of phone except Samsung. He only knew that one because he has one. I blame management.

Every sales person here has a different offer, last night I was told they could drop the price on my phone bill down by $ 30/​$ 35 this am it turns out that plan will RAISE my bill by $ 40 and the salesman that made the offer is in hiding !! Guess who’s looking for a new cell phone company

I like this AT&T store more than others in my area. It’s bigger, has entertainment while you’re waiting to be assisted and it has a large selection available in store. The staff is really nice and helpful, but a suggestion that I can give everyone is to make sure to make an appointment, it’ll save you a lot of time and frustration (from waiting).
The parking situation leaves much to be desired. There is a Cork and Wine right next door and they take up most of the spaces so plan to park far away and walk (not that it’s such a big deal).
