So I went on a Sunday for brunch. I asked the server what he recommended and he said the steak Milanese I believe that’s what it was. I received it and it just was too bland, it was over cooked, hard and just overall not good. The area is nice and family friendly, the server was kind. But as long as the food went, not very satisfied

Picked up 2 sausage rigatoni express lunches this afternoon and opened one up to find a roach inside the pasta. In disgust, I called to complain and inform the manager. He was nice about the situation and refunded my money but I will never be back there again.

Went to Macaroni Grill tonight. All I can say is was not a good experience. The appetizer was rubbery and the sauce cold. The waiter was like lost in the jungle, brought me the wrong salad and never corrected it. Also my wife’s dinner was incorrect ingredients, and wrong pasta in the plate. Overall this was not a good experience.

Walked in & the hostess wasnt even there. We were just standing there & then finally someone came. Our waiter wasnt even wearing uniform, we had no napkins, no utensils. We all got our food and we still had no utensils. The waiter was nice but very disorganized. There was many dirty plates & did not take away the plates. I got a pizza & it had no taste. The sauce was bad & Pizza was falling apart, it was too soft. My boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo & the sauce was very light. We prefer red lobsters and the cheesecake factory one. My brother-in-law got the lasagna and it had a wine sauce it was horrible! Did not like food nor the service. I will not be going back. It was pretty expensive too. The total was around $ 250 for 7 people.

Took 30 minutes to get water on the table. Took 45 minutes to get my daughter chocolate milk. I was told it was because the cook gave the waitress balsamic vinegar instead of chocolate for the milk. Food took forever too and when delivered pasta was ice cold. Was also missing a few things that we asked for, but like everything else getting those things took forever or never came. I literally walked over to the kitchen myself to get syrup for French toast. The cook smirked when I came over which you should never do in front of a guest. I spoke with the manager and he was nice and took 3 out of 8 entrees off our bill, but it’s not enough to get us to return. He blamed a new waitress for the troubles, but after reading the other recent reviews here I realize this is standard for this restaurant now. This restaurant needs a major overhaul and it needs to start with server training and the kitchen. One person at my table got egg’s benedict and the egg’s were hard boiled. Unacceptable.

I used to go to this restaurant all the time when I was younger. Last time I will ever go here. I ordered make your own pasta. I ordered mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and spinach. When I got the order I didn’t get the spinach so they brought it to me. Which was fine, but when I bit down into the pasta, I noticed a piece of metal, and chewed on it. It was the metal from the brush cleansing the pan. Worst service ever! The manager was apologetic, but not enough. They did take it off the bill, but never again!

I arrived at the restaurant at 6:10pm walked up to the hostess table there were 4 ladies there. I asked for a booth, for two. I was told none available, then one of the young ladies said we are cleaning one now that they would call once it ready. 5 mins passed I see guests arriving and being seated ok, then I see a couple come in and they were seated at a booth, it’s now 6:20pm. I got up and asked why that couple was seated at a booth when I was told I was going to be seated after they cleaned it for me. The hostess was very apologetic, and they had asked me too if I was burnt helped? I finally got called to be seated it’s now 6:40pm. The table was not ready, we had no utensils, napkins and they placed two plates one was cracked. The server I must say was a joy Nick he made our evening worth it. The food was ok, dessert so do but I want say thanks to an awesome server. If you ever go ask for Nick, make sure they write your name for the table you request. Even though they apologized I smiled but already felt I was not important enough to be seated as promised. Nick our server was always asking if everything was ok and exchanged my napkin because it was stained with lipstick. It’ll be a long while before I go back.

Great restaurant. Wonderful ambiance and great staff. Good food and the bread is always hot and soft. Definitely will return for the brunch menu. The bartender was very accommodation with his knowledge of the menu and suggested tasty dishes. I recommend going for the brunch on Saturday or Sunday and sitting at the bar.

This is by far my worst experience in a Restaurant!, when were to be seated, the seats were dirty, the floor had a mess, and the hostess had to cleaned, then the silverware was not set, one of the waiters came an put the a group of silverware all together on the table and left. The lassanga tasted like it was frozen from the supermarket. The Lobster filled ravioli we could not ate it, because of the strong smell and tasted like old. And the plates were serve dirty. And since the restaurant was packed service was not good either. Don’t waste your time and money in that place!!!

I usually enjoy this restaurant but this time we had a very bad experience. The waiter, Exel was completely inattentive. My husband ordered a soda and it came 20 min later. He never got a refill. He then tells us there’s no more bread. 15 min later we see other tables with bread. He never offered us any bread. He then took our orders and came back like 10 min later to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered again. We never got water refill either. I just expected a lot because the prices are pretty high for the quality and my previous experience had been nice. I probably will only return for to go orders now.

It sucks this place has such bad reviews. I’ve only been there once and my experience was great. Amazing food, nice place, and great service. My only complaint is that the bread for the appetizer was a little hard, but other than that, everything was great. The price was also reasonable, we ordered a lot of food and it came out to be about $ 118 for four people. They gave my mom a free cheesecake for her birthday. I loved this place.

Went for an impromptu birthday dinner last night. The staff was pleasant and the food was delish. I had the Butternut Asiago pasta dish, and it was extremely yummy!!! My friends also enjoyed their dishes. We were all very happy :).

Been here a lot of times and the quality has been falling! The service is being overworked. Most tables were empty. But servers seem to have too many tables. The food is lacking taste. The angel hair pasta seem to be just boiled and plated without the garlic. The chicken was very plain as well. Think I will be avoiding this place.

Came here for lunch with my son. It’s was slow, so I didn’t understand the 15 min wait. Maybe bc most of the tables were dirty. Our waiters service was so so. I really dislike being rushed. We ordered our drinks and my sons lunch first bc he was so hungry he couldn’t wait. It came pretty quickly and was hot. I proceeded to order mine: chicken fettuccini. It was very good. I’m only giving a 4 bc our waiter was rushed and he was sweaty all over. Gross! He didn’t come back to see how we were. Bad idea. I don’t come here often, bc we have some much better Italian restaurants closer to my home, which I prefer.

Went to try out their new brunch. It was meh. In theory the items sounded delish but the meal failed the deliver. Bloodies & mimosas are $ 2 each. Not a bad deal so you can pay/drink as you go rather than paying $ 20+ for bottomless drinks. I ordered the Bloody Mary and it was extemy watered down. Nothing out of this world but I guess it’s what you get when it only costs you $ 2. For my main brunch meal I ordered the brisket frittata with caramelized onions & mushrooms. The eggs were watery, almost raw, and the brisket was tough to chew. Not my best meal. I’m glad I checked them out, but I won’t be going back for brunch. Maybe it wasn’t so good because they just launched this brunch menu. Try it for yourselves, maybe they’ll get it down eventually! Other than that, the service was great & the wait staff were very attentive :)

I was very sad to see how many terrible reviews Romano’s has! I’ve been coming here for years and i have to admit this place has had a few ups and downs, but the restaurant is always clean, the service is good, the waiters are nice and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and decoration… The menu varies through out the year but the classic stuff always stays in the list. I’ve seen a lot of variations in the quality and the way they prepare the dishes through time, sometimes its been awesome, sometimes not that good, sometimes i had decided to give the restaurant a break… But overall I’ve had more pleasant experiences than bad ones, and in the past 2 months i have gone to dine in during the weekend and the food has been amazing… I always go for the Mom’s spaghetti and meatballs in meat sauce, Penne Rustica or Carmela’s chicken and lately it has been delicious, last week i even told the waiter to please advice the chef that everything was really good. One thing i miss is the desserts, they where way much better a few years ago, but it seems that corporate changed a few of the recipes, i guess to cut budget, for example like the lemon cake they have, back in the days it use to be a big portion of a lemony tres leches kind of cake with a cream frosting… Now it’s just a little piece of lemony syrup soaked sad cake with a sugary frosting :(. Anyway’s i think Romano’s deserves at least 3 stars because the food is not bad and neither does the service, this place is a classic and if it’s still standing is for a reason.

What can i say a classic spot Macaroni Grill!!! Love sitting at the bar cause theres no wait first come first serve i always get a Peroni(italian beer) which is my favorite… I decided to change from my usual order which is penne rustica which is awesome as well but wanted something a little lighter so i choose the chicken caprese i told them i didnt want any tomato sauce so instead they cooked it in olive oil and fresh garlic i didnt even know you can do that(great tip) by the way. My bf ordered the parmesan chicken which is also very yummy and very filling also a great tip is i downloaded an app called and they always have great coupons the one i used yesterday was $ 5 dollars of my bill they also had one for free parmesan fries… hope u find that helpful. enjoy

I forgot how terrible this place was and ended up here on a Saturday afternoon. It took 40 minutes for my daughters chicken breast and plain pasta to arrive. Forty minutes for a meal I could have prepared myself in under 10. When my meal arrived several minutes later(the restaurant was half empty, btw) I looked at the under side of my chicken and it was completely black. Not just a little overcooked– charred. The waiter then told us that he could bring another piece of chicken because there were a lot cooked in the kitchen. Umm… Then why did we wait 50 minutes for a piece of charred chicken in a half empty restaurant? We were over the bad service and bad food so just sent it back. Also, I didn’t have another hour to wait for another meal. The manager came over and apologized, which was nice. Hopefully he talked to the cook staff and server and helped them understand why you don’t serve burnt food and then make excuses for it.

Very poor service to start with. Bread so stale I think it was from last Passover. Prosciutto so salty I’d rather drink seawater. Penne Rustics, size of a lunch portion. My girlfriends Eggplant Parmigiana was so burnt and grease was oozing off the side of the dish. The only way I come back is out of bad taste someone gives me a gift card like this time.
