AVOID! We arrived around 7pm on a Monday night and there were several employees loitering but not helping us. Even the manager passed by and did not inquire as to if we were being helped. When we were finally helped Denis was helpful, but we ended up waiting about 30 min for a very simple transaction.

Great store and friendly people, ask for Victor he is great! He was very patient and was willing to help me with all my needs. While he was at it helped me save money and turned some of those savings into their alarm product Digital Life. I left very happy thanks to his assistance.

Came here to help my girlfriend solve a problem, but they were extremely unhelpful. The front girl was nice, but MOD Ernesto Ajo(sp?) was not accommodating. These are the reasons I’m going to convince her to switch carriers. It is ridiculous that they treat their customers like cattle.

There is no much I can say about this type of store. They are all pretty much the same, fully stocked with the latest smartphone models, cases, and accessories but I do want to review this place because of the service which was exceptional. Our rep, Phet, went out of her way to help us. Even though we were only there to upgrade my mom’s phone she took the time to review my mom’s account and found ways to save her money in several ways. Additionally she reviewed my fiancé’s account as well mine and suggested ways in which I could also save money on my monthly bill. She was really everything that customer service should be about. We will definitely go back when is time to upgrade our phones. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Phet!

I have a dilemna when reviewing utilities. In our modern, connected society, services should be «there», like oxygen. Technically we should be able to take them for granted and not have to review them. So, would you review as 5-star just for fixing the service or automatically knock a star off for the fact that said utility was not at 100%? As a lot of my fellow Unilocalers know, I WAS one of the biggest proponent of Blackberry phones and all excited for the new Torch. until it started acting umm not quite as advertised… This was the location close to my office, and otherwise centrally located on the corner of US1 and Kendall Drive. My first try was within a week of getting the device(touchscreen issues). They did some testing in the store, and ended up replacing the device. I also went through three device changes through the 800 number tech support and will say they were very thorough in their testing and follow-up. My final device swap-out was thsi week, where I was liberated from the cursed Blackberry. While I didn’t get an iPhone I ended up with an HTC Aria(Android Phone). I did have to go to the store to get a SIM card for the new phone(and allow me to do my first Unilocal check-in!) I did have to wait about 20 minutes until their technicians were able to help me, and they were helpful in setting it up. However, I did have to remind the tech to put the SIM card IN the phone(which is why I knocked off 2 stars). They also tend to recommend and upsell phone accessories. Still and all, my new phone seems to be working(despite Mercury being in retrograde) and I was able to check in on Unilocal,so life is good!
