A few of these reviewers such as «Ann P» are reviewing regular Admirals Clubs, not the Flagship 1st class lounges. There are only 4 in the country. MIA, JFK, LAX, ORD. The Flagship lounge at MIA is not busy and provides an open bar with complimentary meals. You can get access through a variety of methods such as AAEXP status on an international itinerary, 1st class international, or 1st class domestic 3 class service on AA. Just a clarification, One World Emeralds are only allowed access if they are Emerald with AA, not other One World Carriers, and they are starting or finishing an international itinerary.

Well, it’s a place to work if that’s your thing or if you like a bar with small tvs and mediocre food. Only one PC worked in the business center and parents like to stick their kids in their to play games. Free cookies and so so fruit. Lovely cold water, hot beverages, immaculate bathrooms, sometimes working shower, GREAT cleaning ladies and reception staff… it is VERY crowded most times. Not sure why my check in was at Terminal E. I was in the Admiral’s Club D 15. I am here about 12 times a year.

Not bad. Busy place with fast service. Snacks are like chewing cardboard… It’s Miami so don’t expect a smile…

A small but pleasant lounge for 1st class international passengers and Oneworld Emerald elites. Located in Terminal E, separate from the Admirals Club. There are shower rooms available, as well as self-service adult beverages, snacks, and hors d’ouvres. Staff is really friendly. Razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are available, as well as complimentary wifi access to patrons(not a usual part of the Admirals Club unless you’re a member). Good view of the ramps.
