I just walked out extremely upset! I found a beautiful necklace on the window, after I payed the sales lady shows me the clearance area, I found the SAME necklace in a different color for ½ the price, I asked if I could exchange for 2 of the sale ones for the one I just purchased seconds before… She said sale is final to read policy, it said 7 days to exchange so I asked what can be exchanged then cause it’s not stipulated, her answer…“only scarfs & handbags!” I was livid! Horrible Customer Service! Triple check before buying anything!

I was looking to buy women’s scarfs (the ones suitable for Miami’s weather) for a present. I searched all over Dolphin Mall and I liked these the best — in the way they look and by price points (really affordable).
They have some nice and colorful things here.
CON: No refund policy.
