Worst retail experience I have ever gone through. They literally accused me of being a criminal. Told me my gift certificate was invalid. Pretty much said it was counterfeit or something. Embarrassed me and my mother in front of the whole store. I don’t think i’ve ever been this upset in my life. Holy sht, i’m at a lost for words. The «manager» is Jennifer Canals and she is the most incompetent piece of work I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Customer service in Miami, FL is officially dead. Never shopping at dolphin mall ever again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a clothing store.
I contacted their corporate offices following the horrific experience I had at this location. A few days later I received a phone call from what seemed like a very concerned customer service rep. And then I was mailed a coupon valid only at this outlet store. Wtf?! Why would I ever want to shop here again?!
Also, it takes a lot more than a measly 30% coupon to help me forget the illegal actions of the employees here.
I will NEVER step foot into this classless hell-hole poor excuse of a store.

This place is pretty nice, the employees are helpful and polite. This place is more professional clothing style compared to the sister store Ann Taylor Loft. They now have a shoe section and have the same shoes found in the regular store. They do have good specials.
