IHOP

When seated, the seat was greasy from the bus boy’s tray. The host then grabbed a dirty napkin from another table and smeared it around.
Our waitress and food was what you would expect from IHOP, decent and reasonably priced.

Food is ok. The service was ok. Coffee was not as hot. When I went in the bathroom o had to exit immediately because it was dirty and it has an awful odor. Like sh** and urine. That is unacceptable.

BEST IHOP IN MIAMI! My boyfriend and I come here often on Saturday’s/Sunday’s at prime brunch hour and we get seated within 15 min. The food is always delicious and brought out quick. The staff is very friendly and attentive, most of all the restaurant is always clean. :)

This place has quality service and some great pancakes as always. My favorite IHOP location.

Don’t ask for hot water and lemon! Even if you’re sick!!! It will take an act of God for you to get a simple cup of hot water to drink. Especially if you’re closer to moreno! I decided not to eat their food – just waited for my companion to finish and left!

Flew in to MIA and needed to eat ASAP so I was super excited to find out that there was a IHOP close by. Parking was a bit of a struggle, just had to end up stalking the people leaving to get one. Got in there and my group of 5 was seated immediately. Blanca was our server. She got all of the orders correct even though people kept changing their order. Food was delivered promptly, great temperature and flavor. Blanca even helped us find a nice Spanish bakery in the area. Overall amazing experience!!!

We can start with the staff doing more hanging around when serving. I ordered the breakfast sampler and it was horrible. The eggs tasted like they were pre-​made, the bacon was soggy and burned, the sausage links were cold, and the pancakes were dry. I recommend you go somewhere else, this IHOP was once a really good one and lately it’s been horrible.

I love this freaking ihop. All the servers are awesome, even the cooks are great & friendly through the window if you sit on the counter. I come here often by myself to get some pancakes. They are always attentive to the tables & are constantly cleaning up. The food comes quick even of they are slammed which is usually the case on friday night & weekends. When i usually come with my mom. Overall great ihop location.

Place was small and run down. Staff were all of Two Rooty Jr plates for my girls and then something for the hubby and I. After the LONG wait for food we received the girls food with just TWO small strawberries, no syrup, no whip cream. When we asked why such the small amount of strawberries we were advised they come in a small cup and we can get more for an additional price. We then told her NO and asked for her name. Though she offered it I guess she was afraid we would ask for her manager because she quickly came back with a cup of strawberries. The SAME cup they normally come in which holds a good 10 strawberries and compote. Aside from the lack of strawberries, my husband’s pancakes came out half and deformed, the server never brought us silverware, never refilled our drinks and to top it off was rude.

Came here on a busy Saturday night; well, about midnight. The service is not as bad as every other review makes it seem. I was taken care of quickly, friendly and with a smile.
The food was what you can expect, bland, needed salt but decent as a late night breakfast for dinner. Something to fill up your stomach as you crave a sweet french toast with strawberries.
Not a place I would always crave but great for a late night bite!

This review is really important to me. I went to this Ihop for first time to grab a quick snack with my kids, staff in this place is like family. Since we arrived they welcomed us with a big smile, like it was 12 Noon when it was 11:00pm. Attention was super fast, everything that we order was yummy and excellent quality. The waitress was super nice and friendly all the time.
My son left the phone there and we realized of this at 1:49 am, we went there and they have it!!! Really honest people and they saved my day, these days we struggle with money and we went there with only $ 40 bucks, and I did it because my little son help me so much and I was so grateful with him because he always is helping me in everything!!! He is like an angel that always is pushing me foward!
I just have more faith today because of the people of this Ihop location!!! THANK YOU GUYS, is really rewarding knowing that the world still have human beings like you!!!

Always come here, when I have a taste for pancakes since it’s located near my home. Saw the advertising of the double crunch French toast last night. Came in and I was greeted and asked where would I like to be seated? I told the server at the counter is fine. I ordered the double crunch French toast, with eggs over medium, hash browns, bacon and sausages. I received the plate with the sides first, I notice was over cooked, but I didn’t return it. I also ordered their seasonal Watermelon Lemonade. I received the lemonade all full of seeds, which I’ve ordered from other Ihops and it’s not the same situation. I finally received the infamous double crunch French Toast with cinnamon and it tasted atrocious. The server was paying attention to my facial expressions and asked me if I wanted to order the regular French Toast. I advised my server that it was ok. My French Toast came and it was way better than the previous served. I was upset, because by that time I was not really hungry. I feel service could’ve been a little better.

Typical IHOP franchise; cold busy place where customer service usually dictates the experience, same food at any other IHOP. This particular place was somewhat busy, waitress was warm but somewhat monotone, between three people we were able to have last worthy conversations until the food arrived. I chose the French toast combo deal, which is four regular French toast slices (there are other options) along with your choice of bacon or sausage links as well as a side of harsh Browns and eggs. I love French toast, French toast anywhere taste good, but the bacon tasted like cardboard and the eggs were watery. I’m sure it was just a bad day!

The salad was not even cut, the pieces were huge. The dressing don’t have much taste. The service is awful. It seams like the server was force to be here. I kept saying please and thank you and all I got was have a good day after she saw I left a tip. Sad to see that service is not a priority.

A late night breakfast run in Miami. So good to get eggs from the shell (I’ve never asked for this at IHOP but my friend did so I followed). The coffee was good, you could tell they had some good cooks in the back, which was confirmed when the lady came from the kitchen looking like a southern grandma, I knew she was throwing down back there. Our server was really cool for 3 am and was there anytime our coffee got low. She even cracked a few jokes.

Flew into Miami airport late and had dinner here. Stayed with staples menu items of fried chicken, hamburger, salad, quasidillas, cheese sticks. All items came out hot. Service was very good with few customers at this late hour. Relatively clean tables. Okay to eat here. Maybe not good during crowded hours as there seem to be only one cook and two waitresses

Not even worth writing about. Yuk! I have a IHOP close to where I live in New Jersey. And at least the food closely looks like the picture.

Got a coupon for Free Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity for my birthday. Asked for this, and the woman in broken English told me this item wasn’t on the menu. I showed her that on the coupon it said I could substitute it for an item of equal or lesser value. She kept telling me No, I couldn’t. She asked the manager and they started talking in Spanish and looking at me like I was some kind of scam artist. They didn’t honor the coupon in the end and both gave me attitude so I left.
In addition to this incident I live in the area and get the local paper, the River Cities Gazette. In the police blotter section they ALWAYS mention car burglaries that occur in the parking lot of this IHOP. So If you want bad service and your car broken into go to this IHOP. Otherwise go anywhere else!

Read the past reviews and I came anyway. The food is the same as any other IHOP I’ve been to so it was delicious (country omelette). The service was also good. My food came to me in less than 5 min.
Yes the staff speaks Spanish (it’s freakin Miami people). yes my waitress only came by once after she delivered my food and I liked that! I don’t want someone hovering over me while I eat!
I would recommend for people who like IHOP food and prices.

I was expecting the worse after reading all the negative reviews. Still, we wanted to eat IHOP pancakes before leaving the country.
Well folks, I have only good words for this place! Service was friendly, prompt and professional. Our waitress Nancy was very sweet. The food (breakfast) was good too (keep in mind it’s a chain). It’s clean and well run. And I love their pancakes!
