Good Sushi rolls. On the expensive side for what it is. Bad bad service. I asked for eel sauce to 3 different people, since our waitress took the order and never came back to ask how everything was, I saw her again with the check and never got the eel sauce.

What a fantastic and fresh sushi place. We enjoyed the big eye tuna roll which was delicious. The stone crab roll was close second. Both amazing. The tuna pizza was very fresh and the chefs special roll was good. Will be back

As part of being to pick a Sushi spot because I have to eat fish on Friday on my vacation, I chose this awesome spot! Everything we ordered was awesome and I enjoyed the Miami weather being outside. I would recommend this place for a great option of different sushi rolls and a good beer. *Salmon Taquitos: These are like the sliders of tacos, stuffed with sashimi salmon and guac and other items of deliciousness. These are pricey but worth it. I believe the picture looks just as good as it tastes. If not, it is great because it has a great crunch on the hard shell then soft insides of salmon. it was so good, I reordered it. **Rock Shrimp: we were told this was a popular item. I can see why it was popular. It probably has the most value because there is a lot of rock shrimp. It has a spicy mayo with fried shrimp. ***crab roll: This is probably the best roll because it is one huge amount of crab rice, white wrapped and then comes with clarified butter. it was sooo good! the dipping of clarified butter just made it tons better. The idea that this is new age sushi on all items make this place outside the box. ****Tuna Rice Crunch: Not sure if that is the name of the item but it include deep fried rice, then tuna on top. The Tuna is so fresh and it was one of the best tuna rolls I have ever gotten. This place is so outside of the box when it comes to sushi, I would definitely come back here again. There are many sushi spots I’ve gone to with random outside the box names but they all are mixed with the same mayo and stuff inside switched in and out. THis place is totally different and worth the 5. Thank you for the meal on my last day in Miami.

Wow! What a little gem with flavorful food. My sister is visiting from Philly(food is really tasty there) and we decided to go to Pub belly. We actually didn’t know there were two, and just went to the first one we saw, but boy did it not disappoint. The spicy pina drink was delicious. Great sweet/spicy combo. We tried the rock tempura app, which is like a dynamite shrimp with a spicy mayo sauce on it. Really flavorful. The ribs were nicely seasoned and had a great texture. The tostones with ceviche were really yummy even though the tostones has a little too much salt on them, but still a great combo. The octopus roll was also very flavorful. It was busy and we had to sit at a shares table, but service was amazing and food was excellent!

We really enjoyed the food here. Sitting outside was peaceful. The«Big Eye Tuna Roll» is a must and I never thought truffle would go well with Yellowtail. Will definitely be back. Only con: slow service.

Wow amazed by the food here. Such unique sushi rolls and small plates. The tuna pizza was so delicious. Miso eggplant was one of best ever! Also loved the corn and crispy rice w spicy tuna and truffle on top. The hamachi kama was a HUGE portion for only 12 $ whole fish with buck choy on top. Lots of dishes have truffle which I love. Will definitely come back when I come back. The wait is forever, wish they took reservations!!!(waited 45 min but glad I waited)

I don’t frequent South Beach as much as I used to, but this place is definitely worth the drive. And that’s saying something, seeing as i live in West Broward. I love the chill atmosphere, the super friendly staff, the incredible drink menu and of course, the food. I do apologize. I’ve got to admit that sometimes(most times) when I go there, we have a bit to drink. As such, I can’t tell you which rolls we ordered, but I can tell you that everything was amazing and delicious. I’ll let the pictures do the heavy lifting to give you an idea. I’ll try to focus more the next time I visit. I have always had a great time. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back for more. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Came here with my wife and some friends for her birthday. The reason they lost 2 stars was for the service, which wasn’t friendly or accommodating. They stuck 5 of us at a table only big enough for 3 and refused to put 2 tables together. The service was inconsistent and ambivalent all night. The food though was very good. We ordered an assortment of foods to share including the Lamb Chops, Baby Bok Choy, Spicy Tuna Roll, Rockshrimp Tempura and more. Everything was wonderful.

Just order the Butter Crab Roll and a glass of pinot noir and call it a day. It’s heaven in your mouth.(Butter Crab Roll). Everything was delicious. The blends of flavors were unique. We had the Yellowtail roll which was delicious. Strong hint of Yuzu which was nice. The miso cod was perfectly cooked. The fish fell off the scales with just a tap of my chopsticks. The bok choy appetizer was perfection. For food, this place is a strong 4.5 stars. Ambiance, is like a 3 for me.

Pub Belly Sushi. Nom nom nom. 5 stars all the way! I love coming here for dinner with friends or my fb as a special treat. The food is delicious, Japanese with a modern flair. My favorite items to order include: Rock shrimp tempura rolls — these are AMAZING, highly recommend! Salmon rolls Tuna pizza Sishito peppers I also highly recommend ordering dessert. The miso bread pudding is one of the best desserts I have ever eaten! Pub Belly Sushi is located on Purdy in the Sunset Harbor neighborhood of Miami Beach. There is some construction going on, so watch out for street closures or detours. Pub Belly is a relatively small, loud restaurant and the staff turns the tables pretty quickly. They also only serve beer, wine and sake, so if you would like liquor cocktails, this isn’t the spot.

Food was by far one of the most amazing meals that I’ve had in Miami. The service though was typical of Miami. Unresponsive, confused, and delayed. The place has a cool vibe to it, pretty casual and looked to be filled with locals. Must gets: Buffalo rock shrimp Tuna crispy rice Wagu beef roll Butter crab roll Green tea parfait

Came back here after my last trip to Miami, as this place was one of my top cravings when pregnant last year. We hit it up at night on Saturday only to find it packed and loud, so with the baby we decided to come back Sunday early evening which was better — before it got packed to the brim. The hypes: — Rockshrimp Tempura(orginal): wooo. Seriously awesome. Crispy, delicious, flavorful, you can’t go wrong. — Screaming orgasm — I’ll let its title do the work. Definitely get this — the ponzu flavors are an explosion in your mouth. Its not too heavy as the daikon keeps it light. — Snowcrab: Got this last time, and got it again. I wanted to just inhale it, but its so good that I saved and savored every little bite i took. A sweet succulent crab roll filled to the brim and coated in butter. — baby friendly! Yes! highchair and all. — dessert dessert dessert — no matter how stuffed you are, your body will just make room for that todiefor miso bread pudding. we also got a coconut dessert which was good, but that pudding… ohemgee The gripes: — Wagyu beef — presentation is great, but its heavy, the meat isn’t so soft, and your mouth gets tired of chewing. The egg makes it interesting but it’s a heavy dish. Not getting it again — we ordred something else also, but I honestly don’t ever remember what it was. Put a picture up, it was aiight — Gets loud later so come earlier if you want to enjoy the food as your experience

Oh man, I love this place — and clearly it’s no secret, as everyone else seems to love this place too. Packed to the brim for dinner, my husband and I were lucky to snag two seats at the bar. The hustle and bustle provided a New York City vibe, and we loved the vibrant atmosphere. Still attentive, our waitress was quick to serve up two waters and entice us with a small carafe of hot sake. While we waited, perusing the menu turned out to be drool-worthy. We opted for the butter crab roll, yellowtail roll and short ribs. The short ribs were slightly fatty but had delicious flavor, the yellowtail tuna roll was yummy but with a strong and slightly overpowering citrus undertone and the butter crab roll was the star of my show. It’s basically two over-stuffed hand rolls with rice or soy paper(can’t remember) enveloping a substantial portion of sweet, succulent crab meat. To die for. We were too full for dessert, and the meal was already so satisfying as-is. Loved, loved, loved this place and can’t wait to go back.

Probably the best sushi I´ve ever had, it is a little restaurant in a corner that does not look asian at all, but the food its amazing, we tried several rolls but the best def were the crab rolls, if you are there be sure to order them. It is ideal to go with friends and order some desert they are all amazing, the salted chocolate brownie fudge its simply amazing and the oriental icecream its something I have never had at any restaurant, do not hesitate to go! prices are really good.

This place is actually a 4.5 We had heard about this place for sometime, but never make it down to south beach unless friends invite us or we have guests. We had gone down to South Beach to pick up a shirt from Mac’s Deuce(Review to come!) for my brother in law who lived in Miami for 7 – 8 years prior to marriage. After Deucin’ it up we headed on over to Pubbelly, which is on a quiet corner. We sat outside. It was dark, and empty at 7:30pm, but quickly filled at 8pm. This is a funky tapas style place with a twist on sushi, almost fusion in nature. We first ordered the bread with goat cheese and truffle oil, that came out shortly and was on sourdough bread, very yummy and the goat cheese was almost like a butter. We than ordered Tuna Pizza: This was very thin and crispy, light and small, with very fresh shaved almost carpaccio style pieces of Tuna on it and very flavorful. Shrimp Tempura Buffalo style: This dish was my fav. As my hubby compared it. it’s like a buffalo sauce version of bang bang shrimp! The pieces were large, soft, fresh and crispy breading on the outside tossed in a tangy sauce. I could’ve eaten several servings of this for the rest of the night.(Sorry no picture guys, We ate it fast! lol!) Octopus Ceviche Roll– This had thin pieces of octopus, topped with thinly sliced pickled onions, and was very refreshing and tasty. A different take on the usual 1 inch cut octopus. Pork Belly & Clam Roll– This was amazing. The pork belly melted in your mouth, and then you had an after kick of the clam which was stuffed inside. Superb. King Crab Robata– This had one leg with claw. My hubby loved this, because of it’s smokey BBQ charcoal flavor. I thought it was good, but for $ 37, a bit pricey! Chicken Robata– This was tender, with a sweet marinade and sesame on top. It was good but, I’m more of a zesty/spicy fan. Usually if there is some sweet, I like a kick of spice, so if you like things really spicy, this isn’t the item for you. Maine lobster roll– Almost forgot this one. It’s inexpensive, 10 $ but also half a roll. It was creamy and tasty, but to be honest Mobstah Lobstah, and The Lobstah Guy are so good, they are hard to beat! Last but not least– the Green Tea Parfait dessert– this must’ve been 1000 calories of heaven. The dense brownie, followed by fluffy green tea, and crème brûlée on top. It was so fragrant and fresh and decadent. All these tapas + coke = $ 138, a bit pricey, but very good quality, unique food. Will definitely come here again and try other dishes

My roommate has been dying to go here for awhile, so when we finally had the chance, we took it. We went to lunch around noonish on a Saturday. Probably 3 other people were dining in the restaurant at that time, but I assume more people would have been there if there wasn’t that darn«hurricane» Erika coming lol. Our server. Whose name I forgot, was nice, but not the greatest server. Sorta a strange guy. He never asked if it was our first time there, or tried to explain what kind of restaurant it was, or the menu. But the food definitely made up for the shabby service. For the appetizer we got the Rockshrimp tempura($ 15), you can chose between traditional or buffalo sauce, we went traditional. If I had to compare it to anything, I would say it’s very similar to the bang bang shrimp at bonefish grill. It’s similar, yet different, maybe even better, and there’s definitely a lot to share. For entrees, we were both craving lobster, so we each got our own Maine Lobster roll($ 8), which isn’t an actual sushi roll. It’s under the New England style rolls, rather then sushi, it’s a tiny bun stuffed with delicious lobster and other ingredients. At first we didn’t think it would be enough and actually started scanning the menu for a second appetizer, but by the end of finishing it we were stuffed. But given the fact we’re two small girls, it happened to be more than enough for us, if you’re a guy ordering it, maybe order a second item or a larger dish altogether. I highly doubt my BF’s stomach would be satisfied with the portion. All in all, the food was delicious, and there’s so many items on the menu, one sitting is not enough, so I just gotta keep going back to try them all.

I joined a meetup book club partially because they were eating here. That said, I would never come here with a group of more then four people again, unless the weather made sitting outside an option. The restaurant is small, crowded and LOUD. You can only easily talk to the person seated right next to you or directly across. I had to yell to speak to the person two down and continually ask them to repeat themselves. In the end I gave up trying. But I would most definitely come back with one person because the food was incredible. One of the other book club members and I decided to share. We ordered the waygu beef and the salt and pepper squid from the snack menu, the grilled octopus from the grilled menu, and the big tuna from the sushi menu. Our server told us this was plenty for two people but when I asked if we were missing anything we should really have, she said the buttered crab roll so we ordered that too. Everything was incredible. Sauces were tasty. Seasoning and heat were dead on. The char of the octopus was perfect. I would order everything again. We weren’t going to do dessert, but made mistake of looking at menu. The first item was a bread pudding with dulce de leche and chocolate crumbles and some other stuff. Best dessert. I would go there just for that. Service was very good as well, especially considering out group was large and a little unorganized. I hope the book club continues to pick such great restaurants

If it were up to me, I’d probably eat at least one meal here everyday. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu without having once been disappointed, and the lunch menu is basically a simplified dinner menu that also includes sandwiches. Cool and casual atmosphere with plenty of seating inside or out, and you can bring your dog too! The snow crab roll is ridiculous… I never come here without ordering it. The simple and fresh shredded snow crab is made indulgent when dipped into the butter ponzu sauce. The big eye tuna roll is also perfection in its combination of flavors and textures, between the smooth spicy tuna and the crispy rice it sits on. One of the most interesting rolls is definitely the wagyu beef tartare roll, especially the sauce it’s served with: sweet soy, truffle and a poached egg. From the New England-style rolls, I really like the fresh, buttery lobster chunks. I also enjoy the ceviche with tostones and the hamachi from the robatta grill. For dessert, you can’t go wrong with mochi(in a variety of flavors) or the light green tea parfait, with brownie, banana and a crème brûlée topping. They also have a good beer, wine and sake drink selection. The Pubbelly group just has my heart(and stomach… and wallet).

Fora do circuito turístico é uma excelente opção para quem quer se sentir como um local. Comida boa. Uma boa carta de vinhos. O edamame estava muito bom e a porção veio muito bem servida. Preço meio salgado.
