The people at primo pizza are the biggest assholes ever! Do not and I repeat do not ever call them. We ordered a pizza 45 minutes ago and it was never made.

If you’re looking for friendly faces, this is not the spot. If you’re looking for large slices of pizza late at night that is also damn good, then this is the spot. Ordered 2 slices of the mozzarella and basil and could only finish one. The slices are huge! I can see this being a great place after a long night out.

This place is a waste of money. $ 4.50 for a slice of cheese pizza that tastes worse than a microwaved Costco pizza. Extremely disappointing.

The pizza slices are huge here! Definitely yummy — I had a white pizza with huge tomato slices and some basil and a slice of mushroom and spinach. They weren’t phenomenal, but could totally taste the Brooklyn in it a bit. It was about the same price as New York, about $ 5 a slice. Two slices per person is definitely enough for one, maybe one if you want to avoid the belly before hitting the beach, which is actually only a couple blocks away.

Primo pizza, your location is dangerous! It’s walking distance from Story night club and some other local watering holes and also open late which equals drunk munchies. I eat here way more than I’d like to admit.
The slices are standard NY pizza size, 1 – 2 slices is enough for one person. The prices are, well I still haven’t figured that out because they aren’t posted anywhere, but 3 slices and 2 sodas will set you back about $ 19.00 so I’m guessing around $ 4.50 per slice.
The only thing I actually enjoy from here other than the extremely convenient location, hours, and friendly service is the white pizza, it’s delicious. I’m not really a fan of the sauce here, it’s a bit on the sweet side with a lot of oregano flavor so every other pizza I’ve had from here I wasn’t blown away by since the rest have sauce.
Thank you Primo for always being a reliable place for us drunkies and lazy beach bums oh and also the reason why I won’t have a six pack of abs anytime soon.

Horrible food and horrible customer service.
I am a vegetarian, so when I order a «penne Alfredo dinner» that lists the content as «pasta, Alfredo sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan and fresh basil» … I am not expecting CHICKEN in my pasta. All restaurants that I know of always specify that in the menu. When I called to notify the restaurant nobody seemed to care at all. Just too bad I guess. Ripped off.

I have been in Miami Beach since 1995 we have many places that have great pizza but I have never tried Primo in this location. I can understand if the place was busy but what a bad attitude the young guy at the counter with the light eyes. I was just asking how much was a whole pie and each slice so could see if it would be a better deal to buy the pie. And he was rude. I did not order but my friend did I will never go there again or as a hotel Concierge I will not recommend my guest there but the pizza was good I would try another location. So pizza good customer service RUDE!

Extremely delicious and generous portions of slices at Primo Pizza. Wish I had discovered it sooner! I am really surprised the average rating is 3.5 stars because this is the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. Highly recommended!

I was pretty excited to find a pizza joint in Miami that served New York style pizza. I was a bit hesitant because my expectations were high, but I must say the pizza is pretty darn good! Thin crust, giant slices, lots of options. I went with the Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was $ 5 slice. Definitely cheaper in New York, but hey, good pizza is worth it.
The location is great, right off of Collins Ave. within walking distance of the beach. I would come here again if I was in the area!

Came here last night on a little date and not only did I find the best NY style pizza in Miami, but they also have a secluded/​private area in the back with a pool and jacuzzi! Don’t think it’s opened to everyone though. Nonetheless we had such an awesome night and the PIZZA is a must!

Worst customer service!!! 2 hour wait!!!
I placed an order 2 hours ago and instill haven’t received the pizza. Will never order from this people again. My son is starving… They neglected to tell me that their midtown location has been closed and that they were coming from South Beach… Bad… My poor 5 year old waiting for a cheese pizza…

Finally a place that reminds me of NYC. I tried all the pizza spots in south beach and this is the best tasting pizza! My girlfriend is from Brooklyn and I’m from queens and we feel like we are at home. We will definitely keep returning. This place is so under rated probably because it’s a lil hidden but that’s ok.

Pizza by the slice making a perfect lunch after a day at South Beach!!!
All the pizzas are delicious and come out freshly cooked. The garlic rolls were a good choice and the calzones looked filling!

HORRIBLE.. HORRIBLE.. HORRIBLE!
I just ordered for delivery, and a simple calzone and garlic rolls took over an hour to get here. The delivery driver finally arrives and is missing the garlic rolls. Then it took another hour and 15 mins for the garlic rolls to get here, this time the delivery guy left them on top of the intercom of my building.
Un.fkn.believable
To top it off, the calzone was tiny, cold and tasteless.
If anyone is reading this… DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
There are plenty of delicious pizza places on sobe.

Pizza is a bit greasy, but isn’t that the point!!! LOVE IT– HUGE slices reminding me of New York. I am a pizza folder and I am a satisfied customer. Apparently the sandwiches are killer as well, they use boars head products and they are pretty generous portions. Give it a go
