I’m vegan and I absolutely love this place. Super creative vegan food options. Pulled jackfruit sandwich is my favorite. Also, be sure to check their vegan ice cream! Yummy.

I would love to give this place more stars but there were a few factors that brought its rating down.
So let me start with the positives.
Great customer service and a very friendly staff.
Our meal came out timely.
I even overheard the manager tell a customer they have a 100% guaranteed refund if a customer didn’t like or enjoy their food.
Their food was all organic and non gmo! It was extremely fresh and tasty.
The passion fruit kombucha was the best I’ve had！
The tea was also nice.
Atmosphere was really cool and laid back with nice music. The restaurant also was part vegan shop as well with items available for purchase.
And the negatives…
My girlfriend and I ordered the pad thai and the raw falafel. They were basically the same dish, with the kelp noodles replacing the raw falafel… Pretty disappointing. But it was still delicious — The dishes were a salad that included raw alfalfa sprouts, shaved beets, bell peppers, and spinach covered in a raw black sesame dressing.
And it’s certainly a preference bias but I found the food to be a little bland… especially for pad thai. Not only was it not spicy but it didn’t have a lime or peanuts. I did really love the raw falafel though.
We paid $ 37 for our meal which I found to be a bit overpriced for the amount food we received. The salads were about average in size; $ 12 and $ 14 for the raw falafel and pad thai respectively. In the raw falafel salad there were only 3 tiny falafels :(Why couldn’t there be 3 more!
I’d love to give this place another shot. Definitely worth checking out if you don’t mind the price.

Great place!!! Awesome food, great service. Another favorite restaurant to add to my list. The sun burger was delicious and they have the best vegan empanadas! Leave a little space for dessert, the raw rolls and raw cupcakes are amazing!

Plant Theory was an awesome experience! My GF is Vegan, and though I am not, she has introduced me to so many kinds of Vegan foods that I enjoy, and the menu at Plant Theory is no different. Our meal was excellent, the vibe in the building was great, and staff was super nice! Definitely recommend this place to both Vegan and even to people who are not Vegan! We had the Waffle and the Spinach Melt if you need some direction! :)

Very lowkey place. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and they seem passionate about serving such good healthy food. The food was very flavorful, the smoothies make me want to quit my job, and the ambience makes me want to write a book or something productive.

Very expensive! I get that it’s on the beach, but i bought a sun burger & a small juice & it came out to $ 24. Also, I was on the phone (speaking very low) and the lady that worked there told me to get off, but mind you there was a little kid yelling inside the restaurant. Ridiculous.

Not big on reviews, but for the people that care to read about places before they go… This place is awesome! Delicious food and cool atmosphere. I like the fact that when I walked in I felt immediately healthier. It smells delicious. I had the Sun Burger which was awesome! And I got to try my friends juice which was also great. Definitely a good place to visit while in Miami Beach!

What a great addition to the neighborhood! Plant Theory is a warm and welcoming place to enjoy a healthy, delicious, plant-​based meal. Being on a budget I tried their empanadas and enjoyed a coconut Popsicle for dessert– a filling and complete meal for under $ 10. The empanadas are super tasty and the Popsicle was very delicious. Two plant-​based thumbs up!

Great vegan raw food. Gluten free any many soy free options. Alex is great helping you make decisions. I’ve had a variety of smoothies. All excellent. Raw cheesecake with berries excellent. Oreo cake. A little dry but yummy. Caribbean black bean soup make with coconut meat and beans. Fabulous. Raw not salmon wrap. Obsessed with. Waffles –good but could skip. Not decadent enough to justify as waffles. Could have come with more fruit and coconut whip cream 11 dollars for one waffle –would have preferred something. Else. Coffee –less than ideal. 4.25 for coffee with store bought almond milk. Would have expected homemade almond milk from a vegan and raw food place. Reduce packaging and processing … And fresh from a raw place is expected.
They also have vegan gluten soy free ice cream. I’ve had 5 flavors. I liked «crack» and «mint brownie» the best. But all great. Def recommend checking out. Just some orders are better than others.

This is a comploetely vegan restaurant, I was visiting from orlando and love to try vegan restaurants everywhere. This restaurant has a very calming atmosphere like a yuoga studio. When we entered we were greated given menus and left alone to make our decisions. I order the spanich melt. I never had a melt before due to my food allergies. The melt here was amazing. There was a whole bunch of interactive stuff to play with while you ate. We found the deck of oracle cards and threw a clouple of spreads. We had a blast. The food was prepared quickly, my entire group enjoyed what they ate. The staff was nice and well informed about the food they created. This is a great restaurant.

I love that I have a vegan restaurant across the street from me. First, the atmosphere is so relaxing and chill. They have couches and tables and little meditation gadgets and books. They also have a bunch of snacks and vegan cooking staple items for sale. The staff is super friendly and make great recommendations. The food is 100% vegan and fresh. They have so many raw vegan options as well which is great, because that’s harder to come across in Miami. They always have a special soup and meal of the day. The menu and food is amazing. I’ve had the empanadas, the jackfruit sliders, a curry dish, and today jackfruit teriyaki. The local kombucha on tap is amazing too. Can’t wait to try the brunch menu!

Vegans of Miami, please rejoice! This theory will blow your mind away…
I was wondering why took me so long to try Plant Theory… Maybe the messy parking situation in South Beach? Hmmm…
I was in the area, killing time before a business meeting and decided to stop for lunch. Parking was a breeze, I should say. Lucky me. Once I saw their pink chairs, I knew something special was about to happen…
After asking Alex what he will recommend, I had the daily special, Lentil Shana Masala ($ 13), a super flavorful curry Indian dish, over a bed of quinoa and green salad. It was not spicy, so I was able to taste all those fresh species with a smile.
Sheryn, Chef extraordinaire, combine her vegan expertise with a ‘homey’ flavor, that makes Plant Theory a vegans paradise.
I also tried one of their «Vegan Empanadas”($ 3), and although I’m not an «empanada» type of chick, I must confess I truly enjoyed it. It was filled with kale, salsa and other yummy ingredients.
The cherry on the cake was when Sheryn offered me a sample of her Jamaican Stew. Oh, boy! It was so good. I wanted more, more, more… then, I checked the time, and I was running late for my meeting.
Looking forward to try their Sunday Brunch!

This place is great! I love healthy eating and if it was more affordable and parking wasn’t such a mission, I would probably be back often.
I had the Vietnamese sandwich and the BBQ guava sliders. Pretty delish. And I love their little shop with little plants and healthy snacks.
Oh and I almost forgot I also got the vegan empanadas. Pretty good as well :)

Absolutely wonderful! I love Plant Theory. The staff is kind and informative. The food is delicious. It is convenient and centrally located. I am already craving the Kombucha they have on tap writing this review.

AMAZING! So much vegan food! Plus they have a store. It is like heaven. They even have raw vegan ice cream! Kombucha on tap! I wanted to eat everything.

This place was a great find! It opened at 10 so we had to have a little patience for breakfast, but then they had great food to have the patience for. We had a spinach melt, an Italian Neatball Sub and Kombucha. It was all vegan, gluten free, raw and delicious.
We preferred the Kombucha with ginger and red beet to the jackfruit Kombucha.

what an amazing food I am from Chicago and we came here for lunch the food was amazing her tortilla wraps were very good, healthy! I like that she does the raw salad on the side. Recommend for everyone to try the wraps. The owner of the place was there she was super nice and friendly I am very picky with my food so she was able to accommodate me! The owner is a vegan herself for 30 years, love that!

Have to join in on this ‘Finally a raw vegan restaurant’ wagon. Thank’s God its here! Praise the Lord. So good, raw, organic, vegan. I had a soup– not raw — as it hot — its amazing. I make soups myself, but this is something else. Delish. Then had a Raw Falafel wrap — delish as well, comes with a little salad with a phenomenal dressing! I wanna bottle that stuff and take it home. Also they have Vegan ice cream, so exited for that now i don’t have to drive to Gable Farmers market — the only other place i found home made Vegan ice cream.
Basically i’m in heaven now.

I’m not into vegan food, but live anything healthy
So I stopped into this place when I happened to drive by accidentally.
The empanadas wow they are great, nothing like eating an empanada that taste great and the ingredients are super healthy
Everything g in this place looks good, can’t wait to come back and try other items
