The French Macarons at Laduree are more delicate than the other macarons that I have tried all over the world. Because of the thin crumbly texture, I could not really judge the taste very well as I was busy managing the crumbs. I was not impressed with the 6 macarons I purchased. There are other better macaron shops in Northern California for sure. Presentation made the whole thing expensive I guess as they have cute boxes. Good customer service. Centrally located along Lincoln Road.

This is a smaller outpost of the NYC location for French Macarons. Probably some of the best you can find in the U.S. and most comparable to what you’d find in Paris. The location and cuteness of the place is unbeatable. Great spot to grab a macaron and sit outside and people watch everyone strolling down Lincoln Road. South Beach has some of the best people watching in the country, with people from all over the world and wearing next to nothing sometimes, haha. Got a pistachio macaron, which is always my go-to. Flavor and texture were excellent. Highly recommend this place for a nice rest stop during your stroll on Lincoln Road!

IF I died right after eating at this place, then I would die a happy man. My wife took us into this small little macaroon shop because she wanted to check it out, and of course, no one turns down a sweet. So I figured, I’d try one. Words cannot describe the amount of flavor jammed into one of these delicious treats. I wanted to turn around and go right back there and set up a cot. This place was delicious. The staff were very nice and treated my 4&5 year old with patience. After getting back to our hotel my wife and I bragged to our family about this cute place we found. Hope to go back for more.

Yessssssssssssssss! We finally have a Laduree in Miami Beach! I first tried these little gems in Paris and mourned the fact that they didn’t have one here. Now we have one, so let the macaron party begin. First of all, people, these are M-A-C-A-R-O-N!!! Spell it with me, macaron. Do not, I repeat, DONOT call these macaroon. If you consider yourself to be any sort of pastry lover, educate yourself and realize that a macaroon(notice the two«o’s») is the thing that looks like a small, white haystack, made of coconut flakes. As you can see, these gorgeous works of culinary art are so much more than that. These macarons are a testament of patience, artistry, and imagination. They come in a variety of colors, flavors, and make the perfect little gift. The packaging is divine and you really just have to go experience this. Traditionally, macarons are made of almond flour and egg whites. If you’re gluten-sensitive or have gluten allergies, these might be o.k. Just please ask one of their employees before you throw caution to the wind. 5 stars for the macarons and 3.5 stars for the service. Bön Appetit.

This is more of just an ecstatic rant. There’s a Laduree in Miami!!! I had this in Paris and have been in love ever since. This place is no different. The only thing is, they don’t have the large versions which I found was kind of odd to omit. Perhaps they weren’t available on the day I was there? Regardless, what a treat. Thank for expanding Laduree! Come to Detroit!

Even though nothing compares to the Ladurée in Paris, the Lincoln road store is the best bet for some good tea and macaroons in Miami. Despite the store itself and seating area being extra small, the Ladurée Miami Beach is a nice spot to grab some tea and chat with friends.

I’ve never had a macaron in my entire life and after having 4 of them here, I kind of hate myself for not having them sooner! Some friends and I just finished eating at Shake Shack around the corner and the sweet tooth bell was ringing. Flat out saying that I’ve never had a macaron before my friends instantly made up their minds to drag my basic ass over to this place. As my friends were telling me, it is said that Laudree has the best macarons in the world and I would be dumb to think otherwise. There were so many different flavors to choose from, in which I chose the rose, lemon, chocolate, and vanilla with the rose being my favorite. To complement the great macarons, the two servers we had were very nice and attentive and the location was in this beautiful plaza! I would definitely recommend that you try their macarons. :)

I have been to the laduree in New York and loved it so much I made it a must do every time. Now that its open in Miami, I had to go. I know that they are all imported from France and it is impossible to have a different tasting macaroon, but I am not crazy! The texture did not feel as chewy and savory as the ones in New York, but the difference is minimal I still love it. Now I am not the type of guy that complains about service but I came here to get my favorite macaroon, which is the vanilla. You can only Imagine my reaction when I got orange blossom because the stale faced girl at the counter couldn’t tell the difference between the two. C’MONMAN! you work here all day learn your damn flavors and if your gonna mess up don’t do it to my favorite. This place is supposed to be know for the service too. Careful check your bag before you leave!

Worst customer service ever!!! Bought macaroons from Paris and around the world at the store. Never experienced anything like the manager in Miami. Took macaroons in a bag like I always do but 3 of the 6 were a new flavor for me(raspberry). The usually lift and airy treasures were so heavy and gooey that they all crushed in my bag and smushed together. When I went back into the store to one minute later to show the manager, she said since I left the sore they couldn’t be exchanged. I was super nice and tried to reason with her but she said«since I left the store» they couldn’t be returned and kept telling me how much they cost if I wanted to buy them over again. I left them on the counter and left. Day before Christmas Eve. :(. So sad :(.

Laduree definitely live up to the hype. With the hype comes very expensive macaroons. I got a box of six for $ 21 before tax. You get to pick the flavors but still! Whoa, try it once type of things. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to eat these daily but there isn’t a location near me and I can’t afford $ 25 a day to eat desserts. flavors I got were: marie antoinette coffee rose raspberry pistachio vanilla All the flavors are self explanatory except marie antoinette. It tasted like a cotton candy shell with like a toffee filling inside. All are delicious!

The best macaron I ever had! So many flavors to choose from! The fillings aren’t too sweet and the shells are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Pure perfection! Macarons are difficult to make so while the prices are expensive for something so small, it really is justifiable.

Aww, poo. Slightly disappointed by this Laduree’s macarons. Laduree imports all their macarons from France overnight for quality control purposes, but I don’t know… I guess I went on a bad day or something. The macarons were not as cloud-like and soft as I remember them to be. It could be because they were refrigerated too long, thus explaining the semi-crunchy/stale texture. The Orange Blossom and Rose macarons continue to be my favorite. I tried the Marie Antoinette for the first time and it tastes very similar to Fruit Loops, which may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Laduree’s macarons are definitely a splurge at $ 21 for a box of six. However, when you’re on vacation, treat yoself right!

Disappointed… I was pretty excited to see that Laduree existed in Miami at the Lincoln Road Mall. I have previously had their macaroons before at their NYC location. My experience there was excellent, their macaroons had a perfect texture not too hard/soft or painstakingly sweet. Their macaroons are not made in house, they are shipped from France everyday. However I can’t say the macaroon quality at this location is nearly as good. My gf and I had 6 macaroons which cost $ 21 ranging in various flavors such as rose, orange crème, Antoinette and etc. The macaroons did not have that texture I experienced in NYC, in my opinion they tasted stale. I think they were in the fridge for too long. Perhaps I visited on an off day but for $ 21 I wish it would have been as impressive as it was the first time around.

Very cute, pastel, neat little boutique They are very friendly and helpful. The macarons are very fresh and so yummy. I pair with an espresso across the shop because they only sell macarons. My fave is the rose macaron

Everyone always talks about the rose petal macaroon and I thought it was probably a lot of talk. So tonight, I tried it…, and it was so so so delicious that I had to write about it immediately. The rose petal macaroon is perfection. If you haven’t had it, stop what you are doing and go try this now. I will never be the same. :)

My first experience with Ladurée was in Hong Kong. My cousin told me that Ladurée has the best macarons of them all. So when I passed by the shop, I went in to check it out, being immediately attracted by the pink, celadon, baby blue and all the pastel shades that little girls’ dreams are made of. The employee gave me a sample. Not half, not crumbs, but A FULLROUND of macaron! I was impressed by the generosity, which really paid off as, after the first bite, it becomes my benchmark. None of the macarons I’ve tried before, or tried since, measures up to Ladurée. Yup, I continue sample around, but Ladurée is still the best. So imagine my excitement when Ladurée opened up in Miami Beach! Heck, we don’t do high tea and don’t have history, but we have a Ladurée and Boston or San Francisco doesn’t! This branch on Lincoln Road is rather small. However, the macarons are as good. Well, it makes sense as Ladurée makes all the macarons in Paris and shipped them over the world, for quality control and no doubt to keep the recipe secret. My favorites? The almond with real bites of almonds in it, and the cassis violette with an intense burst of jammy flavor. Now, I do have a gripe. When you order they ask you if you want the macarons in a box. What isn’t expressly clear is that you have to pay for the box. A box of 6 is $ 21, while the macarons are $ 2.80 each, so not only no volume discount, you also pay $ 4 for the box! First, as a treehugger I’m against excessive packaging, and face it, these fancy boxes are mostly going into trash. Second, if I am paying that much for one little macaron, I deserve a decent package, for free, so I can take the macarons home to properly enjoy without them getting squished up. Especially if you can’t offer me some chairs and a cup of tea to enjoy them right at your store.

First tried one piece from a gift box coworker brought from Paris. It was good but not great. Still on the overly sweet side. Here we tried rose and(.) forgot the name but it tasted grapy. It’s $ 2.8 a piece a little more expensive than other brands and the size is smaller too. It’s a definitely a fancy macaron experience but still more like a hype.

This one is tiny and only offers macarons and not many other pastries. They were out of the raspberry one two times that I was here. I guess its very popular. Overall they are very good, just as good as they are in Laduree in France, however not the best. I loved the cute little outdoor area. We bought our own macs and sat down to enjoy the. We were served complimentary water which was very nice.

Pricey as all hell. But these macaroons are pure perfection. It’s nice for a gift or special occasion but at $ 3.50 a pop it better be a REAL special occasion. Better than the macaroons I had in Paris, without a doubt.

Damn. Very good macaroons. I did not go to Laduree, Laduree came to me. My girlfriend flew to Miami just to buy me some… not really but yaknow. She brought 6 back. I will only talk about the 3 I had. Pistachio, chocolate coconut I think, and black currant I assume. Alright. So. Coconut was good. Black currant was an explosion of flavor. Pistachio… oh my lord the pistachio. I wish I could live in the pistachio macaroon from Laduree. Very tasty macaroons. Give them a try!

Honestly, I was hoping for some extremely amazing tasting macaroons BUT these macaroons taste similar to the ones that you can buy at WholeFoods for a $ 1 less. I mean, don’t get me wrong, they were good and they had some interesting flavors but not for that price… and they charge like $ 5 more just to put like 6 in a box… someone please say overpriced!!! But it is on Lincoln Road so, I guess everything is overpriced. The service-friendly. The décor-classy & grand yet small. The macaroons-3 of the 6 that I bought were good. **Note: If you are low on cash, forget about taking your date here but if you are dating a high class person and you have cash to back it up then this is the place to impress them. So, check it… I got the coffee, the chocolate, the pistachio, Marie Antoinette and some other ones that didn’t taste that good but it was a nice experience… they make this place look so fancy!!! And luxury does come at luxury prices!!!
