Unilocal I think they closed for good now tho right? The pizza is amazing, service has it’s days of good and bad… depends on your luck… the place is beautiful but don’t go there Sunday night or any other night they are having a party because girls will lock themselves up in the bathroom for hours and you won’t be able to relieve yourself if need be… and off course the staff couldn’t care less how much you complain about your… bare necessities :/

After reading the reviews I was expecting a nice atmosphere and environment. I bought a travelzoo for this place that described it as the best pizza with champagne. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. We even over heard the manager saying that he wants to close the place early. I gave it two stars because the Filet Mignon was very good. I’ve had better mashed potatoes and their specialty pizza was average. Even with the travelzoo as usual, we ended up paying more and we didn’t order an appetizer. The maitre d’ was our waiter and was very friendly. He apologized for it being so empty that before it was more of a club atmosphere and now they were playing classical music. I was even willing to lose the money I spent on the travelzoo and go across the street to the big pink. Plus the couches are very uncomfortable. GOELSEWHERE.

The place has ambiance and I really like its location. After sampling a few of the unique pizza offerings they won me over. I was never a huge fan of french food but I have to say that I like its daring approach to pizza. After dinner we stayed for drinks and thats when I really started to have fun. Not only was it a great place for dinner but it was also nice to lounge there while listening to music. Deffinitely a nice spot to socialize in as a couple of dozen of south beach finest came in from the club next door. I think I’m going to enjoy this spot Ask for Thomas… The guy brings a unique approach to entertainment

I thoroughly enjoyed La Suite, for both the food and the ambiance. Their pizza is unlike any other type of pizza I’ve yet had. I don’t know if it’s an overall French style of pizza, or something entirely unique, but I thought it was great. I especially noticed the crust, which has an airy, flaky consistency. I don’t normally think of pizza as «light» fare, but somehow pizza at La Suite is exactly that. I’ve only had a few of the pizza flavors, but they have one in particular that uses honey as a topping, which is absolutely terrific. The restaurant doubles as a high energy lounge, and the crowd is usually just as much there to party as to eat. They often throw parties and pre-parties for a solid crowd of trendy young people, so I recommend it if you enjoy a lively evening scene. Also, Miami Beach’s newest, flashiest club just opened directly next door so La Suite will surely be a popular before and after party spot for awhile. Bottom line, I liked it for several reasons, and I look forward to going back.

I want to love this joint as I know the cuties who own/promote it. Went on a Sunday after La Piaggia. They are trying to make it more of a «club» feel. The music was not great. Service on seating & drinks was fast. Was never offered a menu for food.

Famous pizza from S. France, my a… This place will be closed in a few months. Serving mediocre pizza at high prices is not a formula for success. This location is jinxed since Café Tabac closed 10 years ago. Why don’t they simply bring a talented unknown chef from France to make real crispy baquettes and have a few quality french offerings at reasonable prices.

One word: clubstaurant. One part restaurant … one part nightclub. The white leather banquettes, glittering exposed brick walls, and DJ booth perched inside this cave-like pizza den make it an ideal pre-party dinner spot(it’s location next to the newly revamped Story nightclub doesn’t hurt either). Much like Cinderalla’s magical pumpkin; as the clock starts ticking toward midnight … things inside La Suite start changing. Most notably, the music inside gets louder and some of those pretty young things begin a startling transformation into full-fledged bottle rats. The food is excellent, though, so go early or wear your party panties.

I went to a French restaurant, and came out a pizza fan. A French Pizza fan that its! Truly I don’t know what was the better, the oozing sexual ambiance, or the oozing flow of this delectable pizza. And, it’s not your normal New York style pizza, so all you displaced New Yorkers I know your pizza is excellent, I kind of miss them, but a french crust, you’ve got your competition! To my Italian friends, don’t get mad, as many people have perfected your original Pizza Margarita. So leave it to the French, but I will praise anyone who puts foie gras on a pie, and can successfully marry the dough and the fat into such a highly choleric taste sensation. Yes, I felt like rubbing it all over my face, just to get a lower weight watcher point, but it was not to be, everything went down my mouth, almost to fast. There dough is sensational, and it is just so far amped away from your common pizza dough. There Pizza Sorrento was a remarkable work of art with Ham, fresh mushroom, emmental, fresh cream, truly a work of art as was the Pizza Capri which was cream and emmental cheese. But it was foie Gras pie that broke me like a little prison bitch, I’ll do anything!!! or Just drive back tomorrow. They have killer things on the menu: 1. Killer Wine List, it’s huge! 2: Killer Pies 3: Killer Ravioli, I didn’t try it, but it looked killer and least we leave out 4: Killer Prices, yep steep, but the price you gotta pay I guess! Service, well, I’ll be generous, they still have to work out kinks!
