Went in to get my manicure done and left very happy! This is what I can tell you about this salon. Very spotless! When you walk in you get hit with this lovely smell of flowers instead of chemical flumes. Prices are really affordable and the techs are really wonderful! The nail tech working on me did a great job of filing my nails and removing the cuticles. She also listen to all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, my nails looked absolutely amazing! Fine work I got to say. Didn’t know my nails could look like this! Compare to the other salons I’ve been too this is way better! Definitely earn yourself a new customer!

They did an amazing job on my gel manicure! I am so happy I found this place! The color selection for gel is huge!

Awesome! Awesome customer service they made my sister and I feel very much at home. Very convenient location on south beach. «Bear» delivered one of the best pedicures I’ll ever had. Very impressive!

I live in New York and always have such a hard time when I am in town for the holidays finding a nail salon. I have been here once before and remember having an OK experience so I returned — wrong decision. First of all I called and made an appointment and of course all of the technicians were booked when I got there so the male owner did my nails (this is my pet peeve — I would rather wait for the person who knows what they are doing to be finished). Everything was fine up until he started polishing my nails — he was not getting the edges so when I asked him to fill them in he had SUCH AN ATTITUDE like rolling his eyes in my face and asking me «are there anymore?». He also uses a brush to get the extra polish off your hands which just makes the polish on your nails run and no longer be smooth and cohesive. I won’t be coming back here. $ 16 and my nails don’t even look good.

This is the BEST nail salon because Tony is amazing and I’ve never had a male manicurist, but wow, what a difference. He takes his time and is so detailed and careful. I enjoy just sitting back and letting him do his thing. He definitely knows what he’s doing, and is great at it. At the end, my nails are flawless and beautiful! So fresh and so clean! And on top of that, he’s somebody who makes me smile. What more can I ask for? Next time I will post a pic!

Nothing less than 5-​star service. First time ever getting something like this done. They closed at 6pm the Sunday we went, and we walked in at 5:30pm (yes we were THOSE people). Excellent service, and we would most certainly return and also recommend it to anyone in the area.

My manicurist name was My she did my pedicure, manicure and wax. She did a fantastic job! I am not from around here so I am glad I picked a great place (thanks to my fellow Unilocalers) it’s clean here and they use quality nail polishes. Also my waxing was not painful to be honest I’m usually a little whiney about it but I was pleasantly surprised with how little pain i felt. Great place happy to give 5 stars My was great!!!

This nail salon saved my life last minute! I came in about 7:45 needing a nail repair & they did it with a smile. I had contacted other nail salons & they denied me before closing time! They did an amazing job I am only visiting but I will be returning for sure ! Thank you so much ! Great hospitality, service, & speed!

You know how they say that you learn from your mistakes? Well I’ve learned my lesson!!! I really don’t see myself coming back here… Like… EVER!!!
I was in need of a new shellac manicure, I usually go to another nail salon, but because there was a conflict with my schedule I could not make it there, such a bummer because I’m already used to «my salon», anyway so I found this place on Unilocal,I saw it had great reviews, and off I went. You have to park either in the back (good luck finding a spot) or in the front (also good luck). It wasn’t a problem getting them done, there was a technician available. She was nice and polite, no problems there. There’s only one thing that always made uncomfortable about them though, when they start speaking in their language I always feel they’re talking about me or other customers.
She was quick, maybe a little too quick for my taste, I felt they were rushing to get all the customers taken care of, at my salon, they take their time and also they offer something to drink, at this one, they didn’t even offer me water but I saw another costumer having some.
They do have a great selection of polishes, I’ll give them that.
So «that» time came when I had to pay… Usually for just a shellac mani I pay $ 25, which to me sounds reasonable, when the guy at the counter said $ 40 I almost went into a shock, that was not including the tip… To me that’s just crazy!
They were nice, had a good selection of nail polishes… But that’s pretty much it. I AM NOT COMING BACK!

Excellent job on my acrylic refills. I am traveling from Australia and have been in the USA for almost a month. By the time I arrived in Miami I was in desperate need of refills. I searched on Unilocal and after reading the reviews decided to give this place a go! I’m glad I did.

iSALON on Alton Rd in Miami Beach is one of the only nail salons in Miami that does a good job on pink and whites I have had some horrible experiences and could tell you horror stories about other nail salons in Miami who aren’t clean & who have given me a nail fungus for the first time after 30 years of getting pink and whites (i recently moved here from Houston) and quite frankly it has been a nightmare trying to find a new nail place i could count on. In any case, iSalon is clean and has great polish colors that aren’t old and crappy (like in soooooo many salons) and they do a great job on pink & whites (french acrylics) and on pedicures. I have also had a decent pedicure there and very nice french pedicure polishes. Try them u won’t be disappointed. I recommend Mei as she’s fantastic.

I was led to iNail Spa bc of all the great reviews. I live on the beach and definitely need something close by/​convenient. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. My nail tech on this particular day was Mye. She asked me if it was my first time and welcomed me. She was also very patient, as I took a while to pick out the color, but I mean there are soooooo many choices & I’m the worst at making decisions!
The salon was very clean and Mye was very efficient. I love my powder gel nails and my pedicure! They were a little pricey, but this is to be expected in South Beach and it was worth every penny!!! See you in 2 weeks Mye!

I have been to several nail salons on the beach, as I live here and dread driving across the causeway, and this salon is by far, the best. I called this afternoon and was able to get a same-​day deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. The staff was very professional and friendly. I look forward to returning again soon.

Based on other Unilocal reviews, I decided to try this place out during a vacation in Miami. It’s a small and simple place but clean and I thought the staff was very friendly. I went in the morning when it wasn’t busy and Mai (sp?) gave me a wonderful gel manicure. She even helped me pick out the colors!
Another person did my pedicure since Mai had a client coming in (it seems like they have a lot of loyal customers). Even with that, Mai spent at least 10 – 15 minutes trying to find a pink that matched my manicure to use on the pedicure. I opted to go with a green color instead but she definitely would’ve kept looking if I hadn’t stopped her. I’m also glad I picked the iPremium with the tangerine scrub. It felt so good, smelled good and my skin (especially my dry NYC heels) was smooth and soft — totally worth the extra $.
The mani and pedi were pricier than what I would pay in NYC but it was great service and my nails look great so I can’t complain! I’m with the majority of the other reviews — if you’re in the area and looking for a nail salon check this place out! (Don’t forget to check in on Unilocal to get a small discount).

This place really saved the day by fixing my broken nail. I was about to abandon all hope of getting my nail fixed tonight… Especially after getting turned away by two other nail places that had signs saying they were open until 8… Ahem. Not true.
So, I showed up to iNail about 2 minutes before they closed. One of the nice nail technicians stayed to fix it for me (it only took about 8minutes). Needless to say, I tipped him well. I appreciate the amazing work and the exemplary customer service. Thank you!

Received the iPedicure Deluxe today and it was the best pedicure I received in months!
$ 84 for the pedicure and gel manicure was a bit much but since I was only visiting Miami, I’ll let it slide.
All of the techs are very friendly and kind which made my services a relaxing experience!

What do you do when there is a rainy day on South Beach. I suppose find a great place to get a mani-​pedi. well that’s just what me and my friend decided to do when the beach was rained out.
While it’s not on South Beach, it’s a 12 – 15 minute walk and totally worth it. We walk in and it’s pack (1^st good sign); There are lots of chairs for manis and pedis (2^nd good sign); People are friendly (trifecta!)
But really, the service was fantastic (they made you feel like you guys knew each other forever) and they did a great job. Be mindful that they will upsell you on (different tiers of manicures and pedicures). I opted for the basic and was pleased. My friend did the ultra pedicure and was ready to marry the technician or fly him to her hometown twice a week. He was that good and you can tell he really enjoyed what he did.

The place is great ! Very clean and neat ! Owners operate the place; I believe they are from Vietnam or Philippines… Very quite and professional ! I do mani and pedi.
It’s not the cheapest but it’s not that expensive either!
Strongly recommended !
