Craving for some good kebab and walked to this store. Second star was just cause the food was good but it took 15 minutes to get a wrap and there was only one customer ahead of me and both our orders came out the same time. Not to mention the staff wasn’t the friendliest or helpful either.

3.5 stars. Ordered the fish tilapia lunch special for around $ 11. Thought the portions were just a little bit stingy. Would have loved more than just one piece of fish. The food was definitely solid but I didn’t think it was anything out of the ordinary. If you’re looking for a quick, relatively healthy lunch, this is a good place to grab a casual bite for lunch.

Ordered delivery for lunch. Portion was small and simple. Nothing special. No value for money unfortunately.

ABSOLUTELYOVERPRICED!!! This place makes me mad to be Iranian! First of all the smallest container in the world of must-o-khiyar(yogurt with cucumber and spices) is $ 2! I’m talking like a tablespoon of this stuff… to make an entire carton of this(ie 50 tablespoons) would cost like $ 6 – 7! Secondly I have never been to an Iranian restaurant that serves ONE skewer of meat with rice! One chicken kabob with rice is $ 10.35! And if you add ONE skewer of kabob to that(combo I) it’s $ 14! I reluctantly went for this option to try both the joojeh and kubideh kabob. The taste of the food is good, and I enjoyed the flavor of the meat. However, the cheapness and lack of authenticity of this entire place is very bothersome. My entire bill was $ 20 for one chicken, one kubideh, rice, 1tbsp yogurt and a doogh(yogurt soda). I could go to an Iranian BUFFET for $ 23 and get the same quality but 10x the quantity! These guys profit margins are better than Apple’s! The most expensive slow fast food you’ll eat in your life. They probably just need one person to order the«Super combo» to pay for the rent for a month. No Iranian eats one skewer of meat and the cost of chicken is so low that one skewer with rice for $ 10+ is a JOKE!!! Each meal should come with a MINIMUM of two skewers, especially for dinner! This is how every other Iranian restaurant does it. The poor joojeh kabob looks so lonely all by himself in the picture next to the rice. It’s almost as if somebody photoshopped his brother, the other skewer of meat, out of the photo. You’re pretty much paying for a ton of cheap rice and 4oz of meat. This place could have really helped further the Iranian community by introducing their food, but as many other people have said the prices here are so RIDICULOUS that as an Iranian myself I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, unless they owed me money and I wanted them to lose it! Lastly there are no stews(which is primarily what authentic Iranian food is) they only sell kabobs, which I understand sell well in the West, but if you’re looking for PERSIAN food it’s not here. And the cherry on the cake is they play Indian music in the bathroom… I’m all for Indian music, but really dude? There are thousands of Indian restaurants and only a handful of Iranian ones, PLAYPERSIANMUSIC! If you win the lottery go here and splurge on the super combo, I’ll be the guy in the back washing dishes, trying to pay off the 1tbsp of must-o-khiyar I accidentally ordered!

Nah… Just anothe fast food restaurant who like to cut corners. I defend etnic food as long as they keep it real; this fast food restaurant is just another attempt to recreate a Persian meal for a diverse population like Miami, by making it accessible, fast and convenient… But once again, they fail to do so… The reason: it doesnt feel I’m eating fresh food! Everything is re-heated and I hate that! I would have rather wait longer and eating standing up on a street corner while they prepare my food properly… That’s what I expect of a fast food restaurant, to be real, to see the person who is prepping my food while I drool by smeling it… Of course, that’s what«I» like to find when I look for this kind of place. My advice, loose the american fast food restaurant floors, walls, counters, uniforms l, etc and embrace the persian fast food as a whole experience.

Protein is tender and tasty! Love Mediterranean food. This spot is a good reference for almost-authentic, trustworthy platters.

If you are craving Persian food then this is the place. The kubideh was a bit salty but overall good. The chicken kabob was really good and tender. The yogurt with cucumber was a little watered down. The salad dressing however is out of this world. I actually put it on everything it was so tasteful, almost a Cesar spin off of some sorts. Been to many Persian spots this one is ok.

OK this is my second Unilocal review and I’m excited because it’s one of my favorite foods… Persian! OK let me get right to the point for those reading this and want to visit this place … Excellent food! You will NOT be disappointed… No kidding! :-) OK so now let me get to the details if you still need proof! OK first of all, it’s a fast food… I have been to other fancy Persian restaurants and to be honest the small fast food ones are GOOD and this one doesn’t disappoint! Walking into the place, it’s very cozy and warm. The menus on the wall is very big with beautiful pictures of what you are ordering! Specially if you are new to Persian food! Now to get to the point… the food is just amazing! The rice ohhhh do good and the kobeedeh is great! The checkin is the right flavor and the service is really cool! OK I could really get into the details and fancy words… All you need to know the food tastes awesome… Hence the five stars!!! :-) Recommendations: chicken anything… Kobeedeh… oh wait… I forgot … The salad sooooooo fresh!!! LOVEDIT!!! :-)

Good food but very overpriced. The night before I went to a very nice Italian restaurant by Ocean Dr and had an amazing dinner for $ 48. I came to this place for too little chicken over rice and meat over rice for $ 48. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good but it doesn’t worth the price. You would have nicer food for the same price. You serve yourself and pick your own plate, but they still charge 15% tips to your bill

I was looking for a nice kebab place but I was very dispaointed. Over price, food is dry and doesn’t have anything of a kebab from turkey.

The only reason I’m giving this place a 3 stars is because of the construction. If you’re not familiar with the area you’re might end up lost, you have to park in the back(if you can find it). Besides that, the service is good and the food is yummy. Their steak is always cooked to perfection, as well as their rice, and the sauce(don’t know the name) it’s soooo good… I just wanna bathe in it LOL ok I took it too far. But in all seriousness the place has good food.
