Aldo Shoes

Don’t get me wrong I love Aldo shoes, but there staff and management in this store is VERY DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL. While on Miami Beach for my Wife’s Birthday Weekend, we visited this store on Saturday August 15, 2015 approximately 330pm. (First bad experience) Store was super busy with 10 people waiting in line with one register open. I personally asked the Michael (manager) can we please have another register open, and with a very nasty attitude he stated «I’m just getting in, you’ll have to wait». Well as we finally made it to the register there was a mix up with shoes that the employees were going in the back to get. Rita (cashier) then came from the back and said to our party of four, «If you don’t keep the noise down I will kick you guys out». She repeated this to our party 3 times in a very aggressive manner and then proceeded to call Miami Beach Police. As we waited for the Police to arrive, Rita (cashier) became very agitated for whatever reason and began using profanity towards our party. We asked Michael (manager) for the telephone number to corporate and they refused to give us the number. I can’t even begin to explain how these two employees disrespected and embarrassed us in front of everyone ruining my Wife’s 40^th Birthday Weekend. Corporate was contacted immediately.

Aldo shoes: le paradis ! Chaussures, mais aussi accessoires: sacs à main, lunettes de soleil, bijoux … Il y a de tout, et pour tous les prix ! On trouve des paires de lunettes de soleil à 10 dollars, des sacs à main et chaussures un peu plus haut de gamme, ou très simples et pas chers …
des baskets, des compensées, des talons aiguille, des boots, il y a de tout, pour tous les styles, et les prix varient pas mal ! On peut tomber sur une bonne affaire, mais aussi craquer pour une paire un peu cheros ! Ça vaut le coup en tout cad d’aller y jeter un coup d’oeil !
