I’ve been needing new glasses probably for the past 3 or 4 years, but it’s never been a priority to get a new pair for me. This weekend I’ve been looking for furniture for what seemed like an eternity, started to itch with boredom, I wanted to spoil myself, so I randomly popped into this store thinking I’d find a pair of Prada shades I remember liking a few months back… well I didn’t, BUT a lovely sales associate by the name of Angel found me and noticed I looked disappointed, we chatted and he pointed me to some cute Dior shades. But then I noticed the Tom Ford section(my favorite!). I shifted over to opticals, and he was next to me the whole time watching me try on different glasses. I found THEE pair. Boyfriend approved them, and so did Angel. Very happy with the selection, information, and quality Angel and Solstice has provided me. Will be back to get those Dior shades!

I was recently on the hunt for new sunglasses, and decided to check out Solstice. I went to both the Solstice at Aventura mall and at Lincoln Road, and by far the Lincoln Road location is much better. The sales people at Lincoln Road(Ron and Chris) were very helpful. I had to make several trips to the store because of an issue with a voucher that I had and they were so kind and patient with me. The store in general is bigger and they had more styles of sunglasses when compared to Aventura Mall. Definitely recommend coming here if you need new shades!

the customer service is good, however i bought a few pair of sunglasses there, and yes if you buy they are nice, but if you need to return they are not that nice, and if you need to fix or replace even worst, i paid $ 225 for some gucci, by the way very cheap quality i dont recommend them, one of the screw was missing and Ron at the store put a new one, well was good for 2 days, them i as back and the other guy told me well i have to check for a while and right now i wont be able to it, ok, no big deal, so they put it at Sun Glasses hot even when i got the glasses at Solstice, next time ill go to Sun glasses hot. simple as that.

very friendly service and attentive. recently got a couple of shades. ive been searching for the right pair of glasses for the past three years. the problem with getting shades or glasses is that i dont really know what should i get or not so it is important to have a sales rep that engages with the potential customer without being pushy, and this is what i got at solstice. i went by this location maybe 3 times prior to finally shopping. i probably tried 30 different sunglasses before picking my two favorites and eventually buying them. i appreciate the employees being patient and nice with me because there are so many other sunglass shops on lincoln road but one of the main reason i went to solstice is cause its very near my job. they carry all sorts of brands for all budgets. from the $ 79 polaroids to the $ 700+ tom fords. i would definitely recommend solstice on lincoln road to anyone whos looking for the right pair of shades.

I generally try not to review corporate chain stores too much because they’re usually so standardized it doesn’t really matter, but I was so impressed by the staff here during a recent purchase that I felt inspired. I usually prefer Solstice over other sunglass chains because I feel they have a better selection of styles and brands. I’ve bought several sunglasses at the Lincoln Rd. store and their customer service is excellent. Even when I have a problem, like finding a scratch on a newly purchased pair, they’re more than willing to accommodate me, totally hassle-free and genuinely friendly.

«Do these make me look hot?» asked my brother, sporting his too-cool-for-school sunglasses. Dude, I’m your sister! Should I really be asked this? The answer: Uhh… yes? But then again, Solstice, is the type of place that can even assurely accessorise your dorkiest older brother into a cool dude. They got the big fashion brands, like the Gucci, the Prada, the Chanel and some brands I haven’t heard like Oliver People and Maui Jim. The shop clerks are helpful when needed and recess into the background when you just want to browse. I think of their approach as the Sephora of sun glasses and if I had the money to spend, I would go here versus Sunglass Hut or the department stores.
