Express Automotive Towing

These people damaged my wife’s car and the owner Mike is a very nasty and rude person who takes no responsibility for his tow service that damage your property. My wife car sit in the driveway 90% of the time and the one day Express Towing transports her her to the shop they damage the freaking clutch on it because of moving the car while it’s in gear. 27 years of Fuck ups.

Horrible! Not sure if they are ok for towing, but never take your vehicle there for repairs. Unknowledgable and shady business practices.

Broke down on the side of the road. Gary called us to let us know someone was on the way less than 5 min after we hung up with AAA. Jose came and picked up my car. He was very nice and funny. Dropped us off, no hassel. Great company, great service!

DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
My car stalled on a local highway and I had it towed to this local shop. They charge you $ 100 to even diagnose the car, which is a scam itself but I got over that. Then they replaced a part that was overpriced, I picked up the car and didn’t get more than three miles away before it stalled again. Brought it back, and they wanted to replace ANOTHER part! I had no choice but to get it done, so I picked the car again and it had NEW issues. I brought it right back again and they wanted to replace MORE parts! I finally gave up and had them tow the car to a mechanic I can trust!
The management was avoiding my calls and didn’t offer any sort of rebate for all the troubles they had caused. Save your money and time and bring your car anywhere but here!

Dont go here for your jasper transmission instal. This was my first and last experience here, i will never return. They did not install the transmission correctly, and i had to bring it back multiple times to be fixed. I wasted my whole day sitting there, it got to the point where the owner/​manager whatever he is, claimed something was wrong and that i brought it there like that. He wasnt helpful at all for a job that cost 4k. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and shrugged off.
