I had my Toyota Venza repaired by Ray on 2 separate occasions and both times he did an excellent job! Everything from start to finish went smoothly with good communication. Ray even delivered the car to my house which was about 30 miles away. He even took the loaner car back as well. His work is professional and always leaves your car shining and looking new. Lastly, his crew even took care of some paint marks not related to my repair. It’s hard finding a good reliable autobody shop but Raymond’s delivers! A+

After my car was involved in a hit and run, I brought it to Raymond’s auto body on the recommendation of my usual mechanic. From the beginning, communicating with Chris and Ray was easy. They were straight forward and easy to talk to. When my insurance company was playing games with me, they helped me get things squared away and even gave me a discount on my deductible. It took them about a week to make the repair which is what the adjuster said it would take. When I went to go pick up my car, not only was the damage repaired, but the car was practically detailed. Raymond also guaranteed his work for the life of the vehicle. Considering the circumstances, I had an overall good experience.

My car was repaired at this shop. It was towed there by the owner at the police officer’s request after an accident on 2÷16÷2012. I was told the car should only take about 10 days for repairs to be completed. I called the shop, spoke to the wife on aprox. 3÷2÷2012, was told the car should be done mid week(3÷7÷2012) and that I should receive a call. When no one called by Friday morning(3÷9÷2012) I called the shop and spoke to the wife. She told me the car was in the process of completion and I should be getting a call next week. I was not satisfied by the answer so I went to the shop around 6PM that day. To my surprise, the car was exactly the same as the day I got into the accident(2÷16÷2012). It was not being repaired, but parked in the lot. I walked into the office, the owner and his wife were present. I proceeded to express how disappointed I was at the fact that it has been 3 weeks since the accident and the car was still the same way. Suddenly, the owner(Raymond) started yelling and hollering at me in a way that was very disrespectful. Cutting me off from speaking, and telling me that I shouldn’t be here because he was dealing with my husband and to quote him saying: «Now I have balls to come in here and start speaking to him.» then he said he’s not dealing with me and walked out of the office. He was very disrespectful & very unprofessional. his wife was still in the office, she’s trying to accommodate me as much as possible, unlike the owner. However, she didn’t apologize for her husband’s behavior and proceeded to say that I was, too, yelling at him which was untrue. I was merely upset and disappointed at the fact that he didn’t not work on my car for 3 weeks. They eventually managed to fix the car in one day(Monday, 3÷12÷2012) and I picked it up at 5:15PM. A job that took them 8 hours, took instead 25 days. VERY Disappointing! He could have simply refused repairs on my car if he chose to for any reason, however, he did not and agreed to repair the car!
