This place is beyond horrible. I had to call 2x to this location. The girl answering the phone lied about the pizza in route and 30 mins later it was still not here. Then when I called back again she claimed I gave her the wrong address in which I did not… the address was printed on the Grubhub so there’s no mistaking. Was told that they would make a new one and deliver right away. 2 hours I waited in total and when the pizza finally arrived it was cold. Ended up having to reheat the pizza in my oven. If I wanted to do that I would’ve just bought frozen pizza. Horrible and never again!

Out of three pizzas ordered, only one was edible! Not the Papa John’s experience I’ve come to expect.
This was our first visit to this location. I’ve been a Papa John’s fan for many years, visiting other locations while traveling. Nice to know they are expanding to New England.
However, a basic order of 3 pizzas was a disappointing result. One pizza had the wrong toppings. A second pizza was overcooked and the crust was inedible. Luckily, the basic cheese pizza was fine, but for a $ 30 take-​out of pizza that was the only one we enjoyed.
Not sure I will give this location another chance…

I am regular customer of this store. Recently, they delivered a pizza to me that had half the pizza completely missing the cheese and it’s toppings. I called in and they were very prompt, and friendly! They delivered a new pizza to me for no extra charge!

+: typical consistent franchise pizza, good variety, choco chip cookie tastes great only on first 2 days… after that becomes really hard!

Had a groupon here. It was easy to order online and pick up was very easy. The Pizza was very bland. The pizza sauce had no flavor just very boring and nothing to rave about. Pronto pizza is way better. The pizza comes with this god awful garlic butter dipping sauce. I opened it up and it smells and something I definitely didn’t want to digest. Bleh. Probably wont be going back here. Disappointed and Papa John should probably put more of an effort in his pizza. Not impressed at all.

I like their pizza. I don’t like their thin crust version, but the regular is great. The sauce is perfect and so is the cheese. I prefer mine with just pineapple. Hopefully the new Methuen location will start delivery soon to my area.

Drove down Jackson St. the other day and saw a sign for a Papa John’s Pizza. Never had it before but always see the commercials on national TV shows. On a whim we decided to try the pizza the next day for dinner.
Decided to do pickup rather than delivery to make sure I got the pizza and tried it nice and hot. To my wife and my son’s surprise, the pizza was really good. Got the original crust and it is a bready dough. Sauce it nice and mild and toppings were fresh.
Can’t compare this to Santarpio’s or Pizzeria Regina in the North End but for a chain pizza it is decent and enjoyed the dough as it was different than your traditional italian thin crust pizzas.
