If I could give this joint 0 stars… Went on a pretty busy night with the fam. We had a coupon. Everything was going okay… server was actually real nice… then…the waterfall happened. Dis server spelt an entire water across the whole table!!! Complete accident, but she seemed very unapologetic. Then…the steak. Or should I say hockey puck on a plate. NASTY. Had it sent back. Came back STILLLLLL burnt! I ordered it MEDIUMRARE?! Nasty. THEN they had mad issues with my coupon! It was legit too!!! Manager did come by but didn’t even introduce herself or nothing. Didn’t even apologize just said«we took care of the coupon and half the bill» And BOUNCED… Bye bye I will never go back!

Terrible service, was suppose to get a credit to our account for them forgetting to put bread and sauce that we asked for at the curbside pickup. Never got a credit and the manager was extremely rude. Will not be bringing my business here ever again.

Sliver of foil in the veggies, burnt Bloomin Onion, frozen cheesecake, and I think the steak might have been previously frozen too. The texture was off. People in the table behind us had problems with their ribs. The people were nice when responding to the complaints, but…

The food was great as always our waiter was Luis and he w as such a cutie very good waiter got all out food just right no mistakes, Right on top of the drinks as we get low. This was my first time getting the steakhouse Mac and cheese omg it was so cheesy and delicious. My son and my hubby got some steaks cooked well. My daughter had the chicken tacos so yummy! Of course we had to have the blooming onion the best.

Lunch today. Slow to no service. Medium burger was rare and had no juices. Soup was barely warm. Manager tried to tell us this raw to rare burger was medium. I hate it being assumed I am an idiot. Service, about none. Sad.

This chain has gone downhill. Food quality was terrible. Steaks were not tender and no taste. Both Steaks ordered were cooked to wrong temperature and had to be sent back to be cooked more.

Went for dinner on Friday night… Service was terrible. Over an hour for an appetizer which was French fries with cheese on a plate. The manager came out and apologized and we proceeded to wait. Our dinner was held back. The server forgot many things. Management is oblivious. Wasn’t expecting a 3 hour visit for cold fried food.

I’d never gone to outback before. It really wasn’t too bad at all. I didn’t really know what to expect, so just ordered a few generic steak dishes. Their medium rare is actually medium rare, so we had to order a medium to get our typical medium rare at other places. Actually even their medium was pretty rare for us(like pretty pink/red). It was good :)

Bartenders inattentive at this location. They got my order wrong twice. Maybe reading the ticket before delivering the food would be helpful. Also, if the staff engaged in a little less talk amongst themselves and paid a little more attention to clients, they may not make such errors. Due to these errors, food was overcooked.

Food was much better before… not sure what happened. Ordered a steak and was Overcooked, even though we requested it Medium well. Waitress was polite, but not helpful. My biggest concern was how nasty the Ladies bathroom was, awfully dirty toilets and with a bad smell. Not going back. Too bad. because I really liked some items of their menu.

Arrived on a Saturday evening around 5:30 pm and was surprised that the parking lot was full and there was a 30 – 40 minute wait for two. I arrived before the hubby and did not look for available seats in the bar. After waiting less than 10 minutes, hubby arrived and noticed about 8 – 10 seats at the bar so we took two there. Our waitress was one of the bar tenders and immediately took our drink order which consisted of just tap water(would rather eat our calories). She gave us the menu rather quickly and delivered our waters but after that, we felt that we were being ignored. The hubby had to flag her to place our order even though she constantly walked past us to service other people at the bar. We both ordered the 9 oz. ribeye, sweet potato and house salads. We were offered bread which didn’t come before or with our salads. I ordered my salad with the house dressing(mustard vinaigrette) on the side but it came with Italian on top ??? …which was delivered by someone other than our waitress. Our waitress didn’t acknowledge us until after we finished our salads only to say«how were your salads». Again, we’re sitting right in front of her. Our steak and potatoes arrived(by another waitress) at which time I asked if she could bring some bread and she said«sure thing». The bread never arrived and we never saw that waitress again. The steaks were cooked as ordered(medium), average tenderness. The sweet potatoes were the best, hot and tender with butter/cinnamon served on the side. Our waitress continued to pass in front of us behind the bar and only asked us about 75% into our meal how our meals were. We were clearly finished and it took our waitress another 5 – 10 minutes to acknowledge that by asking if we wanted dessert. After declining, she took our plates and continued to walk past us until we flagged her again to ask her for the check. We thought that was obvious when we declined dessert? We’d give the food 2 ½ stars and service barely half a star. Was she dissatisfied with us because we didn’t order alcoholic drinks? She would have received a more generous tip if she had tried to pretend that we did.

For a chain restaurant it’s actually very good. I’ve had a few different entrée’s from prime rib to salmon and they all thoroughly impressed me. I will definitely be going back!

Quite simply the worst quality restaurant in Methuen. Steakhouse, I think not. Firstly, whoever cuts the meat has no business doing so. Whoever cooks the meat has no pride, and the wait staff from my experience pay little attention to detail. Maybe it’s my bad luck, but 5 for 5 is a good game average for managing to screw things up. My only reason for eating there was at the request of visitors. Let’s just give you an example: A medium rare 6 oz steak should not come to the table looking like the sole of a hobo’s boot, nor should it taste like a dryed up rawhide dog chew.

We love coming here! The drinks are always tasty, and when the steaks are done right(which is only reason for the lost star) they are are wonderful! The quality of the meat is much higher than other steakhouses around. The Aussie Cheese fries are my down fall. Yummy! The salad are surprisingly delicious. Fresh lettuce, red onion, cabbage, cucumber, and tomato plus cheese! Somehow it’s the perfect fresh combination. Usually you eat the salad at a restaurant because you should, we look forward to them here. We have several servers that know us and everybody is kind and friendly. You do find the occasional cluster of hosts chatting, but that’s society not the Outback’s fault. Overall we love this place. Just don’t be rude and expecting the most epic service or experience. A restaurant is made up of people — people have bad days and good days. It’s how we handle the bad days that is the best reflection of our character. Be a good one!

Good service, appreciated the manager coming over to ask if everything was ok and he has very polite. Asked for medium rare and got exactly that! Discovered a new side dish which was the sweat potato. I found it to be an excellent choice. Don’t expect to have room for desert! Surprised with there selection of wines I personally recommend the Apothic wine.

Slow service. Whenever we asked for anything the waitress disappeared for 10 minutes. Steaks were overcooked, burgers were undercooked. The waitress kept calling everyone in our party«sweetheart». After the 50th time of her calling us «sweetheart» it took everything I had in me to not throw the bread at her! Avoid this place at all cost!
