Let’s just say the store manager took care of my broken/dented fridge by replacing it with an new one I was able to pick out. I appreciate his customer service and help with that process. What I still continue to have issues with is the delivery process… not sure if it’s a sears wide thing or just outlet problem. Needless to say my new fridge is here, not dented, and working. That’s all I ever expected.

We have had excellent and not so great service at this store. If they have what you want, the prices are good. We bought a French-door refrigerator. The salesperson was amazing. She was helpful and quick at checking us out. Then the refrigerator was delivered. The gentlemen were polite and very nice. I gave them a good tip. Later that evening when I finished working, I noticed an area rug had been moved in front of the refrigerator where it does not belong. I moved it back only to notice a huge scratch on my wood floor. The guy had tried to cover it up! I called the store and was told to call another number to report a claim. I called that number and the gentleman took down my information. No one was seriously concerned that their delivery man had tried to cover up damage to my floor. I understand that things happen, and had he mentioned it when he was here, I would have no problem. Now, two days later, no one has bothered to call and apologize or offer to fix my floor. This is unacceptable!
