The staff does their best to get you in and out in a reasonable time which I appreciate. I am very happy that they have pushed their mobile ordering. If you are a frequent visitor to a chick fil a restaurant I would encourage you to download the app, it makes life easier!!!

WORST CHICK-​FIL-​A LOCATION they have NEVER gotten my order right. I live in mesquite so unfortunately this is the closest one to me. I’ll have to get my Chick-​fil-​a fix during the work week at the Rockwall location from now on because I won’t be going the Town East location ever again.

This Chic-​fil-​A location is amazing. There is always a long line but it splits into two lanes for ordering and then back to one for pickup. They are all very efficient and friendly and your order is always ready for you when you reach the window. Even more important you always receive exactly what you ordered. On top of the great service, the food is always top of the line as well. Chic-​fil-​A knows how to do it all right. The only downside hits when you find yourself hungry for them on Sunday as they will not be open.

I got food poisoning from their chicken salad sandwich. When I called the manager showed no concern. REASSURED ME THEIR FOOD WAS NOT CONTAMINATED Guess this is not a job for me but for the health department. I will never eat at this location again.

Best Chick-​fil-​a ever!!! It gets packed at this location, but fast service and wonderful employees!!! Never disappointed here. :)

Best I have ever been to. Run like a tight ship! Multiple managers helping out and many employees rounding the floor. Orders were delivered to your table, you never went with an empty cup if you didn’t want to, and the tables were all cleaned as soon as they were vacated. You could tell the employees had great, caring attitudes.

Food is ALWAYS GOOD. But seriously, call ur higher ups and tell them to get u guys some tents and some outside credit card units and tablets, that way you guys will be able to move these lines faster. Been sitting here since 2:29 and its now 2:50 AND havent ordered. Chick fil a banks on outstanding customer service and alternative options to move the lines which is why i (and many others) have no issue spending here.

Fastest drive through ever! How do they even move that quick? The lemonade is pretty much my favorite beverage earth.

You can’t really go wrong with Chik fil A, can you? Whenever you go, it’s typically a mad house. We went on a Sunday morning and the two to-​go lines were already backed up and when we decided to walk in, it felt like we were at Chuck E Cheeses with all the kids and families bustling around. But even despite that, Chik fil A is Chicken Heaven. I typically get the Original Sandwich (fried chicken breast with pickles on a bun), but opted for the nuggets and a chicken soup. That’s right – if you haven’t tried their chicken soup, its yummy – try it! My sister always gets their Cobb salad which comes with an avocado ranch dressing that’s so delicious. The workers always seem so cheery and willing to help. Very consistent through and through. All in all, I’m a fan.

I’m pretty sure you have tried Chick-​Fil-​A before and if you haven’t then you are totally missing out. This place is just so good there isn’t a time where you do not crave it. All of the shakes are great as well.
This location is always packed but the food is worth it.

This used to be my favorite location for years until I moved. Now Rockwall rules my Chick-​fil-​a world. A couple of years back I went to a First 100 grand opening for a different CFA location. As part of the promotion, they give you 52 cards that have an expiration date of a year or so. With as often as I go to Chick-​fil-​a, I like to conserve my cards and spread them out over time so that they’re not all used up in 4 months. Over the years I’ve been to several of these openings and have always received a stack of cards. Even though it’s commonplace to have an expiration date printed on the cards, I have never been denied when trying to redeem one at any CFA location — that is until I just happened to be in Mesquite. When I handed the card to the cashier at the drive-​thru window, she seemed puzzled as if she had never seen one before and the manager was called. Seeing how they were busy and I didn’t want to hold up the line, I told her I would just pay for it. By now, the manager appears and informs me that they could not honor it due to it having expired 4 months earlier. I said, «That’s fine, they don’t have a problem honoring these in Rockwall» and they handed it back to me. A week later I went to the Northwest Hwy. location (which was the original issuer of the free meal cards), and guess what? They cheerfully accepted the card with no hassle!!! By the reaction received from the Mesquite locale, you’d think the cost of the free #1 meal was coming out of their own pocket rather than getting reimbursed by Corporate. Mesquite CFA — you used to rock at one time. No longer so. :-(

This is only my second time coming to any Chic fil a and I am completely disappointed. I will never eat at this place anywhere ever again. Paying $ 8 for a tiny cup of half a cut up chicken breast is bullshit. I hope the company reads this, because Im sure Im not the only one who feels this way. Fuck Chic fil a. Thats my review.

The best fast food chicken sandwich, period. The best fast food service, period. The best fast food cole slaw, period. The double drive thru in Mesquite is always packed, but moves quickly. I still prefer parking in the Town East Mall lot and walking in because they are so darn friendly! I know not all locations can be this stellar, but if you are in Mesquite, stop by and check them out. The best fast food experience ever!

How can you say no to Chik-​fil-​A?! Nothing but great service, top quality fast food, and overall great dining experience.
Oh, and did i mention free Wi-​fi! Oh yea!

I can’t sing enough praises about the nugget party trays. Everybody should get one for your next get together! Also the best lemonade around and very good sweet tea. I’ve grown up on chickfila, so my obsession is about a 30 year love affair.

What can I say? It’s Chick-​Fil-​A. If you have never had it then get in there and try it.

I’m not a breakfast person — especially not typical fast food fare when it comes to breakfast foods, but I do like what they have at Chick-​Fil-​A. It’s never overly greasy. I don’t like a heavy grease feeling in my gut as I’m starting the day, but I do like protein. Instead of tots, I always ask for waffle fries. They take a bit longer to cook (they will always warn you about this), but they are so worth it. They have real lemon wedges in lieu of lemon juice packets, which is really nice.

By now everyone knows how great Chick-​Fil-​A is. I really like this location in Mesquite-​it gets really busy but they try little things to help out (for instance if the drive thru gets too busy they will send a couple of kids out to take orders and run them inside to speed up the process). The staff that they have at this location is always very friendly and eager to help.
This location is also extremely civic minded. There has never been a time when I have asked for donations for the kids schools that they have turned me down. They also have held fundraisers for local charities (or families that needed help).
I just wish I could do something when my craving hits me on a Sunday!
