Buffalo Wild Wings

I’ll start with saying that the food is great and that
BWW is my favorite place to go and get wings, but what sucks is the majority of the time it’s bad service. We don’t get refills or sometimes even ever get checked on during the whole meal. Well that kind of sucks considering it’s a HOT wing place.
Yesterday we waited about 10 mins to get our to go order that was already ready for pickup but no one bothered to say anything to us. You’d think that someone would at least ask to sit you down or say hi. I can understand if it’s super packed, or if it’s short staffed. I’m not an a-​hole that would ever complain about things like that because I understand how the work is, but if I complain something is wrong.
No one talked to us until a shift leader came out to help us out. (We didn’t as for a manager that’s just who coincidentally helped us out)
She was awesome example of how it should always be.
Anyways. This place is great to go and hang out, grab a bite, watch a game, the food is awesome, m, and if you’re lucky you’ll get an awesome server who cares.

My chicken tenders came out and looked to be sitting for a long period Time and the sauce was barely on my tenders, my Mac and cheese was barely put together and my girlfriends French fries were old and stale. this is the last time I eat at this location!

A. It’s horrible, historically horrible and everyone should know it, and if you don’t know it then you don’t like good food. Why would you get wings at this place when there are other places to get them?
B. The service is shamefully bad.
C. They got caught by TABC serving wells liquor when people ordered Top Shelf.
Stop humiliating yourselves for a brand, Mesquite. UGH!

This location deserves no stars. Service is horrible. Called to place an order Togo, they put me on hold and never got back to me. This is the third time it’s happened. When we went to dine in, no one came to the table for about 15 to 20 mins, our server forgot our order, but when it came time for the tip she was very punctual.

I have been to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Addison, TX multiple times, but this location is closer to home, so we passed by for dinner last night. I rated it a 2, because their food was good but the quality of service was a 1. We arrived a little before 8pm, the server took a long time to even greet us, we were sitting down for about 10 minutes before the server came over and asked us for our drink order. We waited another 15 – 20 minutes before the server came over again and when we finally received our food, the order was wrong. We did not end up leaving till 9:30pm and that is because we ate our food fast. I don’t know if I will visit this establishment again.

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a bite to eat and knew they had great wings here. Well first of all, we weren’t greeted when we walked in. I asked the hostess if we seat ourselves and she nodded. We found a booth and sat ourselves and 3 of the servers noticed us immediately. They didn’t even bother to help us or even tell us to wait. They just looked at us and acted like we weren’t there. We finally stopped a female server and asked why we were being ignored and she acted like we weren’t speaking English. She even looked around to see if a server wanted to help us! Really?! She made it really obvious she didnt! Finally a server spoke up and said she was going to take care of us and by the time we got our menus, we didn’t want eat here anymore. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was very disappointed.

A few co-​workers and I attempted to have a late lunch (1pm) at this BWW, but after 15 minutes of standing in the lobby and not a single employee in sight, we decided to leave and go somewhere that would appreciate our business… especially when they were virtually empty. Would not recommend this location of BWW.

I hate to knock an establishment we have enjoyed in the past. However, today’s visit was not a great experience. We went specifically to watch the Texas Rangers playoff game. We arrived right at game time. The Astros/​Royals game was on almost every screen. We asked to put the Rangers on and they spent several minutes discussing and wandering around. Finally put it on 10 minutes in on several screens. When the Astros game was over the Ranger game switched to another channel. We had to ask again to have the channel changed. BTW, we weren’t the only customers asking. And this restaurant is in DFW! They never displayed any sense of urgency to accommodate. Kind of sad for a sports bar.
The wings were ok, though my husband felt the teriyaki wings were skimpy on sauce. Dessert nachos were yummy but too big for two people.
If the Rangers move on in the series, we will too.

I should’ve read the reviews before we came here. We had to wait for a table, even though there were at least 10 available when we were finally seated. The music is ridiculously loud. We couldn’t even hear the hostess call our name and we were sitting right there! The burger is a frozen patty that’s not even deserving to be called a burger. I know where we won’t be coming back to. I should’ve typed this review in CAPS so you could read it over the loud music!

I was waiting to be seated and while i was waiting i saw a roach a big one just crowling by and the hostess did not do anything

Now I remember why I do not come here. Service is slow and food is not that great. Probably best to just sit at the bar and drink. I have never heard of a place to charge you for salad dressing when you order a salad. Never the less I would not recommend this place for lunch.

I’ve been here a million times, and it’s better each time I come! Today, the food/​wings were of the chain as usual! The wait staff is comforting and very friendly. a nice family atmosphere, and good for sports fans. I love this place,

Do they understand the concept? I guess not. This place is flat out Bland.
Hey guys let me give you a hint, Buffalo chicken sandwich? Should have a little kick. Might as well be Buffalo bland wings.

The service here was great. It was our first time ever going to BWW. They let us sample the sauces we wanted before we decided what we wanted. The Mango Habanero was great. They also gave my daughter free ice cream which I thought was pretty nice. Don’t get the tea though, it is not good at all. We would come back.

Great food, great service just really loud, but that is typical for them.

Our waiter was not very attentive and forgot our appetizer. Aside from that he was very flaky and failed to inform us that we in fact, do not get fries when we order wings. All around I was pretty disappointed with the experience, our booth was sticky and he messed up on my water (no ice with lemon). The wings were pretty good, and the jalapeño cheddar bites (if I remember the name correctly) were amazing! However I do not recommend eating at this location, and I will definitely not be back.

Shittiest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Save your money. We walked in and waited a while until someone to even acknowledged us. When we were finally seated, we didn’t get a server so we had to ask for someone to take our order… To make matters worse we didn’t get any silverware, nor did we get refills. Overall horrible service.

I was willing to overlook the 16 minutes it took, while sitting at the bar, to get the bartender to notice me to ask me if I wanted anything. It was a fight night after all. Even the wait for the beer wouldn’t have gotten me to complain.
But when the bartender noticed I put a gift card in the glass to pay, it took another 18 minutes for her to run it.
I was drinking for free care of a gift card, and would have gladly left my tab in cash as a tip, if not for the almost exasperating wait times just to pay. No thanks. There’s a bar right behind it that has girls in bikinis, I don’t need this.

We come here often, about once a month. We sit at the bar and always get great service. Also BWW has some of the best hot wings in Dallas.
I’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from, maybe the dining area, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. Just come, eat good wings and have fun!

Very poorly managed. Every time I come here, half the tables are empty and there is a wait. The hostess tells us they’re short on servers. While waiting, servers come strolling in late and no sense of urgency. It’s apparent management doesn’t hold them accountable and/​or doesn’t care to staff for busy times. I understand server turnover can be high but management should plan Very frustrating. This is the only BWW I have been in that has this issue. Love the food but can’t stand incompetent leadership. The servers that manage to show up are typically pleasant.
