I bought a new pool filter from this company after finding them online.
When I called the office– the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
The filter was delivered the day after I ordered it and there was no charge for delivery.
Here’s the rub: Turns out — the filter was the wrong size. When I called the company back — they were hesitant to replace it saying they’d have to re-sell the one they sold me (which was already installed).
While I know it’s a pain — I just wish companies would do the right thing.
Now — if I want the filter replaced — I’d have to take out the one I just bought & then install a new one or pay someone to come do it.
