Urgent Care Extra

Been here three times. I don’t have a doctor yet because I’m new to the area… so this is my only option right now.
Based on the reviews I decided to give it a shot.
The wait is usually long. I’ve had to wait up to 45 min or longer almost every time. Being ignored for 10 min while standing at the counter after first walking in wasn’t appreciated either.
I’ve decided to stop going here because every time I’ve been diagnosed, in my opinion incorrectly, and given harsh medications that have horrible side effects that I’m still suffering from (and the reason for one of my visits).
After my third visit, and given a prescription for a medication that I’ve never heard of and after furthur research has horrible side effects– I’m done with this place.
I’ve never had such odd experiences at an urgent care before. Based of MY experience at least, it seems that the drs aren’t too careful about what diagnoses/​medicines they’re handing out. Be careful.

Always have good experiences here. Never have had to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes. Each doctor or PA we’ve seen has been attentive and caring and thorough. Highly recommend.

I was traveling via motorhome and stopped in to get checked out for what turned out to be bronchitis. Staff and Dr were very helpful. Got meds plus they followed up on my recovery twice via phone. Would definitely recommend since as a pharmacist I have an appreciation for knowledgeable and friendly service. Dr definitely was knowledgeable and communicated her thoughts for therapy.

Got in to see a PA very quickly, only waited a few minutes. The receptionist, triage nurse, and PA were all genuinely nice and professional. The place was clean, nicely maintained. I felt that the medical attention I received met my needs.

I had to take my daughter in for an ear infection. They weren’t too busy and we were in and out in about an hour with one patient in front of us. The staff were all extremely friendly. The nurse and doctor were both very patient with my daughter despite her fussing and kicking because she was scared and not feeling well. The biggest plus was that they were able to fill my daughter’s prescription right there and I didn’t have to go wait an hour at Walgreens. This will definitely be our first choice for future urgent care visits.
